The woman working on 4-13-24 closed early Saturday night and myself and others were unable to pick up our prescriptions as a result. She locked the doors and turned pit the lights as I was pulling in @ 8:35 p.m.I went through the drive thru since I had pre paid and I saw someone swiftly close the door and turn off the lights. I rang the bell but she ignored it and hid. Other cars were behind me for the same waiting in vain to pick up their prescriptions as well.I drove to the front and the door was locked. More people attempted to come in. I was leaving and saw the light on in drive thru so I went to it and the woman said " were closed we sent everyone an email " I said what time do you close it says 9-9?She replied "8:45" I said I was here well before then and the doors were locked. She argued and I told her she was not being truthful.So I will cancel my order and get a refund.Trulieve is right next door and they stay open until advertised closing hours.Also, if this woman is so comfortable lying, do you think her dishonesty stops there?I had another bad experience at INSA the villages and I thought I would give them another chance.Never again.

I stumbled onto insa by accident when going next door to a competitor and we decided to stop and take a look. Entering we were greeted by Katt and helped as our budtender and gave very detailed and excellent advice in picking a couple strains and picking up a 1 1/2 ounces of great stuff dispensary by another friend back room guy named Damion. Saved a ton of money with first time discount (got same amount next door and paid $250 and at insa, it was $150 and better quality). I will definitely return and appreciate all the help we got while shopping in a very nice and clean store…. Thanks a lot katt and Damion.you guys get 5 stars

(Great first impression, a lot of places will have you wondering what to do unless you say something to them)After telling Josh I was new to the place, he started with asking me my preferences, and pointed me to the flower table.The table has actual buds in jars that rotate so you’re able to smell them, and what makes it better is when you pull the tether to look at the flower, information comes up on the screen about what your holding.Josh broke down all the sales going on,And because I was a new member I got 50 % off! Walked about of there with almost half of my prescription, all for around $60!!Josh was really patient with me, as I was flabbergasted by how amazing the place was. The hardest part was choosing from all the great products this place carries.10/10 will come here and bring all my friends and family that want better product.

Couldn't see a single finger print on a display or a speck of dust.Came in a while back for the Insa day 4/20 sale (had three pins). Everyone was super helpful even with the soft opening.Got some good deals. Decent to good flower. Concentrates are hit or miss, and really shouldn't be priced the way the are.Great staff and decent deals sometimes, but horrible standard pricing. They've gotten better in the last month with their almost daily deals, but they're random and sometimes hard to get to.Insa's best feature is their people.

I had a hard time placing an order online, so I went as a walk in. The pricing for the 3 items I wanted was showing something completely different! The manager came over to see what was up...and what appeared to be in my case was leftover items that were in my cart and it was picking up the sale price from weeks ago. Once I cleared everything it did indeed change price upwards. The mgr was very patient in explaining what went wrong. He went ahead and went the extra mile and made me a very happy patient by honoring the lower price! A shout out to Mat R. And Beth for their patience and truly helping me out. THANK YOU !

When you first walk in, you feel as if you walked into a bakery, not a dispensary.Damion took his time discussing strains and the man knows his cannabis!I have been a medical marijuana patient since the registry started and have been to most of the different places but none hold a candle to here.I have very bad arthritis in my hands and have always complained about the packaging on products, The containers with my product had an easy plastic pull strip and opening my flower I was stunned that it was sealed like a can of tuna with a pull open metal lid. Flower is as fresh as you can get. The room at home filled with the earthy yet sweet tones. The GMO-Root beer I tried was so relaxing, cerebral I just felt "zen".Even though it is a bit of a drive and have several other places I can go, INSA will be my place of choice. Wish I could do a 10 star rating, but they only allow 5

Purchasing Marijuana Products at INSA
During your first visit, you’ll be required to complete intake forms. This lets the dispensary staff confirm your patient status and see what you were allotted by your medical marijuana doctor.
