Came for the World Famous food truck and decided to check out the dispensary. It was my first time ever in an Insa and the atmosphere was great but the service was even better. I was assisted by Kody and he was extremely personable and knowledgeable of the products. I also chatted with Nicole was I was being assisted by Kody and she was also very great—customer service seems to be a top priority for this location and it’s definitely felt. I always love coming here. The staff is super patient and helpful when making decisions. They have a ton of education behind their efforts. Their flower and chocolates are top tier!! And I haven’t had personal complaints about other products I’ve tried. I always love it when I get to interact with Mercy or Nicole. While all the staff has been pretty great, they really stand out each time! Those two are constant sun beams. Whether it’s just time to pick up an online order or if im making last minute choices, they have patience of saints and never make me feel rushed or like an inconvenience. Their smiles make my day. I've been coming to insa pretty much when they first opened. I have never been disappointed regardless how many times I've gone! They all have taught me something each time I visit. Eric helped me yesterday and he was super helpful. I missed 420, but he helped me spend my money wisely so I could get the best bang for my buck. Everyone there truly wants to help you find what is going to work for you. Hands down one of the best dispensaries in the area.

Very first time I have ever seen this dispensary. Checked it out online and went to visit.I walked in an was welcomed by all staff members. ERIC was the associate who helped me today. He was VERY knowledgeable about the products and specials that were going on. I was very well cared for. All my questions were answered, he knew a lot about the product and put in in "layman's" terms. I loved the layout of the store. I even noticed the 1 to 1 service as another associate (didn't catch her name) was so helpful to her patient as well. The gentlemen behind the wall, filling the orders, was kind to the associates and very quick and helpful to them as well. The store is well lit, very clean. When someone came in Eric immediately welcomed them and encouraged them to check things out and that he would be right with them as he was checking me out. I appreciate that because sometimes that has happened to me and I have been ignored at other places, he was very amiable and I will definitely be back. This place is great! They offer half off SALE prices your first 2 visits with your new card! I couldn't believe it! They even have apparel in there. The staff was so nice, helpful & very well educated in offering help for what is specifically bothering you. The inside is very roomy & I love that you can actually see all the products & info cards in the cases. I consider INSA one of the most classy dispensaries around. Thank you for all of your help! This dispensary is by far the best option in the state of Florida. Not only do they have the best items to choose from, their staff are always welcoming. This location is filled with friendly and kind staff, always with a smile and happy to help. They have no problem giving you the time you need to choose your selection and ask questions, and somehow they hardly have any lines or waiting! Tonight, I drove all the way there and found I had forgotten my wallet. I rushed home and hoped I could arrive before they closed. I walked in 2 min before closing! I fully expected to be denied service (fairly). Instead, I was greeted by smiling and friendly faces of Kevin and Nikki as I apologized profusely for holding them up. Kevin quickly grabbed my order while Nikki checked me out. They could not have been more understanding and pleasant. Please extend my gratitude to these both! They are huge assets to your team!

Yesterday was my first time visiting this business and I have to say, it was a unique experience! Miss KK was my helper and talk about knowledgeable! She answered every one of my questions (and I had plenty!) and even went further and anticipated some of my questions without me even having to ask! Great atmosphere and the energy of the people and place met and even exceeded my expectations! Briana showed me the flower display that lets you smell the bud as well as see it, even telling you when it was put into the display. Nice touch. This was a test visit just to check it out. I shop my current dispos 2x's a month and I feel like you could easily replace one of them. I look forward to coming back and checking out some other products. What a surreal experience! it does not look or feel like an average dispensary in there. All the staff is super friendly. Brianna was absolutely lovely, very friendly and super knowledgeable. Purchasing Marijuana Products at INSA

I've been to this location a few times. It's in the town I frequent a couple hours away. Mercedes is always friendly and extra helpful. Eric was at the counter this time, helped me with my options, always friendly and courteous. Wouldn't hesitate to go back.

Searched for a new dispensary and found this place. My first time there and it was a great experience. Ordered some high percentage flower online very easily. Bryan was an extremely friendly and courteous. Super grateful he was able to pack up my order before I got there so I could get the bud I wanted. For a new employee Bryan acted like a pro getting through the rush and sending me on my way. Definitely coming back again you guys sell some great stuff.

Very first time I have ever seen this dispensary. Checked it out online and went to visit.I walked in an was welcomed by all staff members. ERIC was the associate who helped me today. He was VERY knowledgeable about the products and specials that were going on. I was very well cared for. All my questions were answered, he knew a lot about the product and put in in "layman's" terms. I loved the layout of the store. I even noticed the 1 to 1 service as another associate (didn't catch her name) was so helpful to her patient as well. The gentlemen behind the wall, filling the orders, was kind to the associates and very quick and helpful to them as well. The store is well lit, very clean. When someone came in Eric immediately welcomed them and encouraged them to check things out and that he would be right with them as he was checking me out. I appreciate that because sometimes that has happened to me and I have been ignored at other places, he was very amiable and I will definitely be back. Very impressed with the staff there today. 2/2/24 around noon.

This place is great! They offer half off SALE prices your first 2 visits with your new card! I couldn't believe it! They even have apparel in there. The staff was so nice, helpful & very well educated in offering help for what is specifically bothering you. The inside is very roomy & I love that you can actually see all the products & info cards in the cases. I consider INSA one of the most classy dispensaries around. Thank you for all of your help! This dispensary is by far the best option in the state of Florida. Not only do they have the best items to choose from, their staff are always welcoming. This location is filled with friendly and kind staff, always with a smile and happy to help. They have no problem giving you the time you need to choose your selection and ask questions, and somehow they hardly have any lines or waiting! Tonight, I drove all the way there and found I had forgotten my wallet. I rushed home and hoped I could arrive before they closed. I walked in 2 min before closing! I fully expected to be denied service (fairly). Instead, I was greeted by smiling and friendly faces of Kevin and Nikki as I apologized profusely for holding them up. Kevin quickly grabbed my order while Nikki checked me out. They could not have been more understanding and pleasant. Please extend my gratitude to these both! They are huge assets to your team!

Yesterday was my first time visiting this business and I have to say, it was a unique experience! Miss KK was my helper and talk about knowledgeable! She answered every one of my questions (and I had plenty!) and even went further and anticipated some of my questions without me even having to ask! Great atmosphere and the energy of the people and place met and even exceeded my expectations! Prices are a lil on the higher end, so this for me, will be a once in awhile trip, but I will look forward to each trip there!

First impression is nice. Well lit, clean and well presented. Greeted immediately by Briana and we began getting me into the system as it was my first time at Insa. Briana showed me the flower display that lets you smell the bud as well as see it, even telling you when it was put into the display. Nice touch. This was a test visit just to check it out. I shop my current dispos 2x's a month and I feel like you could easily replace one of them. I look forward to coming back and checking out some other products. They have everything on display so you can see what your buying and you can smell the flower. Not only that but I was waited on by Mercedes and she was very friendly and informative. No wait when you go in its decor is beautiful clean there is self check in screens to your right so there no waiting to order at register they have a display where you can look at the flower and the screen turns on to explain each one so you know what to pick. I had an absolutely fabulous experience at Insa. The place looks futuristic on the inside. With different flower samples you could smell, with information on each bud. What a surreal experience! it does not look or feel like an average dispensary in there. All the staff is super friendly. Brianna was absolutely lovely, very friendly and super knowledgeable. She took the time to show me around and explain to me the process since it was my first time there. Overall great experience, 10 out of 10, highly recommend will most definitely return.
