I would recommend checking them out online to see if shopping is better as the stock seems to change a lot but the stock available in store is usually displayed online. 1st time buyer.. unimpressed with the quality of the vape oil, bought 2 oils on my 1st visit. It came highly recommend so I was excited. It was horrible, tasted like the old delta 8 vapes you buy at gas stations. I went in with high hopes of getting an exchange for some flower. The staff was so unfriendly and uninterested. As soon as isaid I wanted an exchange, she said oh, we dont do that, but you can get 10% off. I explained that I was there 2 weeks ago. All 3 employees then went to the computer and started counting how many days ago I was there, and finally one said, oh its exactly 14 days, I guess u can get an exchange. I said no, I just would like to know how much my credit is. I got an 8th of flower and a pre roll. I've been to all the dispensation in south florida, and this is the worst. There is way too much competition for a company to treat its patients like this. I won't be back.

Upon the latest visit of the dispensary in Dania after purchasing and vape cartridge going to my car and attempting to use it it did not work properly I took it back into the store where they would not exchange it they would not give me a refund and said that I had to purchase one of their batteries for it to work properly. So I got upset and said I won't come back so. You lost business and all of the people I know that go to dispensaries I will be sure and tell them about defective products that you push on your clients. You think this is a good practice over a $20 item.

If I could leave NEGATIVE STARS I WOULD!!!I purchased some things as a first time patient and NOWHERE on the coupon form does it say any exclusions, only on the website that nobody tells you to look at and then when I try to return it because I realized there was no discounts, they also wouldn’t accommodate. I has never been treated like this by a staff. They wouldn’t assist and just kept saying no returns when I didn’t even leave the store and even kept reiterating to us they shouldn’t even be speaking to him when it’s not his order in a very rude, dismissive way and it was all a horrible experience. The power of public opinion and social media nowadays is strong and I will make sure to let everybody know not to go to dania liberty health and raise awareness on the false advertising and horrible customer service and that it’s a “no mistake zone”. I paid almost $400 and all I wanted to return was the flower that wasn’t accommodated with the advertised 50% off. Mind you these are the coupons your company is sending doctors offices and doctors are happily advertising it to us new patients only to get to your store and get something completely different. This is the worse kind of customer abuse I’ve seen. In this economy where we are all trying to stay afloat and then to be misled is disgusting and you guys should be ashamed of yourselves for operating as so.

Buyer beware. The vape cartridges and concentrates are ALL solvent based. Meaning all the products are distillate. I did not know and was encouraged to buy on my first visit for 50% the entire order. I bought 3 vape cartridges and 2 concentrates. All made me ill and I wanted to return ONLY unused vape cartridges sealed in a box. They refuse any refund, return, exchange or credit of any kind. I am still waiting for a return call from management but I think I will need forever to actually here back from her. I'm out $140 and liberty is out what could have been a loyal customer. I recommend not shopping here. Don't believe me? Check their website and return policy. Don't make the same mistake and read the fine print.

I order delivery from this store pretty frequently and im shocked how easy and seamless it always is. You simply order online, they call to confirm the order and they deliver. They arrive, check your ID, you sign and you're on your way! The flower is always good quality at a reasonable cost. I just received the SunGem gummies today and im excited to try those. My go-to order is the 9 pound hammer 1g vape cart. I've had insomnia, PTSD flashbacks and nightmares for years and this awesome indica strain helps so much with that. Most dispensaries down here in sell the full gram cartridges for $90/$95 but LHS sells them for $60/$65. They also run specials often so you can grab em' for $35/$45 on certain days. The website they use for pickups and deliveries is also very easy to navigate. I think LHS really has the best deal in the state for my needs and it's currently my favorite dispensary and gets most of my buisness 😊🤪

They sold me the wrong item, which I noticed when I got in the car, but then they wouldn’t help me because they closed 1 minute before. Seriously at 5:01 they refused to help me because they were closed. I know you want to go home but really? When I called, some girl left me on speaker and kept talking to someone else. They gave me a number to a “call center” and said they were being nice by not shutting the door- thanks Rocky. When I first received my card this was my go to place because of their Mataro Blue. Ever since then, their quality has declined considerably. Not only in the variety but quality of the product itself. I have tried everything they have including their recent concentrates and I can honestly say some are still sitting in my fridge because they are just intolerable to vape. The worst part is that considering it is medicine, they don't allow any sort of returns. I have tried, but was slowly guided outside and politely told there are no returns. I have specific medical needs and if the product is counterproductive, I should be able to at least exchange. I would honestly prefer to go to Trulieve, and I don't even shop there much.

Came by the store and purchased a lot of flower. Some containers were under weight and all of it was dry. So I contacted the store and told them the situation. They advised me to call corporate, which I did immediately after the call. They told me to send an email to the quality department. Sent the email and got a response a couple days later which was no big deal. So they asked which store, how much, weights, pictures and all. So I jumped through all the hoops with no avail. No response at all after that. Everyone was nice throughout though up until the end.

It's just ok. Other than the fact that they are one of only two businesses in this area that offer medical marijuana, they also have an oligarchy on it. Only time the prices are reasonable is when there is a sale. How about just lowering your prices overall? I don't even know why they have legal medical marijuana when the prices are higher than if I went and got it through illegal means. That's not really helping patients. Also, when I went in to get my last order the guy was kind of rude to me when I asked him what the percentage of THC was in the syringes. When you sell a product that ranges up to 20% of a difference in THC, it would make reasonable sense that someone would ask. I want to aim for the ones that are of a higher percentage so I can use less. All of that is irrelevant when all I wanted was better customer service, and for him to not act stuck up.

Worst experience I've had so far at a Florida dispensary. All the products from Papa Herb are garbage. The prerolls run and ruin the joint. Got an eighth of Jack Frost and it was under grown and very leafy. Their syringes are not cannabis derived terps. Be careful when buying products here and do your research.

1st time buyer.. unimpressed with the quality of the vape oil, bought 2 oils on my 1st visit. It came highly recommend so I was excited. It was horrible, tasted like the old delta 8 vapes you buy at gas stations. I went in with high hopes of getting an exchange for some flower. The staff was so unfriendly and uninterested. As soon as isaid I wanted an exchange, she said oh, we dont do that, but you can get 10% off. I explained that I was there 2 weeks ago. All 3 employees then went to the computer and started counting how many days ago I was there, and finally one said, oh its exactly 14 days, I guess u can get an exchange. I said no, I just would like to know how much my credit is. I got an 8th of flower and a pre roll. I've been to all the dispensation in south florida, and this is the worst. Upon the latest visit of the dispensary in Dania after purchasing and vape cartridge going to my car and attempting to use it it did not work properly I took it back into the store where they would not exchange it they would not give me a refund and said that I had to purchase one of their batteries for it to work properly. So I got upset and said I won't come back so. You lost business and all of the people I know that go to dispensaries I will be sure and tell them about defective products that you push on your clients. You think this is a good practice over a $20 item.

If I could leave NEGATIVE STARS I WOULD!!!I purchased some things as a first time patient and NOWHERE on the coupon form does it say any exclusions, only on the website that nobody tells you to look at and then when I try to return it because I realized there was no discounts, they also wouldn’t accommodate. I has never been treated like this by a staff. They wouldn’t assist and just kept saying no returns when I didn’t even leave the store and even kept reiterating to us they shouldn’t even be speaking to him when it’s not his order in a very rude, dismissive way and it was all a horrible experience. The power of public opinion and social media nowadays is strong and I will make sure to let everybody know not to go to dania liberty health and raise awareness on the false advertising and horrible customer service and that it’s a “no mistake zone”. I paid almost $400 and all I wanted to return was the flower that wasn’t accommodated with the advertised 50% off. Mind you these are the coupons your company is sending doctors offices and doctors are happily advertising it to us new patients only to get to your store and get something completely different. This is the worse kind of customer abuse I’ve seen. In this economy where we are all trying to stay afloat and then to be misled is disgusting and you guys should be ashamed of yourselves for operating as so.

Buyer beware. The vape cartridges and concentrates are ALL solvent based. Meaning all the products are distillate. I did not know and was encouraged to buy on my first visit for 50% the entire order. I bought 3 vape cartridges and 2 concentrates. All made me ill and I wanted to return ONLY unused vape cartridges sealed in a box. They refuse any refund, return, exchange or credit of any kind. I am still waiting for a return call from management but I think I will need forever to actually here back from her. I'm out $140 and liberty is out what could have been a loyal customer. I order delivery from this store pretty frequently and im shocked how easy and seamless it always is. You simply order online, they call to confirm the order and they deliver. They arrive, check your ID, you sign and you're on your way! The flower is always good quality at a reasonable cost. I just received the SunGem gummies today and im excited to try those. My go-to order is the 9 pound hammer 1g vape cart. I've had insomnia, PTSD flashbacks and nightmares for years and this awesome indica strain helps so much with that. Most dispensaries down here in sell the full gram cartridges for $90/$95 but LHS sells them for $60/$65. They also run specials often so you can grab em' for $35/$45 on certain days. The website they use for pickups and deliveries is also very easy to navigate. I think LHS really has the best deal in the state for my needs and it's currently my favorite dispensary and gets most of my buisness 😊🤪

They sold me the wrong item, which I noticed when I got in the car, but then they wouldn’t help me because they closed 1 minute before. When I first received my card this was my go to place because of their Mataro Blue. Ever since then, their quality has declined considerably. Not only in the variety but quality of the product itself. I have tried everything they have including their recent concentrates and I can honestly say some are still sitting in my fridge because they are just intolerable to vape. The worst part is that considering it is medicine, they don't allow any sort of returns. I have tried, but was slowly guided outside and politely told there are no returns. I have specific medical needs and if the product is counterproductive, I should be able to at least exchange. I would honestly prefer to go to Trulieve, and I don't even shop there much.

Came by the store and purchased a lot of flower. Some containers were under weight and all of it was dry. So I contacted the store and told them the situation. They advised me to call corporate, which I did immediately after the call. They told me to send an email to the quality department. Sent the email and got a response a couple days later which was no big deal. So they asked which store, how much, weights, pictures and all. So I jumped through all the hoops with no avail. This place is so much fun!! I gave it a 4 only bc it was super hard to get in & the door man was not the nicest. But once we got in it was a 10/10 experience! Our weed waitress, Jay, was so cool & nice & accommodating. We had a lucky seat and kept getting free food from the kitchen. Such a cool vibe & a fun place to go. Totally a much visit!!

It's just ok. Other than the fact that they are one of only two businesses in this area that offer medical marijuana, they also have an oligarchy on it. Only time the prices are reasonable is when there is a sale. How about just lowering your prices overall? I don't even know why they have legal medical marijuana when the prices are higher than if I went and got it through illegal means. That's not really helping patients. Also, when I went in to get my last order the guy was kind of rude to me when I asked him what the percentage of THC was in the syringes. When you sell a product that ranges up to 20% of a difference in THC, it would make reasonable sense that someone would ask. I want to aim for the ones that are of a higher percentage so I can use less. All of that is irrelevant when all I wanted was better customer service, and for him to not act stuck up.

I always have a good experience when I go to LHS in Dania and this latest visit was also very good. The girls are very friendly and knowledgeable. The guys less so. Worst experience I've had so far at a Florida dispensary. All the products from Papa Herb are garbage. The prerolls run and ruin the joint. Got an eighth of Jack Frost and it was under grown and very leafy. Their syringes are not cannabis derived terps. Be careful when buying products here and do your research.
