I’ve been to dozens of Trulieves in the state of Florida and this was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. I checked in online to avoid a long wait and it took them so long to greet me at the from that it automatically removed me from the online check in queue and then they skipped me and I ended up waiting longer than I’ve ever waited at a Trulieve. Big fail.

I know there are a lot of dispensaries out there these days, but I truly love going to Trulieve! Every visit is a great experience their staff is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. I thought I was a professional smoker until I started talking to them! 😂 Their level of expertise and the way they take the time to explain everything is seriously appreciated. It’s more than just a dispensary it’s an education every time I go. Highly recommend!

I had to wait an unusually long time to be checked in. Then the new manager (she said she was the new manager) said she'd hold my DL when she checked me in and she took my DL to the back room with her. This has never happened to me before. Then she rang me up 2x and now I have 2 charges on my card. Of course, they are closed now, so Ill have to correct this tomorrow when they open. Horrible experience and I've been going to Trulieve for a while now and have never had these issues. Very disappointing.Update: The actual general manager, a male, called me and made this whole thing right. What a nice person. He explained what happened and was very friendly and professional. I will continue to go back here.

Purchasing Marijuana Products at Trulieve
Upon arrival at this dispensary, you’ll enter a designated waiting area before going into the retail area with staff. The dispensary staff work with you to explain all of the cannabis products available. Budtenders may make recommendations that are based on your doctor’s recommendation.
If it’s your first visit, you’ll be required to complete intake forms. This lets the dispensary staff confirm your patient status and see what you were allotted by your medical marijuana doctor.

If you have an active medical card, you can pick from a wide array of cannabis products. Various delivery methods of the different cannabinoids have been approved by the DOH, including edibles, inhalation, oral, sublingual, topical, traditional flower and even suppositories. There is no obligation to buy your entire milligram limit at once; instead, you can purchase less if you so desire and then buy more during another visit or at another dispensary. Low tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) cannabis with higher CBD products are available to patients as well who prefer the non-euphoric effect.
