I've yet to have a bad customer service experience yet. I've only ever gotten one order that was dry, like really really dry. But usually all of my orders are still pretty sticky and moist.The best thing about Insa though is the constant sales. I'm getting over an ounce for under $150 all the time. I'm usually paying about $120-130 for an ounce of pretty good flower.Please try these guys out. I only buy flower though.

I’m not sure how Devan got that perception of the budtenders or the whole store. I began coming to INSA because of the lively vibe I get from them and theattentiveness they give to myself and others. I have come into their store late plenty of times towards the time of closing and was able to get serviced. They may not have had a strain I would prefer because of how late in the day I came, however I was always offered a different selection. What I’ve come to learn in this world is when you give kindness you tend to receive it back in return. Which is why I choose INSA as my main dispensary. They exhibit integrity and fair knowledge about their products. Demarquis( lord I hope I spell yal names right), Ian, O’Mallerey, and Kacy are the main budtenders I see when I come to the store. Each time I have been greeted warmly with kindness, and tended to with care and excellence . We were helped by Ian who was extremely knowledgeable and super friendly. I like to think I know a bunch about cannabis after over 40 years and I would take Ian's suggestions on what's good and what's good for me without reservation.The store is BEAUTIFUL and the glass cases in the middle of the store display the products so that the customer can get a good look before purchasing. The flower jars on display in the middle of the store are made of glass with what looks like a magnifier of some sort. You smell the products the second you open the door. Easily the cleanest, finest dispensary I've been to and I've been to just about every dispensary in the Jacksonville area.

This dispensary is amazing. The minute I drove up to the building I knew I was in for an experience. The store has a striking blue roof that stands out immediately. I walked inside and was blown away by the displays. I could actually smell the flower I was going to buy. The interior is beautiful and very clean. Purchasing Marijuana Products at INSA

I walked inside and was blown away by the displays. I could actually smell the flower I was going to buy. The interior is beautiful and very clean. All the employees I dealt with that day O'Malley, Kasey, and Christian were so helpful with my first time experience. I'll definitely be back.

I had the pleasure of meeting Ian and Jordan yesterday at this wonderful place. My first time in and I was completely blown away. Super cool beautiful store with amazing displays. Vibe was chill and welcoming. Ian was very helpful and knowledgeable and showed me around the store. Jordan quickly got my order and helped explain sales. This is my new favorite place! Prices are great, quality is amazing! And the containers are great for hands that have trouble opening other places containers 😉. This is not the closest dispensary to me, but I will gladly make the drive to visit here and be greeted with a smile and respect. Highly recommend!

First time customer, but literally placing another order for pickup now. I walked in about a week ago after I realized this little gem was 5 minutes from my workplace. I was greeted and helped by Demarquis, he was very knowledgeable and sincere. I believe he was the only one working the counter, but he handled it so well, giving adequate attention and greeting everyone that walked in. Great selection of products, and awesome staff! Insa definitely will be a regular stop!

This is a brand new dispensary and it is AMAZING! Everything about it is wonderful but mostly the selection and the staff. Edson helped me and his knowledge was more than any of the other places. He took the time to explain just about every concentrate that they have! I am truly amazed at the selection of this store. They have the best 50 dollar off coupons for 1st time patients and a loyalty program. Their stuff isn't already on sale so when you have rewards you can actually use them!

Very excited that Insa is in Jax now! Stopped by the new location and everyone was very friendly. Christian helped me pick out a couple of edible and flower options. He was very patient and made me feel comfortable. The set up is great, will definitely come back.
