Not happy today. Last time I was able to use my rewards on the discounted price. This time they said no. They have to put it original price, therefore I would only save .50 instead of 12.50. This is stupid because your products always have a high price and marked down to a lower price so it looks like it's on sale always. What's the point of rewards if they don't actually give you a discount. Sounds like a marketing scam to me.

I've been shopping at this location for almost 2 years now, and highly recommend it. I primarily buy their concentrates. For the price you pay versus the quality you're getting it's a combination that's hard to beat. I also like the staff there. I'm usually in and out in under 5 minutes.

As much as I want to love this place, I just can’t. The prices are spectacular and customer service is great too. I find the vapes carts to be very harsh. They clog and get bubbles. Taste isn’t that great either. Effects are spotty. Sometimes good and sometimes nothing. Still like the place though, just the quality is subpar.

I purchased two cartridge from Ayr and I was shocked when I opened the box and see this . One of the pens looked used . When I went to the store , the lady was very nice and and helpful and said it was manufacturing issue but come on, this is clearly someone tampering with the pens . I believe the cashier switched out the new one with their old one . The oil is usually darker when being used and you can tell in the pictures , something is definitely off . I never wrote review because I always trust people but I felt this was done intentional and they know what they was doing ! Make it make sense for me please .🙏

Ayr is just amazing. So glad they are so close. My only wish as a bit of a hermit is that they did delivery to Montverde, but I do enjoy this location and if you're looking for good prices and friendly staff who knows their products well, this is the place. 5 star service from Rachel!

This dispensary is my go to, and one of the best I've been to. The price to quality ratio is right in the sweet spot where you aren't breaking the bank but you're getting good quality medicine. They always do their best to find you the best deal which I appreciate. August is very knowledgeable and they alway make great suggestions.The wait is never long, and everyone I've interacted with has treated me with nothing but kindness. Let's face it, there are 3 other dispensaries nearby. What keeps me coming back here is the quality of service.

Extremely unprofessional. I was banned because you didn't like me giving you a dose of your own medicine and I promise I won't lose any sleep. Your employee lacked customer service and made a smart remark after I said a sign stating CASH ONLY should be on the DOOR. Instead of being professional, he preceded to make his comment to which I fired back. You're a "business" and I was a paying customer. You're response should have been something along the lines of "I apologize sir but we have signage posted inside." Instead of his smart a$$ remark. Can't hide behind the counter forever sir. More signage should be posted stating you no longer accept debit. CASH ONLY, fools.

Horrible customer service could of easily ask if I had a pickup order while she was looking at the menu for 10 mins after 15 mins I said hey I have a quick pickup order he said oh I have to help her but wasn’t doing nothing but complaining proceeding to say to the lady quote I wish I had a job I did nothing at. Then knew I was getting frustrated and try to have a conversation after the sale with the girl noted my pickup took less than 2 mins dudes horrible if you don’t like your job do something else was a decent spot not worth to wait 30 minutes for one customer. Friendly staff only goes so far. Typical Florida medical store. Barely trimmed nugs that uncure and CBN out in their containers. Hard to maintain terpene profiles when your flower is degrading away, most strains need to be burped and put in larger containers before they start to cure again. Genuinely unimpressed every time. Won’t be shopping here for flower anymore.

I love this location! Jose is literally the best! He runs the store at a high level and us customers love it! Jose never missing checking customers items to ensure it is accurate and having others do this every single time! Jose is super knowledgeable and always gives the best recommendations. I have been in this store quite a few times. I have always had good people helping me out. Anna has been one of the best employees to help me so far. She is always very helpful and takes her time with me. Something as small as me not being able to get the cart boxes open. No one had ever shown me. So I mentioned that I had used the scissors numerous times. She stopped what she was doing, getting the rest of my stuff checked out, and said no one ever showed you? I said no. She took her time with me to make sure I could open them when I got home. I have been In customer service for over 25 years. It is always so nice to have people still stop and help me when I need it. I just wanted to give her a shout out and say thank you so much!!!!!! I appreciate you girl!!!!!!!!!

Was shopping during a 30% discount sale on their website but when I show up after my order says prepared, the store rings everything up at full price. I explain that the order was discounted online. I had an email verifying the lower price, along with the fact that the receipt that was stapled to the bag also said the discounted price. The budtenders stood there telling me that what I ordered was actually not included in the discount and when I checked the website, they had taken the discount off of the items that I had already had a processed order with.The manager was contacted and they did end up giving a 20% discount after almost 30 minutes of back and forth, so i still ended up having to pay more than the order said I would have to.Honestly never going to this dispensary again. The experience is lackluster and it is a shame that they let you take the hit for their mistakes. This experience was extremely shady

Horrible. Drove 39 minutes in pouring rain to walk out with not 1 strain. This dispensary is NOT worth your time. Liberty is wack and so are their stipulations. NEVER again I usually go to the Orlando location but after this experience I will NEVER go back to a Liberty health again. Trulieve is more convenient and right around the corner. Now I have to go spend my coins there.

Purchasing Marijuana Products at Ayr

I love this location! Jose is literally the best! He runs the store at a high level and us customers love it! Jose never missing checking customers items to ensure it is accurate and having others do this every single time! Jose is super knowledgeable and always gives the best recommendations. I don’t care to spend more even if there are no discounts simply because I trust Jose’s knowledge. The cool thing is every single time I visit customers all feel the same! Jose I’m not sure how Liberty got you but I would hire you in a heartbeat! Thank you and see you on my weekly visit Jose 🙂

Liberty Health is a great place to go hands down. Every time I go there, I experience less than a 5 minute wait time to be seen. The whole staff is very friendly. Especially Anna who will take her time with you to make sure you leave the store with what you want instead of rushing you in and out of there. Another dispensary in town I use to frequent wouldn't even bother double/triple checking their stock half the time to see if they had what I wanted. They would blatantly say they're out of it. I've not had that experience at Liberty Health.

I have been in this store quite a few times. I have always had good people helping me out. Anna has been one of the best employees to help me so far. She is always very helpful and takes her time with me. Something as small as me not being able to get the cart boxes open. No one had ever shown me. So I mentioned that I had used the scissors numerous times. She stopped what she was doing, getting the rest of my stuff checked out, and said no one ever showed you? I said no. She took her time with me to make sure I could open them when I got home. I have been In customer service for over 25 years. It is always so nice to have people still stop and help me when I need it. I just wanted to give her a shout out and say thank you so much!!!!!! I appreciate you girl!!!!!!!!!

Was shopping during a 30% discount sale on their website but when I show up after my order says prepared, the store rings everything up at full price. I explain that the order was discounted online. I had an email verifying the lower price, along with the fact that the receipt that was stapled to the bag also said the discounted price. The budtenders stood there telling me that what I ordered was actually not included in the discount and when I checked the website, they had taken the discount off of the items that I had already had a processed order with.The manager was contacted and they did end up giving a 20% discount after almost 30 minutes of back and forth, so i still ended up having to pay more than the order said I would have to.Honestly never going to this dispensary again. The experience is lackluster and it is a shame that they let you take the hit for their mistakes. This experience was extremely shady

Free shirts were a just bonus for those who arrived early, thankfully got one! 😅 Most products were 50% off. Staff super friendly & passionate about their products. Great products! Horrible. Drove 39 minutes in pouring rain to walk out with not 1 strain. This dispensary is NOT worth your time. Liberty is wack and so are their stipulations. NEVER again I usually go to the Orlando location but after this experience I will NEVER go back to a Liberty health again. Trulieve is more convenient and right around the corner. Now I have to go spend my coins there.

Man that was the weakest opening ever! No pins, two stickers, no large shirts. I love your products but common we drove over an hour to attend and the food was the best thing going. For your next opening I’d recommend better giveaways, and at least some free lighters. Still love ya and will be back
