I just came in and saw Cori and Johan as my last stop before going back to college. Every single worker in this dispensary has the kindest soul and always remembers me by name. First time visit. Rolled in from Titusville. Easy drive. Easy to find. Stand alone building on a busy corner. Upon walking in I was immediately struck by the layout of the store. This place is modern and slick. Basically everything they offer on display in a case. The nugs are on display in these space age containers which allow you to twist the top and take a sniff through a little vent. Oh yeah. When you pick up the container a display screen on and gives you info on the strain. Unreal.I came for concentrates. My tender Johan greeted me and we got down to biz. I came with a list in mind. I left with a couple on the list and a few of Johan’s recs. When we got to the register Johan opened every jar of concentrate and allowed me to inspect,whiff,etc. Again. Unreal. Long story short I will be making this drive regularly. And yeah. Every concentrate I left with was a headbanging work of art. Biggups Johan!!

Today I came in to shop, and I was treated extremely poorly by Joshua. I asked for my renewal discount with my new ID that has a new expiration date and Joshua was extremely rude telling me to go to my car to get my phone being very pushy and nasty when I had already had some trouble hobbling inside with my knee brace on. He told me I was just trying to get a free 50% off “out of him.” Among other snide comments. Sorry I earned my 50% renewal for being a patient. The manager did come out when I asked Joshua who he thought he was talking to the way he was. After explaining the situation to the female manager with Joshua standing next to her he said to me in front of management “ DO YOU FEEL BETTER ABOUT YOURSELF NOW” I’m seriously flabbergasted by the entire situation. I’ve never been treated this way at INSA before. Coming from the largest dispensary in Florida I have never had a patient or patient consultant/dispensary associate speak to me that way. I am a disabled person and you just don’t say those kinds of things to a patient or person period. I hope to get in contact with corporate immediately Monday morning.

Stopped in for the first time today on a whim because I was looking for a good deal and their 50% off first time discount is really nice. I was helped out by Johan who was incredibly knowledgeable on all of the products and gave me a great recommendation based on what I’ve seen so far, so I’m excited to come again. Also the medicine is completely airtight in a can for transport and sealed with nitrogen which for me is a really nice touch.

I found lots of good reviews, and I definitely think customer service is great, but the product didn't wow me, lame weed over priced. I purchased cannabis from many different Dispensaries around town, and I just find it hard to believe that INSA has good prices compared to other Dispensaries.Last week, for instance I got 1/8 for $12.50. Premium flower $25 and $35. Sometimes I get really good bud for $18. I just don't find this place a good place for me. But please keep shopping what you like and where you like, at the end its your money.

Insa is my favorite dispensary. I am agoraphobic, but I make the 1hr 10 min drive about once a month anyway. The quality of the flower, the variety of it, as well as the quality of the store itself is the reason I go. The employees are all amazing. Shout out to Even the employee from today. Made my visit quick and pleasant. I especially appreciated how the staff kept in touch with me while they had a short issue where they couldn't dispense, but kept me informed along the way until I could come get my order. Came in on a Friday morning (day after store opening) and a week later on a Wednesday morning.Well lit storefront with an interactive flower bar and a large merchandise/product display. The flower bar wasn't up during my first visit, but has since been stocked with their popular strains. The containers have vents where you can smell the product and the display will show you the strains information.Staff are very welcoming and I didn't feel like a number. Everyone I met (Larry, Jason, Alexis, and BT) were helpful and enthusiastic about what they were selling. Each visit the store has been empty, so I'm not sure how they handle multiple people. The building doesn't seem to have a traditional, "waiting area" like a lot of other dispensaries. Patients are encouraged to browse and ask questions. They even offered medicine-free samples of their chocolate edibles.They check you in at the front (tablet), then you can browse the displays/menus. You can place an order on one of the tablets, or a staff member will put it in. They offer $50 off $100 for the first and second visits. All of their discounts stack, which is pretty consumer forward. It's nice not having to choose between discounts with fine print and exclusions.I'm pretty satisfied with my purchases. Good product for the price. So far this place is like if Trulieve and Jungle Boys had a baby.I'll definitely keep these guys in mind. My only gripe so far is how hard it is to obtain a certificate of analysis (COA). The website has no information. The patient must e-mail their customer service after the purchase has been made. I'm well aware that you can ask to see the COAs in store, but I feel like that is time consuming and awkward for everyone involved. Both of the "parent dispensaries" (Trulieve and Jungle Boys) I mentioned earlier have up to date COAs on their website. Would love to see COAs added to their website or terpene percentages added to their flower bar.

This dispensary, officially referred to by the state as a medical marijuana treatment centers, or MMTC for short is licensed by the Office of Medical Marijuana Use (OMMU).
INSA is vertically integrated, as are all of the Florida cannabis brands. Being vertically integrated means they oversee the entire process from seed to sale. INSA dispensary products are grown from their own cannabis plants from seed or cuttings, harvested, and processed into a variety of products. Then packages and distributed within their own network.
Product types, different strains and availability can vary from store menu to store menu, depending on demand. If INSA in Orlando does not have what you are looking for, your Florida MedCard is universally accepted at any dispensary in the state.
Purchasing Marijuana Products at INSA
Upon arrival at this dispensary, you’ll enter a designated waiting area before going into the retail area with staff. The dispensary staff work with you to explain all of the cannabis products available. Budtenders may make recommendations that are based on your doctor’s recommendation.
If it’s your first visit, you’ll be required to complete intake forms. This lets the dispensary staff confirm your patient status and see what you were allotted by your medical marijuana doctor.
What Marijuana Products are Available at INSA
The best way to see the different product options before visiting the dispensary is to check out their online menu. If enabled, INSA in Orlando online menu may be available on FL Dispensaries to reserve your order.
If you have an active medical card, you can pick from a wide array of cannabis products. Various delivery methods of the different cannabinoids have been approved by the DOH, including edibles, inhalation, oral, sublingual, topical, traditional flower and even suppositories. There is no obligation to buy your entire milligram limit at once; instead, you can purchase less if you so desire and then buy more during another visit or at another dispensary. It’s important to find what works for you.
Low tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) cannabis with higher CBD products are available to patients as well who prefer the non-euphoric effect.

The quality of the flower, the variety of it, as well as the quality of the store itself is the reason I go. The employees are all amazing. Shout out to Even the employee from today. Made my visit quick and pleasant. I especially appreciated how the staff kept in touch with me while they had a short issue where they couldn't dispense, but kept me informed along the way until I could come get my order. Will be back soon!

Came in on a Friday morning (day after store opening) and a week later on a Wednesday morning.Well lit storefront with an interactive flower bar and a large merchandise/product display. The flower bar wasn't up during my first visit, but has since been stocked with their popular strains. The containers have vents where you can smell the product and the display will show you the strains information.Staff are very welcoming and I didn't feel like a number. Everyone I met (Larry, Jason, Alexis, and BT) were helpful and enthusiastic about what they were selling. Each visit the store has been empty, so I'm not sure how they handle multiple people. The building doesn't seem to have a traditional, "waiting area" like a lot of other dispensaries. Patients are encouraged to browse and ask questions. They even offered medicine-free samples of their chocolate edibles.They check you in at the front (tablet), then you can browse the displays/menus. You can place an order on one of the tablets, or a staff member will put it in. They offer $50 off $100 for the first and second visits. All of their discounts stack, which is pretty consumer forward. It's nice not having to choose between discounts with fine print and exclusions.I'm pretty satisfied with my purchases. Good product for the price. So far this place is like if Trulieve and Jungle Boys had a baby.I'll definitely keep these guys in mind. My only gripe so far is how hard it is to obtain a certificate of analysis (COA). The website has no information. The patient must e-mail their customer service after the purchase has been made. I'm well aware that you can ask to see the COAs in store, but I feel like that is time consuming and awkward for everyone involved. Both of the "parent dispensaries" (Trulieve and Jungle Boys) I mentioned earlier have up to date COAs on their website. Would love to see COAs added to their website or terpene percentages added to their flower bar.
