Nate is usually my bud tender. He is always so happy and makes my crabby self smile while he helps me with my purchases. Nate definitely takes the time to explain things on my level. Nate has been very helpful both times I have visited so far. I have tasted a few strains of flower and a couple grams of concentrate. The flower is better than most shops in the area and the concentrate is on par with what's available most other places so far. Great to have a dispensary right here in Lake Placid very convenient. The staff is very friendly their process is a little wonky but I'm sure it'll get ironed out with some repetition.

Purchasing Marijuana Products at INSA
Upon arrival at this dispensary, you’ll enter a designated waiting area before going into the retail area with staff. The dispensary staff work with you to explain all of the cannabis products available. Budtenders may make recommendations that are based on your doctor’s recommendation.
