Update: spoke with the higher ups and received an apology and they did what they could to resolve the issue I had.Terrible experience. I wasn’t treated like a patient, but like someone trying to score drugs. I got the wrong product through the drive-through, went inside, and they refused to exchange it. Their attitude was basically, “Too bad, that’s what you ordered.”I’ve spent over $2,000 there, but they clearly don’t care about customers. Even corporate was just as dismissive. This isn’t just weed to me — it’s prescribed medicine. Being forced to argue with a 20-year-old over my medication is unprofessional.As dispensaries now have to compete for customers, the ones with the best experience always win. Companies with poor policies and bad service won’t last long, because eventually it’s not just about weed — it’s about customer care.I’ll take my money somewhere that values patients. No need for an immature response — you’ve shown me what you value already: $$$.

DO NOT go there. Trulieve products are better, cheaper and their customer service is 100 times better. MÜV would not stand by their product and will not accept returns even when they sell products way below their advertising THC MG. Hopefully the Florida register will look into their false advertising.An update on how bad this company is. My very first time at this location and I can say that I will definitely recommend and definitely revisit, an associate of mine recommended that I check them out upon entry i was greeted by Angela a very polite and informative & helpful receptionist,the waiting area is extremely clean and inviting with tv screens that provide information about produts in the Dispensary, she set me up for a tour of the Dispensary with another co worker Nate which walked me through their show room were products are on display and information about each individual product is available, Nate was very helpful and is very knowledgeable, they offer a wide range of products to suit your needs. also I didn't experience any wait time and actually seen others come and go with no issues, I want to thank the Manager on duty Jason whom I had the opportunity of conversing with, a humbled brother with excellent customer service and a great attitude. The general manager here definitely needs to work on his customer service.miscommunication between him and my father who is a senior citizen my father wanted several different strains the manager gave him six of the same. I turned up to the dispensary with my father to take care of the situation as my father is a senior citizen the general manager was extremely hostile initially before taking care of the situation and swapping it out. I went to Muv in Hollywood today. The girl who was greeting and checking people in is so nice. I do not know her name but she has pinkish hair. She has helped me before and she is full of information. She is so friendly and nice, a refreshing change of pace in some customer service jobs. She took my information, checked me in and passed to to Brandon. He was very nice as well. When I went to the main room, even though everyone was busy they all said hi and greeted me with sincerity. They did that to all the guests that came in. Brendon was very helpful and professional. The place is so clean and has such good energy. Everyone looked as if they enjoy what they are doing. I am one that asks a lot of questions and they have always been helpful and knowledgeable about the products they sell and they have always been this way since I have been going there to get my medication. I can't say enough about the entire staff every time I have been there. Give them a try if you haven't, you will be very glad you did. They are a very pleasant group of people that actually care that you are getting the right product for your needs.

Purchasing Marijuana Products at MUV
Upon arrival at this dispensary, you’ll enter a designated waiting area before going into the retail area with staff. The dispensary staff work with you to explain all of the cannabis products available. Budtenders may make recommendations that are based on your doctor’s recommendation.
If it’s your first visit, you’ll be required to complete intake forms. This lets the dispensary staff confirm your patient status and see what you were allotted by your medical marijuana doctor.
What Marijuana Products are Available at MUV
The best way to see the different product options before visiting the dispensary is to check out their online menu. If enabled, MUV in Hollywood online menu may be available on FL Dispensaries to reserve your order.
If you have an active medical card, you can pick from a wide array of cannabis products. Various delivery methods of the different cannabinoids have been approved by the DOH, including edibles, inhalation, oral, sublingual, topical, traditional flower and even suppositories. There is no obligation to buy your entire milligram limit at once; instead, you can purchase less if you so desire and then buy more during another visit or at another dispensary. DO NOT go there. Trulieve products are better, cheaper and their customer service is 100 times better. MÜV would not stand by their product and will not accept returns even when they sell products way below their advertising THC MG. Hopefully the Florida register will look into their false advertising.An update on how bad this company is. They just tried to bribe me with a lame 30% discount to delete this review or to change it to 5 stars. Here is their exact wording:"I can offer you a 30% off discount in exchange for the removal of your google review. My very first time at this location and I can say that I will definitely recommend and definitely revisit, an associate of mine recommended that I check them out upon entry i was greeted by Angela a very polite and informative & helpful receptionist,the waiting area is extremely clean and inviting with tv screens that provide information about produts in the Dispensary, she set me up for a tour of the Dispensary with another co worker Nate which walked me through their show room were products are on display and information about each individual product is available, Nate was very helpful and is very knowledgeable, they offer a wide range of products to suit your needs. also I didn't experience any wait time and actually seen others come and go with no issues, I want to thank the Manager on duty Jason whom I had the opportunity of conversing with, a humbled brother with excellent customer service and a great attitude. Today is and has been such a rough day pain wise. It’s been raining daily for past few weeks and I wasn’t in the best mood. However, it doesn’t take much to be kind. Jason greeted me and almost immediately put a smile on my face. He was so bright and cheery. Then McKenna came and got me to escort me to the back. She stopped, stuck her hand out, and formally introduced herself. Nobody does anything like that anymore. There went another smile. The general manager here definitely needs to work on his customer service.miscommunication between him and my father who is a senior citizen my father wanted several different strains the manager gave him six of the same. I turned up to the dispensary with my father to take care of the situation as my father is a senior citizen the general manager was extremely hostile initially before taking care of the situation and swapping it out. In the end they fixed the problem

I went to Muv in Hollywood today. The girl who was greeting and checking people in is so nice. I do not know her name but she has pinkish hair. She has helped me before and she is full of information. She is so friendly and nice, a refreshing change of pace in some customer service jobs. She took my information, checked me in and passed to to Brandon. He was very nice as well. When I went to the main room, even though everyone was busy they all said hi and greeted me with sincerity. They did that to all the guests that came in. Brendon was very helpful and professional. The place is so clean and has such good energy. Everyone looked as if they enjoy what they are doing. I am one that asks a lot of questions and they have always been helpful and knowledgeable about the products they sell and they have always been this way since I have been going there to get my medication. I can't say enough about the entire staff every time I have been there. Give them a try if you haven't, you will be very glad you did. They are a very pleasant group of people that actually care that you are getting the right product for your needs.
