It seems kind of strange that you offer a delivery service, yet someone who lives less than 5 mi away is not in the delivery area. I've heard that these delivery areas were all designed by someone in Orlando.Now exactly what kind of sense does that make?For less than $100 purchase they charge $20 for delivery. Over a $100 purchase they deliver for free,But for some reason 5 mi is too far.Can someone PLEASE MAKE THIS MAKE SENSE where normal people can understand it.

The people here are nice but the rewards system and sales are poor this is more of a rate on the company, I would rather shop at AYR or Surterra for better price or quality of products. The people can be great but if everything else sucks past the first patient discount then what’s the point.

I normally don’t do reviews but this new dispensary is amazing! I can’t remember the two girls names that I spoke with today. Today was my very first time in MUV and all around I had a great visit. They were great at talking me through the flower selection with my budget and preference of flower. They knew exactly what they were talking about from the beginning! I think I will be coming here more often instead of trulieve!

Asked for RSO, was given dissy. When i went back the budtender tried to blame me and wouldnt accept the fact that she doesnt know cannabis product. Gaslit me the whole time saying "thats what you asked for!!!" Exactly what i expected from MUV. This is my second time going and my last. Only tried them again because they opened so close. I keep on getting my delivery's from Flowery instead. This dispo is 100% not for real smokers.

MUV is vertically integrated, as are all of the Florida cannabis brands. Being vertically integrated means they oversee the entire process from seed to sale. MUV dispensary products are grown from their own cannabis plants from seed or cuttings, harvested, and processed into a variety of products. Then packages and distributed within their own network.

Purchasing Marijuana Products at MUV
Upon arrival at this dispensary, you’ll enter a designated waiting area before going into the retail area with staff. The dispensary staff work with you to explain all of the cannabis products available. Budtenders may make recommendations that are based on your doctor’s recommendation.
If it’s your first visit, you’ll be required to complete intake forms. This lets the dispensary staff confirm your patient status and see what you were allotted by your medical marijuana doctor.
What Marijuana Products are Available at MUV
The best way to see the different product options before visiting the dispensary is to check out their online menu. If enabled, MUV in Haines City online menu may be available on FL Dispensaries to reserve your order.
If you have an active medical card, you can pick from a wide array of cannabis products. Various delivery methods of the different cannabinoids have been approved by the DOH, including edibles, inhalation, oral, sublingual, topical, traditional flower and even suppositories. There is no obligation to buy your entire milligram limit at once; instead, you can purchase less if you so desire and then buy more during another visit or at another dispensary.
