Had the worst experience here, first time at this location and it was very confusing. Will not return, nobody greeted me when I walked in. Employee behind the service counter seemed to have an attitude that I didn’t know what to do even though each locations have different methods of accepting customers. The only reason I approached was because there was no hostess. When the hostess returned they decided to greet and help the customers who arrived after me. Made me feel invisible, employees who saw me enter first just allowed their coworkers to service the other people. Just rude, wasn’t gonna write a review but had such a better experience at the other lake worth location I felt the need to type this.

Never coming back to Trulieve. Every location I ever go to, there’s only one cashier for 4/5 customers. I’ve never been in and out in less than 15 min. Always a 20-30 minute wait. Trulieve loves to reap the monetary benefits but doesn’t care a customer satisfaction! I’ll go to every other dispensary that always has more than 1 person working!

Worst trulieve ever I get they close at 8:45 pm I walked in at 8:44 pm. The lady told me it was too late as I’m in the door (wasn’t even locked) I work 12 hr shifts even longer I need my medication and I was denied never again will I support trulieve.

I love this location! The staff is amazing and they go above and beyond for their customers. Today I had a problem with the transaction precessing and had to go to the ATM. Nick the manager jumped into action made sure my transaction was not charged twice and even gave me a discount. This is the definition of customer service. Thank you Nick! Multiple register only one employee or two, it takes over 20 minutes per customer, if you’re already placed an order you might wait only 15. Come on guys! How is it I been there 3 times ever, and 2 times they got my order wrong when I’m in their face telling them what I want. If you don’t check you stuff as soon as you walk out or in the store I can almost guaranteed they will be missing something if you bought more than a couple of things.,Idk if they’re all stoned or something but imagine driving 40 mins then going back home and realizing they missed what you asked for.You’d think that job wasn’t too hard right? I’ve come here before because it’s close to my house, but it’s really not worth the attitude and the waste of time. They charge me for item and they did not give it to me plus l overcharge twice ! I rather go somewhere where you get good customer service! Where Truelive fails is they don’t staff their location and make you wait like your visiting your Dr. Office “ which I might add is very uncomfortable feeling.” My suggestion would be to loosen up the atmosphere and hire more staff to keep the people moving instead of twiddling our thumbs waiting like we’re at the DMV office . Nobody wants to place a order online and still need to wait 10-20 minutes in lobby . But overall my experience at this location is similar to other locations experience.

This place is severely understaffed. It is always packed every single time I go there but today after an encounter with another patient and the way management handled it I decided I would move on to a new location.This business is essentially Florida's Walmart of medical marijuana. They pay and treat their staff terribly. By comparison to other dispensaries in the area the quality of their product is lacking. The only reason I regularly would visit this location is because of its proximity to my work. However, I have always had a very good experience at sanctuary in Jupiter. Also sanctuary in West Palm Beach.Sanctuary has almost no wait times, much better quality, friendlier staff, better deals, better veteran discounts and a classier store.I was also supposed to be contacted by a supervisor from the customer service center regarding my issue but they didn't bother to ever call me back showing just how unimportant customers and their feedback really are to this big box corporation showing just how unimportant customers and their feedback really are to this big box corporation.Since the corporate office decided to treat one of their customers with so much indifference I feel it appropriate to leave this review at all of the locations. It was my first time going to Trulieve. Raquel and Isaiah help me out. Both of them were friendly, professional, and patient. They made the experience very pleasant and easy, and I left knowing that I would come back in the future. One of my big problems was sleep and that night, because of their suggestions, I got 9 to 10 hours of sleep! That was 4 to 5 hours more than I usually get a night. So if anyone is looking for a wonderful experience, go to Trulieve and ask for Raquel and Isaiah!

This place is severely understaffed. It is always packed every single time I go there but today after an encounter with another patient and the way management handled it I decided I would move on to a new location.This business is essentially Florida's Walmart of medical marijuana. They pay and treat their staff terribly. By comparison to other dispensaries in the area the quality of their product is lacking. The only reason I regularly would visit this location is because of its proximity to my work. However, I have always had a very good experience at sanctuary in Jupiter. Also sanctuary in West Palm Beach.Sanctuary has almost no wait times, much better quality, friendlier staff, better deals, better veteran discounts and a classier store.I was also supposed to be contacted by a supervisor from the customer service center regarding my issue but they didn't bother to ever call me back showing just how unimportant customers and their feedback really are to this big box corporation showing just how unimportant customers and their feedback really are to this big box corporation.Since the corporate office decided to treat one of their customers with so much indifference I feel it appropriate to leave this review at all of the locations. You want to ignore me Good.

As soon as you walk in the door, Neil greets you with a smile. All the staff were friendly and very knowledgeable. The gigantic selection of products was perfect and reasonably priced. I got everything I wanted and was in and out within 10-15 minutes. Overall it was a quick, easy and wonderful experience from start to finish.

It was my first time going to Trulieve. Raquel and Isaiah help me out. Both of them were friendly, professional, and patient. They made the experience very pleasant and easy, and I left knowing that I would come back in the future. One of my big problems was sleep and that night, because of their suggestions, I got 9 to 10 hours of sleep! That was 4 to 5 hours more than I usually get a night. So if anyone is looking for a wonderful experience, go to Trulieve and ask for Raquel and Isaiah!

Love Trulieve and usually frequent the Boynton Beach Winchester location. So happy to finally have one in Lake Worth. We went on opening day, staff was super friendly and they all handled the opening day rush very well! We'll definitely be back.
