I love this place! Every single one of the budtenders is extremely knowledgeable, they know their product and answer all my questions with accuracy and ease. I'm so happy every time I walk in. The place is spotless and is really the nicest dispensary I've seen in Florida. I always learn something new from the staff. One of the best experiences that I have ever had at a dispensary. Ashley was absolutely amazing and even though I live out of town I will make this my “hometown” dispensary from now on! I absolutely love visiting this location! The staff is so kind and helpful. Even if they don’t know the answer off the top of their head they ask each other and do research until they find out! Nate is usually my bud tender. He is always so happy and makes my crabby self smile while he helps me with my purchases. Nate definitely takes the time to explain things on my level. He laughs with me and makes me feel so welcome even when I’m being a complete pain in the butt! Thanks Insa staff for always being great!!! But Nate’s the bestest.. please give the guy a raise or some pto!! He deserves it!!!!

Top notch, I can not emphasize this enough.Staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. They rigorously enforce the no tipping policy.Aside: Please change the tipping policy.

Nate has been very helpful both times I have visited so far. I have tasted a few strains of flower and a couple grams of concentrate. The flower is better than most shops in the area and the concentrate is on par with what's available most other places so far. Great to have a dispensary right here in Lake Placid very convenient. The staff is very friendly their process is a little wonky but I'm sure it'll get ironed out with some repetition.

Purchasing Marijuana Products at INSA
