Horrible customer service!!!! They had my order ready and I checked in. I walk through the doors at 8:32pm and they told me that they can not help me because they close at 8:30pm. When there was no other customers there. They told me to come back tomorrow. I own a business and would never treat my customers like that. If the door is unlocked you provide customers service. Not kick your customers out!

On April 16th, I placed an order based on a sale that was advertised on the Trulieve website. When I arrived to pick up my order, I was told that the advertised discount could not be applied to the strains I had selected. Upset about the false advertising that brought me in that day, I asked to speak with the manager. I then pulled up the ad on my phone (image attached) and showed the manager. She agreed that the ad on the website was incorrect and stated that it was different than the one she had received from corporate. In the end, she was still not willing to honor the advertised price. I was instructed to contact corporate if I wanted to file a complaint, which I did, after cancelling my orders and leaving the store. When I called to file a complaint, I was told that I would hear back within 24 hours. I still have not received a response from you or returned to your store.

Great place only problem is the tenders do not know strains. This is not their fault the company should keep updated info on strain info on each strain for customers and staff. Example "Hi do you have some OG" trulieve tender "no sorry". Now the customer leaves not knowing triangle kush is OG. Some dispensaries have exactly what strains are in what. For new strains it becomes daunting when you don't know the original strains and cannot see the flower or smell the flower. At the the very least the company can know the strain info!!

Placed an order for delivery at 2:00 pm Friday, delivery time showed an opening for next day delivery. Got a call two hours later saying my order is “cancelled or postponed 4 days till Monday, unless I can pick it up because their truck is full”.Not sure why the website showed the opening, not sure why I wasn’t called right away- at least I could place a delivery through another company and get medicine for the weekend- but the incompetence of the employees guaranteed that I wont have my medicine throughout the weekend; but I will have a nice stomach ache since I cannot go out and get my medicine- and it’s too late to order through another company. Trulieve Hollywood clearly don’t take their patients seriously... no solution, just cancel the order, wait the whole weekend without your medicine or pick it up; which I physically can’t… No compensation offered, absolute joke service….

Today Trulieve do not honor senior citizen discounts on items on sale just full price items what since does that make all other dispensaries honor senior discounts no matter I mean I'm 55 and up. Everytime you get a different person the rules change I think all employees need to be on the same page more training. So my seniors be aware.

This has to be the worst Truelieve I ever been too. The one right off Hollywood Blvd and the 95. Starting with Richard at the front desk who is very rude. Be ready to wait an hour if customers there prefer walk in before you. If you do manage to get past the front door then you have the clueless budtenders to deal with or the shortage of supply. Seems they never have the product I need. This is the 4th time I come here. Out of 4 times I've left with product once. The manager Charles doesn't seem to care about the situation as well. Will not be going there anymore. Do yourself a favor and go to Jungle Boys where you can see and smell your product before you choose and they always have a full menu. Or even MUV right down the street that has great referral program.

I placed my order online for a delivery for 5 items for a total of $95 (including the $15 delivery fee). I had to cancel my plans that day so I could wait home for the delivery person to come. When he finally came, he said the total was $40. When I asked him why $40 when my total was supposed to be $95, he said "I guess they were out of the other 4 items. They really should have called you to let you know." I said, "I'm not paying $40 for one $10 chocolate bar." He totally understood and apologized that no one notified me they were out of my other items. Totally unprofessional of this store, and unless they make it right and deliver my items (or something comparable), they lost a good customer to one of their competitors.

Overall great experience. I ordered pick-up and it took about 3 hours to fill. I received text messages updating me about my order, and a link to check in to cut my wait time when I arrived (I didn’t check in until I had parked but realize now that I could’ve done it when I was on my way there). The location is clean with a wide variety of products, staff was nice, and they even applied a 35% discount on my first order that I hadn’t known about. I would suggest to just pay in cash, otherwise there’s some hefty additional charges for debit (which they were upfront about it, so no surprises).

Trulieve is vertically integrated, as are all of the Florida cannabis brands. Being vertically integrated means they oversee the entire process from seed to sale. Trulieve dispensary products are grown from their own cannabis plants from seed or cuttings, harvested, and processed into a variety of products. Then packages and distributed within their own network.
Product types, different strains and availability can vary from store menu to store menu, depending on demand. If Trulieve in Hollywood does not have what you are looking for, your Florida MedCard is universally accepted at any dispensary in the state.
Purchasing Marijuana Products at Trulieve
Upon arrival at this dispensary, you’ll enter a designated waiting area before going into the retail area with staff. The dispensary staff work with you to explain all of the cannabis products available. Budtenders may make recommendations that are based on your doctor’s recommendation.
If it’s your first visit, you’ll be required to complete intake forms. This lets the dispensary staff confirm your patient status and see what you were allotted by your medical marijuana doctor.
What Marijuana Products are Available at Trulieve
The best way to see the different product options before visiting the dispensary is to check out their online menu. If enabled, Trulieve in Hollywood online menu may be available on FL Dispensaries to reserve your order.
If you have an active medical card, you can pick from a wide array of cannabis products. Various delivery methods of the different cannabinoids have been approved by the DOH, including edibles, inhalation, oral, sublingual, topical, traditional flower and even suppositories. There is no obligation to buy your entire milligram limit at once; instead, you can purchase less if you so desire and then buy more during another visit or at another dispensary. It’s important to find what works for you.
Low tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) cannabis with higher CBD products are available to patients as well who prefer the non-euphoric effect.

The staff are always very nice and the wait times are very reasonable. The staff at the Hollywood Blvd location are doing a great job.

I placed my order online for a delivery for 5 items for a total of $95 (including the $15 delivery fee). I had to cancel my plans that day so I could wait home for the delivery person to come. When he finally came, he said the total was $40. When I asked him why $40 when my total was supposed to be $95, he said "I guess they were out of the other 4 items. They really should have called you to let you know." I said, "I'm not paying $40 for one $10 chocolate bar." He totally understood and apologized that no one notified me they were out of my other items. Totally unprofessional of this store, and unless they make it right and deliver my items (or something comparable), they lost a good customer to one of their competitors.

Overall great experience. I ordered pick-up and it took about 3 hours to fill. I received text messages updating me about my order, and a link to check in to cut my wait time when I arrived (I didn’t check in until I had parked but realize now that I could’ve done it when I was on my way there). The location is clean with a wide variety of products, staff was nice, and they even applied a 35% discount on my first order that I hadn’t known about. I would suggest to just pay in cash, otherwise there’s some hefty additional charges for debit (which they were upfront about it, so no surprises).

So of course I had to come back the next day!! Just to visit Steph and Anthony again just to keep giving. No but honestly, I’m happy to review my experiences and when it’s consistent and bountiful. How can I not take the time to acknowledge greatness. Steph says she’s number one over there, with a leadership like Anthony and her energy, I wouldn’t doubt it for a second.

Charles is the calmest & coolest dude I’ve ever met. He’s probably one of the greatest employees Trulieve hired. I try to tip them every chance I can cause they deserve it. Keep up the great work!!

My budtender Veronica, she was Professional, knowledgeable and went above and beyond to show me different products. She educated me well on them. I’m extremely happy with the results. So first let me tell you about the location great location easy to get to parking is awesome the staff friendly knowledgeable especially the budtender named Claudia... She directed me to some beautiful top shelf flower. I've dealt with her before, very knowledgeable ,honest and attentive..
