The quality of the Cannabis is superb and the price is out of this world! The platinum house of cannabis has "muv" quality cannabis, and the prices are literally half of what they would be at muv! They have buy two get two free, $24 a ce and $40 1/2 oz. The prices are always good and they have deals daily!!!!Robin was amazing, I told her I had $100 to work with and she got me the best deal I could have gotten, I got a half ounce plus another eighth for $90! Strains including guava, wedding cake, and thick strawberry goo! I've never met somebody so happy to be at their job, she even ran my drink out to me when I forgot it in the dispensary. Once I found this gem I refuse to go anywhere else!

And they supposedly advertise as the affordable shop, when they want $70 for 7g where literally everywhere else is 35-50$ with better quality or $200 for an oz, when you can get a oz for $100 else where. Belkys is absolutely amazing and her knowledge of the products are so helpful when you just don’t know what to pick! I love this place. Usually their quality is top notch. Within the last year the quality of their pre rolls has dropped significantly. They fall apart with in the case, the hot/ cherry will fall off while smoking, and/or the contents fly out when flicking/tapping ash. Apart from the failing pre roll quality, this is one of the best places. The staff are some of the nicest people, they are happy to answer any questions and get to know their customers. I'll keep going for other products and hopefully they'll figure out the issue with pre rolls soon.

Got the concentrates(live rosin fresh press and preserves) at 40 and 55 percent off, and still wasn’t worth it to me. They should be like 30 a gram tops. I pay 45-70 usually from my go to dispensary, and it’s 3x better. The dispo is very nice, clean, professional, but the people behind the product don’t know what they are doing tbh.

I have been going there, religiously since they were botanist, and I had stopped going because the prices got so HIGH. when HT came along and they’ve been running great deals got used to the 50% off great started going back to three times a week and would not go to any other dispensary. Now they have decided to change names for the 3rd time and once again prices have gone back up. I think is Ridiculous for an eight at $48 when our medication is already high to begin with. Now for the 3rd time changing names and now prices are back through the roof! Don’t you want your customers to come back? Now I will be going 1time a week if I can even do that now when I used to go 3 times ! Can you please find it in your hearts to lower the prices back down? Specially when the products are the same. I purchased an order on 10/6/22.4 - of the 3.5 grams of “Buddhas Belly” and 4- of the 3.5 grams of “Blueberry Pie”. After using some of the purchase I opened one of the “Buddha’s Belly”and the container was completely empty?? It had never had any MMJ in it. As we all know MMJ leaves a dusty residue behind when you empty a jar of it there is always dust left behind. This container was sparkling clean when I opened it and VERY VERY CLEAN. I have photos to show my case. Whoever is doing your dispensary packaging is not doing it well. Extremely disappointed and probably won’t go back again.!! Ripped off!!

You can legit come in, look at the different medicine , see what it looks like, read a bit about it and even get any added knowledge by just mentioning the strain to the rep that is working. BUT BIG FALL BACK would be the availability of medicine. For this past month there was only 2 maybe 3 different strains and that was it for a month. So more variety , and to agree with the other person who reviewed. I bought about maybe 10 different eighths and almost all were dry and brittle almost turn to dust when breaking down. That j must say I'm very upset with . Other than that, great place for sure. Just fix those few things and you'll be my new favorite!

And they have a variety of strains that are not commonplace in the market. But, the best part is is they really know how to properly dry and cure flower. Most other Florida dispensaries sell wet flower. You can go to another dispensary buy an ounce leave it out overnight and end up losing up to 6 grams. Anyone who says their flower is too dry doesn't know what proper curing and drying is all about.Update 7/18/20: The Spring Hill FL location has had major supply issues the past couple of weeks. All that I have seen available are low grade strains under 20% THC and one gram packs. My condition requires high THC flower and $20 per gram is highway robbery! Also, the online order system is garbage! Every time I use it, the system adds stuff to my cart I didnt order. It's also not convenient to have to pick up your order same day. That prevents afternoon/evening shopping.

Service and staff were very nice and helpful , but unfortunately, that is where the wheels came off. The flower is dry ,crunchy, and way too powdery when ground up . I believe that is because it isn't sold in hermetically sealed containers. It only has a little paper seal at one corner.Until they fix that they are gonna keep having that same problem. The difference between good flower and bad flower is in the cure, and if you don't properly seal the container then it just keeps curing out.You could tell some of it was pretty nice at one point ,but I also got lots of tiny little buds and shake too. I wouldn't recommend this place at all. It just isn't worth the money. Too bad really. I'll try again in a few months I guess. Staff is nice and it's close but I'm not buying bad flowers.Fix the containers and y'all's bud won't dry out so bad. 2/10 I would rather smoke the money I paid you. Not trying to be mean, just saying don't sell me dry flower and shake. Throw that stuff away and start over.

Awesome! We have been waiting a long time up here in Hernando for a dispensary (sorry surterra you don't count no one likes you) and they're finally here. Went in yesterday on opening day and the place was gorgeous. Very zen decor, very relaxing, cool product displays and information. Right now they only sell flower and they have five strains. I'm sure though that as they grow and are able to get bigger harvests they'll expand to concentrates and carts. At least I hope. I've tried the Gelato sundae so far and it was very good. Of course being the first day the staff was on point but everyone seemed very friendly. This though is how dispensaries should look and operate. If you've been to trulieve you understand. Trulieve looks and operates like some kind of shady pain pill clinic. Ugly waiting rooms with dirty chairs packed with people, a security guard with a gun, rude uneducated staff, terrible inventory, on and on and on. We need a lot less of that and a lot more of this. Good job on the launch guys I'll be back soon.

They have buy two get two free, $24 a ce and $40 1/2 oz. The prices are always good and they have deals daily!!!!Robin was amazing, I told her I had $100 to work with and she got me the best deal I could have gotten, I got a half ounce plus another eighth for $90! I love this place. Usually their quality is top notch. Within the last year the quality of their pre rolls has dropped significantly. They fall apart with in the case, the hot/ cherry will fall off while smoking, and/or the contents fly out when flicking/tapping ash. Apart from the failing pre roll quality, this is one of the best places. The staff are some of the nicest people, they are happy to answer any questions and get to know their customers. I'll keep going for other products and hopefully they'll figure out the issue with pre rolls soon.

I have been going there, religiously since they were botanist, and I had stopped going because the prices got so HIGH. when HT came along and they’ve been running great deals got used to the 50% off great started going back to three times a week and would not go to any other dispensary. Now they have decided to change names for the 3rd time and once again prices have gone back up. I think is Ridiculous for an eight at $48 when our medication is already high to begin with. Now for the 3rd time changing names and now prices are back through the roof! Don’t you want your customers to come back? I purchased an order on 10/6/22.4 - of the 3.5 grams of “Buddhas Belly” and 4- of the 3.5 grams of “Blueberry Pie”. After using some of the purchase I opened one of the “Buddha’s Belly”and the container was completely empty?? It had never had any MMJ in it. As we all know MMJ leaves a dusty residue behind when you empty a jar of it there is always dust left behind. This container was sparkling clean when I opened it and VERY VERY CLEAN. I have photos to show my case. Whoever is doing your dispensary packaging is not doing it well. Extremely disappointed and probably won’t go back again.!! Ripped off!!

You can legit come in, look at the different medicine , see what it looks like, read a bit about it and even get any added knowledge by just mentioning the strain to the rep that is working. BUT BIG FALL BACK would be the availability of medicine. For this past month there was only 2 maybe 3 different strains and that was it for a month. So more variety , and to agree with the other person who reviewed. I bought about maybe 10 different eighths and almost all were dry and brittle almost turn to dust when breaking down. That j must say I'm very upset with . Other than that, great place for sure. Just fix those few things and you'll be my new favorite!

Best and most friendly customer service in the industry. I like the fact that they are exclusively flower. Their flower potency is Bar None the best in Florida! And they have a variety of strains that are not commonplace in the market. But, the best part is is they really know how to properly dry and cure flower. Most other Florida dispensaries sell wet flower. You can go to another dispensary buy an ounce leave it out overnight and end up losing up to 6 grams. Anyone who says their flower is too dry doesn't know what proper curing and drying is all about.Update 7/18/20: The Spring Hill FL location has had major supply issues the past couple of weeks. All that I have seen available are low grade strains under 20% THC and one gram packs. My condition requires high THC flower and $20 per gram is highway robbery! Also, the online order system is garbage! Every time I use it, the system adds stuff to my cart I didnt order. It's also not convenient to have to pick up your order same day. That prevents afternoon/evening shopping.

It is only Dealable when you get a FULL CREDIT OR JUST REPLACE IT & add a 10% on Next Purchase but Give Them SOMETHING for the Headache and it's BAD when you get.these items.😤. Treat us how you.want to be treated. I will ONLY Try it when the Patients are COVERED BY THE PROPER MEASURES. I HOPE SO WAITING FOR THE NEXT/ONLY EXCELLENT FLOWER BASED MEDICATION. Service and staff were very nice and helpful , but unfortunately, that is where the wheels came off. The flower is dry ,crunchy, and way too powdery when ground up . I believe that is because it isn't sold in hermetically sealed containers. It only has a little paper seal at one corner.Until they fix that they are gonna keep having that same problem. The difference between good flower and bad flower is in the cure, and if you don't properly seal the container then it just keeps curing out.You could tell some of it was pretty nice at one point ,but I also got lots of tiny little buds and shake too. I wouldn't recommend this place at all. It just isn't worth the money. Too bad really. I'll try again in a few months I guess. Staff is nice and it's close but I'm not buying bad flowers.Fix the containers and y'all's bud won't dry out so bad. 2/10 I would rather smoke the money I paid you. Not trying to be mean, just saying don't sell me dry flower and shake. Throw that stuff away and start over.

Lots of problems , very bad product , quite expensive. Got 5 units all worse then the next. Told them , gave me a limited discount for specifically 25% off 2 units....... Was surprised and disappointed.Thought it would at least apply to the amount purchased. But no sadly. So shop at your own risk, Shouldn't be any risk involved with buying medicine..... Jason is nice , place is clean. Quality is some of the worst I've had an most expensive I've paid. Been twice , regretted both times. Was hoping for a nice disp. Good prices, quality flower , put patients first an be close by. But there just close unfortunately.

However the last few times I went the premium 45/8 product was from last September and were smaller than popcorn buds. Needless to say a harsh fast burning smoke is what you expect off the street but not in a premium boutique.. I know you’re new in town and I hope you’re flower gets right 😉

I have been here a few times and I am very impressed. By far the best dispensary in the Tampa Bay area! Very clean, beautifully decorated, and very QUICK and organized. They only sell flower BUT that is all I buy and all of the flower they sell is high THC! My last visit I was in and out in less than 10 minutes! That is a record for me. I will definitely keep coming back here.

Awesome! We have been waiting a long time up here in Hernando for a dispensary (sorry surterra you don't count no one likes you) and they're finally here. Went in yesterday on opening day and the place was gorgeous. Very zen decor, very relaxing, cool product displays and information. Right now they only sell flower and they have five strains. I'm sure though that as they grow and are able to get bigger harvests they'll expand to concentrates and carts. At least I hope. I've tried the Gelato sundae so far and it was very good. Of course being the first day the staff was on point but everyone seemed very friendly. This though is how dispensaries should look and operate. If you've been to trulieve you understand. Trulieve looks and operates like some kind of shady pain pill clinic. Ugly waiting rooms with dirty chairs packed with people, a security guard with a gun, rude uneducated staff, terrible inventory, on and on and on. We need a lot less of that and a lot more of this. Good job on the launch guys I'll be back soon.

Such an amazing experience! I’m so happy these guys are here in Spring Hill. They were extremely friendly and the staff was phenomenal and knowledgeable.
