Recently I had an order messed up by an employee. I ended up with two 8ths that had some seeds in it and just wasn't very good. I called to inform them it might be a bad batch. They apologized profusely and offered me a refund or store credit. When I got there the manager personally apologized. He found me a strain that worked wonderfully. As well as threw in some extras as an apology. I was truly floored. The people at Fluent actually know their stuff. Because it's medicine some days you come in flustered or overwhelmed by choice. Fluent is always there to listen to your needs and provide exactly the item that will help.

Although I've spent quite a bit of money at this Fluent, I will no longer give them my loyalty or business. Why? Absolutely worthless customer service. I live almost 20 miles each way to this dispensary so I buy my meds for the month. Unknown to me, on my 09/25/2022 purchase (of more than $200+), one of vape cartridges was leaking. I noticed it on 10/26 when I opened the package to use it. Thought it was a minor leak but no, it was all over inside of the box as well. Called Fluent; they have a 10 day return but it is up to the discretion of the store manager where it was purchase. Gville store manager would not replace the cartridge, but offered me a 60% discount on same product. WHAT?? So now I'm stuck with a cartridge that does not work (that I paid 50% off at the time) and I would have to pay to replace it?? What in the world has happened to good customer service?? Anyone could easily ascertain there is a flaw in the cartridge! Fluent also blatantly misrepresents their "sales". What you read on the web is different from what will actually occur when you purchase. You can't use this discount with this, or this discount only goes for this. Oh, and I LOVE the fact you can collect and use the rewards, BUT never on the sale price, you have to pay full price when using rewards.They are not the only dispensary in this town and they will see no more of my $$.

It’s hit or miss here. There have been times that they sold me terrible flowers that didn’t weigh 3.5 grams. Sometimes they are doing the bare minimum when it comes to customer service. Truelieve is a better dispensary in my opinion.

It was not only not ready but, as I was walking out with my order, I had dropped my purse and went to put MY bag on a display table and was told THAT'S NOT YOURS! Don't take that it's a display bag. I stoupped shoplifting at the age of 12 after getting caught stealing a pair of nylons for my older cousin. If I look like a thief, I have a huge problem. I'm going to be 65 so, they really need to stop bullying people. It was not worth my time to try and run in and out. Why have something called fast pickup? The worst dispensary I have ever been to. Rude staff, if they find out you're not some rich college kid with a bunch of money they have no time for you and let you sit in their lobby for an hour while people get to go in front of you that just walked through the door.Staff needs to seriously be retrained in how to address customers walking into their store and not everyone has a ton of money so when they constantly try to upsell you a million times at the register, it gets annoying.

Yesterday was my first time visiting a dispensary as a patient. I visited Fluent, and it was great! They have a sale for 50% off up to a $200 purchase for first time patients and I got a great deal! The staff listened carefully to my needs and symptoms, explained all the different products and how they work and tailored their recommendations to what I said. They were very knowledgeable and explained pharmacokinetics of the medications in ways what were easy to understand. I sleep very well at night now, and I've had insomnia for nearly 15 years now! Looking forward to the benefits of my new medicine and Fluent will definitely be a place I continue to visit!

This is my new favorite. I’ve always loved Fluent’s quality but I was pretty devoted to another dispensary because of the prices. However the service here is worth it. The product quality and customer service surpasses anywhere else I have been To. Never a wait, they actually answer the phone answer. I hate having to wait around at dispensaries. Great clean facility with very helpful polite staff, with a quality product. The only problem I’ve had is that they seem to run out of product often. I’ve gone there several times and 50% of the time they don’t have the same product from month to month (example- I use the Polaris vape for sleep, or Polaris flower. They almost never have the Polaris flower/preroll and twice did not have any Polaris products). Sometimes they don’t have any flower at all besides a limited selection of pre rolls. You get the Polaris flower in and I’ll return! I know to check what’s in stock online now.

Their solution was a discount and free battery replacement. The battery has a replacement warranty and I already get a discount. I asked for assistance in replacing the ruined carpet. She was the most helpful, the sweetest & kindest person you could ever have the privilege of dealing with!!     Although I've spent quite a bit of money at this Fluent, I will no longer give them my loyalty or business. Why? Absolutely worthless customer service. I live almost 20 miles each way to this dispensary so I buy my meds for the month. Unknown to me, on my 09/25/2022 purchase (of more than $200+), one of vape cartridges was leaking. I noticed it on 10/26 when I opened the package to use it. Thought it was a minor leak but no, it was all over inside of the box as well. Called Fluent; they have a 10 day return but it is up to the discretion of the store manager where it was purchase. Gville store manager would not replace the cartridge, but offered me a 60% discount on same product. WHAT?? So now I'm stuck with a cartridge that does not work (that I paid 50% off at the time) and I would have to pay to replace it?? What in the world has happened to good customer service?? Anyone could easily ascertain there is a flaw in the cartridge! Fluent also blatantly misrepresents their "sales". What you read on the web is different from what will actually occur when you purchase. You can't use this discount with this, or this discount only goes for this. Oh, and I LOVE the fact you can collect and use the rewards, BUT never on the sale price, you have to pay full price when using rewards.They are not the only dispensary in this town and they will see no more of my $$.

    It’s hit or miss here. There have been times that they sold me terrible flowers that didn’t weigh 3.5 grams. Sometimes they are doing the bare minimum when it comes to customer service. Truelieve is a better dispensary in my opinion.

It was not only not ready but, as I was walking out with my order, I had dropped my purse and went to put MY bag on a display table and was told THAT'S NOT YOURS! Don't take that it's a display bag. I stoupped shoplifting at the age of 12 after getting caught stealing a pair of nylons for my older cousin. If I look like a thief, I have a huge problem. I'm going to be 65 so, they really need to stop bullying people. It was not worth my time to try and run in and out. Why have something called fast pickup? None of the dispensaries in Gainesville do!! False freaking advertising on every ridiculous website.

Rude staff, if they find out you're not some rich college kid with a bunch of money they have no time for you and let you sit in their lobby for an hour while people get to go in front of you that just walked through the door.Staff needs to seriously be retrained in how to address customers walking into their store and not everyone has a ton of money so when they constantly try to upsell you a million times at the register, it gets annoying.

    Yesterday was my first time visiting a dispensary as a patient. I visited Fluent, and it was great! They have a sale for 50% off up to a $200 purchase for first time patients and I got a great deal! The staff listened carefully to my needs and symptoms, explained all the different products and how they work and tailored their recommendations to what I said. They were very knowledgeable and explained pharmacokinetics of the medications in ways what were easy to understand. I sleep very well at night now, and I've had insomnia for nearly 15 years now! Looking forward to the benefits of my new medicine and Fluent will definitely be a place I continue to visit!

I know it was a little bit rough in the beginning, but Fluent as a whole seems to want to be and do better and lately I have been impressed with not only staff but product as well. :)Great, positive environment and staff that make you feel welcomed. They seem like they care for the health and well being of patients rather than just trying to push products and make sales. Highly recommend this place.

The front desk rep was cool but the heavy set gal behind him started barking orders about putting g on a mask. Not “would you mind putting on a mask” but tossing out orders instead.I left the locating because I had to use a bathroom and theirs was out of order.When I can back I tried to explain that clients don’t really like being ordered around.Rather than apologizing and providing good customer service she chose to be condescending and continues to beat me up.Even after I masked up and told her I was good and ready to complete my transaction she gave me an attitude so f it...I’m out.Would never return to this branch and seriously considering not doing biz w fluent.Sorry...not sorry

    Once again ripped off by Fluent,, got a buffer whole flower, when I got it home to check it, the seal was broken and obviously a huge bud had been taken! Container weighed 2.8 grams for over 50$ bucks!! (Flower had a couple seeds and wasn’t that great! 🤣) What a joke,, sad not even the first time this has happened!! But will be the last time I will NEVER shop with Fluent again. Store manager offered me 25% off which is worthless since they said I couldn’t stack it with my veterans discount!! So wow ripped off with no real solution,, plus I won’t shop again to even use that 25%, sad day, I will tell everyone I know and blast on review. Gainesville store taking buds from your medicine better weigh them all!! You should also try GrowHealthy and Curaleaf for better results 👍🏻😎

    This is my new favorite. I’ve always loved Fluent’s quality but I was pretty devoted to another dispensary because of the prices. However the service here is worth it. The product quality and customer service surpasses anywhere else I have been To. Never a wait, they actually answer the phone answer. I hate having to wait around at dispensaries. I want my experience to be convenient, discreet and easy- and that’s exactly what it was.     Great clean facility with very helpful polite staff, with a quality product. The only problem I’ve had is that they seem to run out of product often. I’ve gone there several times and 50% of the time they don’t have the same product from month to month (example- I use the Polaris vape for sleep, or Polaris flower. They almost never have the Polaris flower/preroll and twice did not have any Polaris products). Sometimes they don’t have any flower at all besides a limited selection of pre rolls. You get the Polaris flower in and I’ll return! I know to check what’s in stock online now.

    Very happy with their products and the staff. Very unhappy with customer service in solving a problem with a battery blowing up while charging and starting a small fire. Their solution was a discount and free battery replacement. The battery has a replacement warranty and I already get a discount. I asked for assistance in replacing the ruined carpet. Called multiple times with no result. Not sure if I will go to that store anymore if they can not back their product.

    Accompanied a friend here and was pleasantly surprised. The place was immaculate and waiting room was like that of a high end doctor's office. Staff was uniformed, clean cut, friendly and very professional. I was very impressed with everything I saw and heard. It completely blew my preconceived conceptions of a dispenser out of the water. This was my first experience at such a facility. Very classy! I felt my friend was in good hands.
