Visited store and i wasnt provided any information by store manager she was rude and had poor customer service didnt have any information on any product and brushed me off when questioned were asked, as a patient i expected to be informed of products i was asking for and treated with respect , she was overall rude highly recommended to not visit this location . This is the service youll receive; its uncalled for to be treated this way. Very poor service. This is my nearest dispensary to get my prescription and im very uncomfortable with store manager ,she didnt want anyone else to help me and its wrong if i didnt feel comfortable at all with her poor service.

The store G.M. Callise is exactly the opposite of of what a Manager should be at any store ever. The first time she dispensed me she gave me no information of any sort regarding my questions and had a horrible attitude towards me,and this time around I asked to be dispensed by someone other Than her because of her unprofessionalism and she refused to let any of the other trulieve workers dispense me. She came to me telling me how she is the store manager,so I told her I didn't care about that I just wanted someone else to dispense for me and she kicked me out of the store for no reason at all. She should definitely be fired she is very unprofessional at her job.

I managed to already forget the names of the awesome people working earlier this evening in this location ! I was out of my usual location and needed to pick up medicine before it got too late in the day and thankfully Trulieve had a location right by where I was before having to head too far out and have to wait longer to access my medicine. Truly grateful for Trulieve. I have had no issues with any of the locations I have been to. I’ve been to 3 and they’re all awesome!

Very unprofessional dispensary! If your dispensary closes at 9pm then there should be no reason why I’m being told at 8:30 that I can not be checked in and the doors were locked that I had to wait for someone to come out in order to get inside and ask why it was closed before 9pm. As a patient that needs her medication this is very wrong from trulieve. They have definitely lost a loyal patient because this is unacceptable especially when I placed my order online! Now I’m left without my medication thanks to the unprofessional gentleman at the front desk!

The staff is great but it literally takes forever to pick up. I wait at least 30 minutes for an order i place online every time. I’ve only gotten to use the express device maybe twice even though i always check in before hand. If you are coming make sure you give yourself at least an hour to wait.

I have some less then great experiences with trulieve as a company and I have had some bad experiences at a few stores, but never this location. I actually love this store and the one near Legoland are the only stores I will shop at. They have a nice selection and a big store thats hidden, parking can be an issue but, it's Florida not surprising. The staff honestly make this store shine, perfect example, the other day I walked into this location, like I said I go here or Legoland so not like I am here a lot, but the person behind the check in counter said hi and called me by by name. It caught me off guard made me stop walking for a second to see if the police were about to jump out. Thankfully that didn't happen. The easy way to describe the customer service here is this, I liked in Colorado, I always tip my bud tender. It's almost an obligation, like tipping a waitress. Everytime I get done shopping here i wanna tip, because they treat you that well.

I love this location! This is my 2nd visit since it opened and when I go I feel like the red carpet is laid out for me. Excellent service all the way from the greeting desk to the showroom. Today I was helped by Eddie and she did an amazing job making sure I felt welcome, that I was aware of all the specials running for the Day, she checked to see if I had reward points, and made sure I had everything I needed. She asked if I had any questions or doubts. Left with a smile! Great service all around. Hope it never changes! I Love Trulieve!

Before this dispensary could open, it was licensed by the Office of Medical Marijuana Use (OMMU). In the state of Florida, dispensaries are officially referred to as medical marijuana treatment centers (MMTCs).
Trulieve is vertically integrated, as are the rest of the MMTC’s. Being vertically integrated means they oversee the entire process from seed to sale. Trulieve grows their own cannabis plants from seed or cuttings, harvests, processes into a variety of products, packages and distributes within their own network.
Product types and availability can vary from store menu to store menu, depending on demand. If Trulieve in Kissimmee does not have what you are looking for, there is no legal obligation to stick to a single brand. Your medical marijuana card is universally accepted at any dispensary in Florida.
Purchasing Marijuana Products at Trulieve
During your first visit, you’ll be required to complete intake forms. This lets the dispensary staff confirm your patient status and see what you were allotted by your medical marijuana doctor.
Upon arrival at this dispensary, you’ll enter a designated waiting area before going into the retail area with staff. The dispensary staff work with you to explain all of the cannabis products available. Budtenders will make recommendations that are based on your doctor’s recommendation.
Preparation Helps: See what’s available ahead of time. If enabled, after finding the right products you desire, reserve your order on our e-commerce platform.
