Placed an online order based on the sale advertised on the website 30 minutes after the store was open… went to pick up product later and was charged a higher price because the advertised sale hadn’t been changed yet online at the time I ordered. I feel like it would have been better customer service to have honored the discount considering it was their mistake… but instead they lost a regular patient.

I stopped in when they were having a fantastic sale and save $110. The store is an hour away from my home but I was in the area for another reason and decided to stop in and I'm glad I did.

There’s plenty of quality dispensaries around this area that would never sell the trash this company does. Save yourself the aggravation, don’t go to HT.

As a first time trying it I Love it the staff is on point there displays are very nice and organized but I purchased four different strains and two of the four had over 1 gram of seeds in the flower beautiful looking flower but holy seeds. My advice is stick with there high quality flower and hopefully it goes recreational soon so we can grow some seeds.

Update-2023The staff here are amazing so I want to get that out of the way. My issue comes in with storage of concentrates. When buying rosin or a solvent less product we've come to understand storage in a refrigerator is best. More recently the rosin/solventless products from here are a bit drier than usual and I've noticed the jars I get aren't cool/cold in the slightest.Most people aren't coming here for the flower so I feel keeping the concentrates in their best form would be a great start.This place has been phenomenal since my first day here. Very consistent and amazing products!My only gripe is that I have a hard time logging in and placing my orders on the mobile website. It refuses to let me sign in.Other than that this place is my favorite dispensary in the area, will continue to come here!

Paid for an eighth, received a gram and a half. All I wanted was a replacement, the store manager told me the best he could do is give me 50% off on another item. I just tried to use my 50% discount, they said "oh no, you can't use it on that." If I can only use it on approved products what's the point...And you're not allowed to use reward points when there's a sale? That's a joke, they're not reward points, they are propaganda to entice you to come into the store where you will be "Okie doked".With no way to contact management above store level, I'm left with no other option to leave a bad review and never return.

Purchasing Marijuana Products at House Of Platinum
