Girl at counter was very nice unfortunately was given bad info from call center about express pick up. Not express still have to wait in line so useless plus the product not so great. Bought a 5 pack of pre rolled and so far 2 of the 5 pre rolled tracked very badly no amount of spit was fixing these and lost half of the medicine

Was totally surprised at the amount of product they had! And everyone I I had contact with was extremely nice. It was only 2, but they were both really nice. I know (or think) the young man who waited on me, name was Stephen. I went in for one thing, so there wasn’t a lot of conversation. But I will most definitely be back!

I love this place! It’s conveniently located in the River City area. The staff here are amazing! They’re very knowledgeable and they have the best deals! Very minimal waits even when you walk-in (which is what i always do). No waiting 30+ minutes to be helped like other dispensaries. Highly recommend!

Not that any of the weed stores are really 'bad', but of all the MUV stores this is hands down the worst. They are consistently understaffed, they never have the variety the other stores have and if they do they certainly don't update their menu boards or online directory to reflect it. The worst thing is there's no real point in ordering express because walk in is usually faster.However, the staff is always friendly, helpful and courteous so it seems more like poor management more than anything else.

This place has won our business with their outstanding customer service. The bud tenders make sure you get the deepest discounts while giving you the best information. Also, the product is pretty much a 3.5 out of five. The discounts make it worth coming back and the quality on their higher $ stuff is definitely a five out of five. I’m also super pleased that they come to the northside, and that alone will be getting them my business for years to come.Once again, customer service here is fantastic and it’s the shortest wait time that you’ll have between here and Fernandina.

I’ve been to many different dispensaries and this one is by far the best! Today I had the pleasure of having Jonathan help me, amazing customer service from him and every employee there. They also have really good deals on 99% of the time and the wait time is great.

Purchasing Marijuana Products at MUV
Upon arrival at this dispensary, you’ll enter a designated waiting area before going into the retail area with staff. The dispensary staff work with you to explain all of the cannabis products available. Budtenders may make recommendations that are based on your doctor’s recommendation.
If it’s your first visit, you’ll be required to complete intake forms. This lets the dispensary staff confirm your patient status and see what you were allotted by your medical marijuana doctor.

If you have an active medical card, you can pick from a wide array of cannabis products.
