So I love the prices: variety good but 2x I had 2 types of products and one bag .. they tried to convince me some come with flower. Yes I get that but density etc was different . When bought to their attention it was a what you want us to do . What's the harm ?! There's never a harm just one smokes different than the rest .. it happened to me 2x at this location and it has been a off put.. they won't correct it and only thing to do is open it infront of them and inspect it .. def on the bottom of dispensaries in this area

On June 19 between 9am - 9:20am I watched two people harassing the staff because they were told only one patient with a valid med card can be seen at a time. The woman who was being assisted immediately began to yell and curse at the staff stating she was disabled with a memory issue. This staff is literally the friendliest bunch of folks anyone will ever meet, and I disagree with anyone who says otherwise. The woman carried on and the staff remained professional regardless of that. The situation was handled with grace, and I was absolutely disgusted with the behavior of the woman. She claimed she needed help from her son to help her remember what she was going to order, but this business offers online pick-up services with the full menu and sales listed. Perhaps an online order would have been the right thing to do so you don't have trouble trying to remember what you wanted to get? Some people just want to spread misery and feel entitled to what they please and it’s very sad. In my 4 years of shopping here at this location, every person new or old has always treated me with dignity, respect, and always given great suggestions for my medication.

I didn't realize it was such a big issue to try and help a DISABLED VETERAN with MENTAL DISABILITIES, with remembering their order in front of a bud tender. Apparently, you can not be anywhere near a family member as they're making their transaction. No matter what, because that's their "store policy." Even if everyone has a medical marijuana card, and is completely registered to buy. They will still give you issues with there needing to be "one person at a till at a time." Even after having to explain that I was only there to help my mother with her memory/medical issues, they still lacked the understanding and basic common sense that all I was trying to do was say a few words to help her remember what she, as a customer, wanted. Completely an immature and baffling experience, even down to the music played inside the establishment. Simply just so disorienting, especially when you're trying to focus on their confusing 3-ring binder of a menu. This experience happened on a Wednesday morning from 9 am to 9:20 am, July 19th. 🙂

This by far used to be my favorite dispensary. I’d be in here one- two times a week. Then they got bought out and became AYR. That is when everything changed. They raised their prices which are now as high as trulieve, MuV places like that. The problem is their quality and prices do not mesh.Trulieve charges a bit more for their products but their products are top shelf. AYR is selling bottom to middle shelf items for top shelf prices. It doesn’t work. Why am I paying more for less THC? Honestly it is a shame that they did this. I have been looking at their products for weeks and waiting for sales but their prices are still so over priced. I will no longer be a customer of theirs due to this. They need to either change their products or their prices.

Dissapointed. This places gimmick is that there is always a sale. Non sale prices sky high, but it's always 65% off so who cares? Well, I went in to use my renewal discount today and was told I couldn't use it on discounted items? So you lured me in with a discount you can't honor? I spend a ton of money here. Have my rfe and run it out every month. I think it sucks that they advertise a discount they know realistically can't be used. They were polite as always but there are a lot of places that will honor the discount they advertise and maybe they deserve my business.Edited 10/22. Was told I'd be able to use the discount. I placed an order with clear cut instructions to not fill the order and to cancel it if It would not be honored for any reason. I made the drive in and low and behold, was told that they couldn't honor the discount! So they read my note and still filled the order making me waste my time... Who I can only assume was a manager lied to me and said "we can't see your notes". The reputation of this dispensary is dropping vastly in the medical marijuana community. Literally had a lady frustrated tell me to take my business elsewhere on the way in as she walked out. I will never step foot in this dispensary again. They have awesome prices but it depends on the brand of product. The people here are always so friendly! I love how welcomed they make you feel! The prices can’t be beat. You can get three one gram cartridges at this place for the price of one at fluent. Trulieve charges $100 for two. The product however does seem weaker than compared to other dispensaries in the area. I’m a sativa guy. I’ve tried just about all of their sativa and have yet to find a remarkable strain that makes me feel energetic/happy like most sativas make you feel like. The more expensive “live resin” cartridges aren’t worth the extra money IMO. I felt absolutely nothing from the black jack live resin sativa strain. The Mai Thai and accapella gold sativas have been the best I’ve tried so far! I will be back for the sales and to try new future products! Just hoping to see some stronger sativa strains in the future! 🙏🏼☺️

Purchased 6 Carts from here, the woman said my doctor hasn’t prescribed me a BATTERY for the cart. Never have heard of that. Why would my doctor prescribe me a battery. Anyway. So I can buy the medical marijuana cart but not the battery??? although I bought 2 batteries from Curaleaf a couple weeks prior and 1 at trulieve all since I’ve renewed my prescription… weird. She charged me for it, gave me the cash back & then chased me outside because she didn’t take the battery out. I just don’t like the way they roll, felt like a power trip to me. I went into the Cape Coral location today and got treated very poorly and made fun of and rudely taking care of by the clerk apparently it's okay for the manager Cody to complain to the clerk (and they were both rude) I was dealing with .when you're offered discounts and I haven't been able to use my 50% off because everything I bought I've been told is on discount I finally had a chance to use it today and got made fun of for it ,I heard the conversation they were having which they shouldn't have had out in the open where people can hear them even though they're in another room with a door wide open you can clearly hear them as there's nobody else in the building as a veteran and as a Google review and Guide here for fort Myers Florida I do not suggest coming to this location I suggest staying away and going to trulieve and getting your 30% discount for veterans and your 10% compassionate discount as well for every purchase this is a medical facility and these guys had no right to act the way they did very unprofessional especially when a good portion of your customers are veterans this isn't going to look good when hear when the VA hears about this.

Upon entering you're greated with the most delicious aroma of the best herbs. They have name brand strains that aren't made up by themselves. The staff if friendly and knowledgable. I also love the points program they do, it’s worth signing up for! Oh also, they’re the only dispensary around where I’ve found so many strain-name concentrate syringes...usually other places just have them under “hybrid concentrate, sativa or indica” and it’s a huge help to be able to pick an actual strain that I know helps my chronic migraines. On June 19 between 9am - 9:20am I watched two people harassing the staff because they were told only one patient with a valid med card can be seen at a time. The woman who was being assisted immediately began to yell and curse at the staff stating she was disabled with a memory issue. This staff is literally the friendliest bunch of folks anyone will ever meet, and I disagree with anyone who says otherwise. The woman carried on and the staff remained professional regardless of that. The situation was handled with grace, and I was absolutely disgusted with the behavior of the woman. She claimed she needed help from her son to help her remember what she was going to order, but this business offers online pick-up services with the full menu and sales listed. Perhaps an online order would have been the right thing to do so you don't have trouble trying to remember what you wanted to get? Some people just want to spread misery and feel entitled to what they please and it’s very sad. In my 4 years of shopping here at this location, every person new or old has always treated me with dignity, respect, and always given great suggestions for my medication.

I didn't realize it was such a big issue to try and help a DISABLED VETERAN with MENTAL DISABILITIES, with remembering their order in front of a bud tender. Apparently, you can not be anywhere near a family member as they're making their transaction. No matter what, because that's their "store policy." Even if everyone has a medical marijuana card, and is completely registered to buy. They will still give you issues with there needing to be "one person at a till at a time." Even after having to explain that I was only there to help my mother with her memory/medical issues, they still lacked the understanding and basic common sense that all I was trying to do was say a few words to help her remember what she, as a customer, wanted. Completely an immature and baffling experience, even down to the music played inside the establishment. Simply just so disorienting, especially when you're trying to focus on their confusing 3-ring binder of a menu. This experience happened on a Wednesday morning from 9 am to 9:20 am, July 19th. 🙂

This by far used to be my favorite dispensary. I’d be in here one- two times a week. Then they got bought out and became AYR. That is when everything changed. They raised their prices which are now as high as trulieve, MuV places like that. The problem is their quality and prices do not mesh.Trulieve charges a bit more for their products but their products are top shelf. AYR is selling bottom to middle shelf items for top shelf prices. It doesn’t work. Why am I paying more for less THC? Honestly it is a shame that they did this. I have been looking at their products for weeks and waiting for sales but their prices are still so over priced. I will no longer be a customer of theirs due to this. Trulieve charges $100 for two. The product however does seem weaker than compared to other dispensaries in the area. I’m a sativa guy. I’ve tried just about all of their sativa and have yet to find a remarkable strain that makes me feel energetic/happy like most sativas make you feel like. The more expensive “live resin” cartridges aren’t worth the extra money IMO. I felt absolutely nothing from the black jack live resin sativa strain. The Mai Thai and accapella gold sativas have been the best I’ve tried so far! I will be back for the sales and to try new future products! Purchased 6 Carts from here, the woman said my doctor hasn’t prescribed me a BATTERY for the cart. Never have heard of that. Why would my doctor prescribe me a battery. Anyway. So I can buy the medical marijuana cart but not the battery??? although I bought 2 batteries from Curaleaf a couple weeks prior and 1 at trulieve all since I’ve renewed my prescription… weird. She charged me for it, gave me the cash back & then chased me outside because she didn’t take the battery out. I just don’t like the way they roll, felt like a power trip to me. Product was great though.

I went into the Cape Coral location today and got treated very poorly and made fun of and rudely taking care of by the clerk apparently it's okay for the manager Cody to complain to the clerk (and they were both rude) I was dealing with .when you're offered discounts and I haven't been able to use my 50% off because everything I bought I've been told is on discount I finally had a chance to use it today and got made fun of for it ,I heard the conversation they were having which they shouldn't have had out in the open where people can hear them even though they're in another room with a door wide open you can clearly hear them as there's nobody else in the building as a veteran and as a Google review and Guide here for fort Myers Florida I do not suggest coming to this location I suggest staying away and going to trulieve and getting your 30% discount for veterans and your 10% compassionate discount as well for every purchase this is a medical facility and these guys had no right to act the way they did very unprofessional especially when a good portion of your customers are veterans this isn't going to look good when hear when the VA hears about this.

Upon entering you're greated with the most delicious aroma of the best herbs. They have name brand strains that aren't made up by themselves. The staff if friendly and knowledgable. They have huge selection and soon introducing shatters waxes crumbles etc. 12 people inside at 1 time masks required. This is the place for people who want good quality medicine for insanely great prices! I picked up 3, 3.5 gram cups for 60 bucks. Can't beat it.

The staff always remember me and remember what I like to buy/what works for me, the waiting area is comfortable, the wait times are never long...even when the store is full, they carry Mary’s products (best cannabis topicals and patches, hands down) and they’re the only ones in the area to my knowledge that does. They have amazing amazing deals on flower, the Blue Dream is very nice and it’s been consistent which is a plus (consistency can be hard to find when it comes to flower). I also love the points program they do, it’s worth signing up for! Oh also, they’re the only dispensary around where I’ve found so many strain-name concentrate syringes...usually other places just have them under “hybrid concentrate, sativa or indica” and it’s a huge help to be able to pick an actual strain that I know helps my chronic migraines. Looking forward to trying all the concentrate syringes here next visit!
