This has been my favorite store in town because of customer service. Oh, and because of Durban Funk- but I would never have gotten my hands on the Funk in the first place were it not for the efforts of staff members like BJ & Ja-Quan! I also like to keep an eye out for their awesome sale prices so I can stock up every month. Twenty dollars for a quarter that tastes amazing AND I don't have to grind it first??? Back in the day it cost me twice that for a quarter that took forever to prepare because it was probably just knocked off a Mexican brick, lol! It's also really been great to be able to try new (to me) products safely; I particularly like the Bubble Hash & the GH cdt carts. Also a special thanks to Ja-Quan for being on top of swap-outs whenever an available item isn't appearing in the online menu- he remembers so I don't have to!

Waiting a week for delivery! My day came and no one ever showed up. I called twice. First call the woman who answered the phone forgot what I needed mid sentence. Second call, same woman, placed me on hold (indefinitely) for 1hr 30mins. So I just called back. My time slot was 8am-1pm. They didn't arrive. Do you think they bumped it to the 1pm-6pm slot? NO WAY! They moved it to another 3 days away. They gave me a 35% discount for the trouble. I would rather pay 100% and it arrive on time. If I didn't count on delivery (no legs to drive with) I would just cancel this order and go somewhere else. But I can't. Terrible customer service experience. It was plainly obvious to me that the woman who answered the phone did NOT care. I left an extra star because I did have one good experience while shopping at this location (in person).EDIT: I'd rate zero if possible. Turns out, their employees have been lying. I called today to see where my delivery was as its been rescheduled for today. (I called yesterday to confirm) At first, I was told their truck broke down, then I spoke with a manager after nothing ever arrived. They don't deliver on Tuesdays. I'm beyond frustrated with this business and I will never speak highly of, recommend, or refer anyone to this place again. They don't care about you. They have ZERO integrity. The lies they tell you over the phone is just so you will shut up and call back another day.WORST EXPERIENCE TO DATE

A complete rip-off...A product was listed at a certain price all day (at least 12 hours), yet when I arrived at the store, the rude clerk said the actual price was $5 more. I then checked, and the original price was still listed on their website. Bait & Switch...they refused to allow me to purchase product at lower price (despite shopping their for years), and acted like this was no big deal. Get ripped off at your own risk at this dump.

The problem is the customer service. There is no way to get in touch with any support staff if you have to. They dispense the MPX under inhalation without reading over any special instructions or having a drop box to instruct how you would like their product dispensed. Problem happens over and over again. I have called numerous times, no answer. I have emailed three times and get Zero response. I hope they can get their service issues sorted out soon.

We've used this facility since we got our Medical Marijuana, either we call in & pick up or they deliver. Was told today they will have gummies at the end of July. Excited about that they are good for stress/anxiety, suffering from chronic pain neck/back don't know about others but it has been relief for us. Shouldn't suffer if there's another relief other than surgery.

Extremely friendly budtenders! This is hands down the best dispo I have been to in Tally! TRUly better than the horrific staff from the Dollar Tree they call Trulieve. The place is always so clean when I walk in, and the bathroom seems like it’s cleaned every hour. They really make it a rec experience with being able to show the flower before purchasing. I am a regular customer and have my favorite budtender, he knows exactly what I need every time! I highly recommend going in for the first time patient discount, you’ll be hooked after you try the best flower in Tally!

I would be very careful shopping here I’ve been a patient for years and I have come to this location for six months exactly, this is the first time I weighed my flower to find out I was short more than 1 g it weighed 2.5 g in the container on a calibrated scale, all they wanted to give me was 30% off my next order, they wanted me to come buy more to get what they shorted me so be very careful and weigh your supply every time. I called Customer Support and sent them the supporting photos like they asked and they told me that robots are the ones packing these containers and the humans or not and this happens all the time so they’re aware that this happens all the time but not willing to replace the missing grams.

Went to grow healthy today at 8:20 got there and the store rep said I couldn’t be helped due to the store not taking walk ins after 8:15 I called up there and spoke with the manager Micheal and he stated the store stopped taking walk ins at 8:20. I literally walked in at 8:20 exactly . The manager was extremely rude , I go to grow healthy frequently & have never been so rudely talked too and disrespected . The manager and the worker at the times must be best friends because they were in on it together. Also, within the 1st 45 seconds of our conversation he stated that he checked the camera…he must be magic 🫠 I will never shop at grow healthy again & I honestly feel like it was A RACE THING , and as soon as I call in there he first puts me on hold for over 5 mins listening to my background , then the manager finally comes on to lie for their employee . People have jobs, any other dispensary I go to if you get there before closing time they still allow you to purchase . Not grow healthy they were ready to go home , they have lost a customer I’ll never shop there again . Rude manager , and big liars!!!! All black people please be aware of how you’re treated here. Trust me as a business owner myself I would never have a manger like Micheal to be over my store .

I rank them tops in Tally for whole flower and littles. --20182022: Today I got a delivery at my new home/job address, and as usual it was super. The fruitful distillate has served me since 2018! Just wish the indica was in stock more. GH delivery people make my day too. Professional and nuanced.Thanks for offering limonene, pinene, myrcene high strains and being so transparent about the terps in your product. Its bad enough having a delivery date 3 or 4 days out... But not getting your discounts AND watching your projected delivery time consistently come and go, every time, and no one has shown yet... I typically go to another shop but was in the area and knew exactly what I was looking for and dropped by at 8:46pm and was told that that even through they close at 9pm, they couldn't sell to me past 8:45pm since it was my first time at that shop. After a long stressful day, it was a slap in the face to be told I was literally 1 minute too late. They said I could come back tomorrow, but that left a bad taste in my mouth so I think I'll check out one of the other awesome dispensaries in the area.

Lately I can never get products I want because they restock at the same time, around 9 am & notify via text and sell out immediately. I wish you’d rotate the time and start sending some of those flash deals at 4:20 for patients that aren’t up early. Because of my work schedule it’s been weeks since I’ve been able to get any strains of flower I actually want even checking the site daily. The same people can always snatch up the deals and everyone who doesn't work on that schedule won't ever have access to those deals/products. I used to only go here (a lot). Lately I’ve had to go elsewhere because of this. I love their strains! I just wish the restock time of day would at least vary to make it more fair access to discounts. Especially on a medicinal product; everyone should be included, not just early birds.

Unquestionably great product, slowest customer service in Tallahassee. For some reason this store only staffs 2-4 employees on the floor at a time. This consistently is a limitation for them, and will continue to be a limitation til it’s fixed. I’ve worked at 3 dispensaries in town, and never have seen such slow service 🤷🏻♂️ You can be friendly and fast at the same time, it’s not one or the other. If y’all just staff a little extra anytime you get littles or ground in, you’d be much better off long term.

Took 4 days, however no delivery fee so far. I like that they try to use less chemicals and over-trim slightly less than their competitors like Trulieve. Friendly staff. Great website and efficient ordering process. Keep up the great work and please don’t slip up in consistency like some of your competitors. Would like to see Grow Healthy and the entire FL market continue to get their prices down, not just sell crumbs at discount.

I love grow healthy but am having problems getting a response to my email about a shortage in my medicine. I bought the new Avenue garlic grove and it had 2 tiny little flakes in it. No powder just 2 little flakes. Looked and noticed that this brand has no foil seal or anything. Although it looks as though this never really had anything because no powder. Please help me fix this. This puts Trulieve to shame. I'll never go to Trulieve again because they have such long wait times, terrible website with no THC% levels, and their selection is always WEAK. Usually under 20%... Grow Healthy ALWAYS has the finest selections and great batches with THC% in upper 20's regularly and their website is ACTUALLY updated with current stock and THC levels for the batch in stock. Only place worth going in Tallahassee. You know what you're getting every time before you get it! No disappointments!

My younger sister uses this dispensary and loves their products. Always good customer service. Only complaint is that the process to enter is long and time consuming. With only letting one customer in at a time it makes the wait unnecessarily long. She usually waits about 20 minutes every time we come and the length is extended if there are any issues with the system. If Grow Healthy can look into ways to speed up this process that would be great!

Especially when you have people making online orders. This is the most poorly run dispensary I have seen in a good while. Something needs to change now.) It’s a shame this place has such quality flower, because of anything causes a flux in their normal work flow, this place slows to a crawl and is horrible about taking any sort of accountability. So be prepared for exaggerated waits with no reasons, and just lack luster care from some of the staff. ( They do have staff that are awesome and great to deal with.) Website says all flower is discounted (original prices slashed through and new price shown) for the summer only to find out that you must pay the original price if using a first time discount. Purchasing Marijuana Products at GrowHealthy
During your first visit, you’ll be required to complete intake forms. This lets the dispensary staff confirm your patient status and see what you were allotted by your medical marijuana doctor.
Upon arrival at this dispensary, you’ll enter a designated waiting area before going into the retail area with staff. The dispensary staff work with you to explain all of the cannabis products available. Budtenders will make recommendations that are based on your doctor’s recommendation.

Oh, and because of Durban Funk- but I would never have gotten my hands on the Funk in the first place were it not for the efforts of staff members like BJ & Ja-Quan! I also like to keep an eye out for their awesome sale prices so I can stock up every month. Twenty dollars for a quarter that tastes amazing AND I don't have to grind it first??? Back in the day it cost me twice that for a quarter that took forever to prepare because it was probably just knocked off a Mexican brick, lol! Waiting a week for delivery! My day came and no one ever showed up. I called twice. First call the woman who answered the phone forgot what I needed mid sentence. Second call, same woman, placed me on hold (indefinitely) for 1hr 30mins. So I just called back. My time slot was 8am-1pm. They didn't arrive. Do you think they bumped it to the 1pm-6pm slot? NO WAY! They moved it to another 3 days away. They gave me a 35% discount for the trouble. I would rather pay 100% and it arrive on time. It was plainly obvious to me that the woman who answered the phone did NOT care. I left an extra star because I did have one good experience while shopping at this location (in person).EDIT: I'd rate zero if possible. Turns out, their employees have been lying. I called today to see where my delivery was as its been rescheduled for today. (I called yesterday to confirm) At first, I was told their truck broke down, then I spoke with a manager after nothing ever arrived. They don't deliver on Tuesdays. The problem is the customer service. There is no way to get in touch with any support staff if you have to. They dispense the MPX under inhalation without reading over any special instructions or having a drop box to instruct how you would like their product dispensed. Problem happens over and over again. I have called numerous times, no answer. I have emailed three times and get Zero response. I hope they can get their service issues sorted out soon.

I would be very careful shopping here I’ve been a patient for years and I have come to this location for six months exactly, this is the first time I weighed my flower to find out I was short more than 1 g it weighed 2.5 g in the container on a calibrated scale, all they wanted to give me was 30% off my next order, they wanted me to come buy more to get what they shorted me so be very careful and weigh your supply every time. I called Customer Support and sent them the supporting photos like they asked and they told me that robots are the ones packing these containers and the humans or not and this happens all the time so they’re aware that this happens all the time but not willing to replace the missing grams.

Went to grow healthy today at 8:20 got there and the store rep said I couldn’t be helped due to the store not taking walk ins after 8:15 I called up there and spoke with the manager Micheal and he stated the store stopped taking walk ins at 8:20. The manager and the worker at the times must be best friends because they were in on it together. Lately I can never get products I want because they restock at the same time, around 9 am & notify via text and sell out immediately. I wish you’d rotate the time and start sending some of those flash deals at 4:20 for patients that aren’t up early. Because of my work schedule it’s been weeks since I’ve been able to get any strains of flower I actually want even checking the site daily. The same people can always snatch up the deals and everyone who doesn't work on that schedule won't ever have access to those deals/products. I used to only go here (a lot). Consistently the best flower quality and selection in Tallahassee. Very few crumbs. If they add a few products, they’ll be the best overall dispensary in town. Took 4 days, however no delivery fee so far. I like that they try to use less chemicals and over-trim slightly less than their competitors like Trulieve. Friendly staff. Great website and efficient ordering process. Keep up the great work and please don’t slip up in consistency like some of your competitors. Would like to see Grow Healthy and the entire FL market continue to get their prices down, not just sell crumbs at discount.

I love grow healthy but am having problems getting a response to my email about a shortage in my medicine. I bought the new Avenue garlic grove and it had 2 tiny little flakes in it. No powder just 2 little flakes. Looked and noticed that this brand has no foil seal or anything. Although it looks as though this never really had anything because no powder. Please help me fix this. I spent 704.00 am pleased with all but that one 1/8 need help with communication.

This puts Trulieve to shame. I'll never go to Trulieve again because they have such long wait times, terrible website with no THC% levels, and their selection is always WEAK. Usually under 20%... Grow Healthy ALWAYS has the finest selections and great batches with THC% in upper 20's regularly and their website is ACTUALLY updated with current stock and THC levels for the batch in stock. Only place worth going in Tallahassee. You know what you're getting every time before you get it! No disappointments!

My younger sister uses this dispensary and loves their products. Always good customer service. Only complaint is that the process to enter is long and time consuming. With only letting one customer in at a time it makes the wait unnecessarily long. She usually waits about 20 minutes every time we come and the length is extended if there are any issues with the system. If Grow Healthy can look into ways to speed up this process that would be great!

Especially when you have people making online orders. This is the most poorly run dispensary I have seen in a good while. Something needs to change now.) It’s a shame this place has such quality flower, because of anything causes a flux in their normal work flow, this place slows to a crawl and is horrible about taking any sort of accountability. So be prepared for exaggerated waits with no reasons, and just lack luster care from some of the staff. ( They do have staff that are awesome and great to deal with.) Just feels like the place is very poorly managed

Definitely will not be back here. Pricing is extremely deceptive. Website says all flower is discounted (original prices slashed through and new price shown) for the summer only to find out that you must pay the original price if using a first time discount. False advertising at its worst. The employee was rude when questioned about it and said that would be giving away “free bud”. Besides all this, the flower was dried out, crumbly, and had little effect. This is the worst dispensary in Tallahassee. Don’t waste your time.

Slow to get anything done, online orders take forever to even get started or better yet finished. Any other dispensary in town with this ability, easily has my orders prepared for pick up very shortly after A request is sent. Most will take about 10-15 if that, get ready for grow healthy to not only take forever on the prep but once you’re there you’ll be waiting forever even if your the only person there to pick up. So in short average bud and if not for my discounts totally not worth the wait/price if you ask me. So all in all, terrible response times, awful customer service, decent flower. Best to find somewhere else to shop

Had me waiting in my car for well over 35 minutes when the parking lot was completely empty. Couldn't sell me a water bottle because it wasn't in their system yet. Called me back to amend my order after all that time waiting because they "couldn't" let me SKIP my first time discount to use my second time discount instead. I left and tried to call + cancel my order, but after 10-15 minutes on hold I hung up and said forget it.The growhealthy in Gainesville was a lot more patient oriented + on top of their game. Nothing against the staff (the first two people I spoke with were very friendly and helpful), but I was not impressed with the process whatsoever and I probably won't be back.🤷♂️ I understand that curbside pickup is probably new to the company, but it's no excuse for poor communication and execution.
