Walk in with 2 people ahead of me with 1 already ordering at the counter. No big deal. Patiently wait as 15 minutes goes by and I’m next to go. A lady walks in and I’m told she’s expedited so she gets to go ahead of me. Im told I’ll have to wait longer. There is a total of 3 customers with 3 employees working and I’m waiting 20 minutes without any sort of communication. This is a dispensary. Not on boarding pre check. Terrible customer service

I finally got up to check in and the person says I thought you said you were with him. I said you didn’t pay attention. Not even an apology. What kind of customer service do you have ? This location sucks. Will not return when there are so many dispensaries that offer actual customer service.

5 stars for the product. 1 star for the staff. It was just odd. I went in and there was a room that led into a room so I walked in and I guess that’s a big no no or something because they were like “we’ll be right with you!!” Like I did something wrong. Just weird. But their all in one pens are to die for! Very flavorful! I’m ordering from the Stuart store instead. The hobe sound store is the one that was odd. Hopefully Stuart is better.

Trulieve is vertically integrated, as are all of the Florida cannabis brands. Being vertically integrated means they oversee the entire process from seed to sale. Trulieve dispensary products are grown from their own cannabis plants from seed or cuttings, harvested, and processed into a variety of products. Then packages and distributed within their own network.
Product types, different strains and availability can vary from store menu to store menu, depending on demand. If Trulieve in Hobe Sound does not have what you are looking for, your Florida MedCard is universally accepted at any dispensary in the state.
Purchasing Marijuana Products at Trulieve
Upon arrival at this dispensary, you’ll enter a designated waiting area before going into the retail area with staff. The dispensary staff work with you to explain all of the cannabis products available. Budtenders may make recommendations that are based on your doctor’s recommendation.
If it’s your first visit, you’ll be required to complete intake forms. This lets the dispensary staff confirm your patient status and see what you were allotted by your medical marijuana doctor.

The best way to see the different product options before visiting the dispensary is to check out their online menu. If enabled, Trulieve in Hobe Sound online menu may be available on FL Dispensaries to reserve your order.
If you have an active medical card, you can pick from a wide array of cannabis products. Various delivery methods of the different cannabinoids have been approved by the DOH, including edibles, inhalation, oral, sublingual, topical, traditional flower and even suppositories. There is no obligation to buy your entire milligram limit at once; instead, you can purchase less if you so desire and then buy more during another visit or at another dispensary. It’s important to find what works for you.
Low tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) cannabis with higher CBD products are available to patients as well who prefer the non-euphoric effect.
