The hours listed aren't accurate (the doors are still locked at 9:38am on a Monday when the Google, website, and app hours say open), and they tend to lock their doors before the official closing time. Customer service has never been the friendliest either; I often feel no inclination to leave a tip. On one occasion, I even had cash ready to tip, but after dealing with a particularly rude budtender, I chose not to. (I only came for a specific stackable discount; their products are never competitively priced enough to compel me to order compared to Vidacann or Müv)

Some of the cheapest cart prices in town. So far i have gone twice gotten carts both times. First time was the normal 1g carts. This time i got the special they had which is 2 live resin carts for 50$. So far so good.

AYR is committing fraud selling Haze brand cartridges 1 gram live resin. They are only 3/4 full. I called corporate and was offered a $20 credit for my inconvenience??? I have spent several hundred dollars with them and feel I have been robbed!!! The stores manager says it's because the machine that fills the cartridges is having problems filling them to the correct level. So I guess that means I lose!!!??? I have filed a formal complaint with AYR and will be filing a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau!!! Remember this is medication!!!!
I just tried calling. Rang several times, was answered and hung up on. Really? Why have a phone number?Drove there and walked in. I told them I had a bad experience last time and wasn't really comfortable but, I live nearby. The guy seemed to get an attitude and when asking about the vapes, acted as tho I didn't know what a vape pen looked like even tho I had said I had several with me. I don't get it. I'm old. I'm honest. I'm also a paying CUSTOMER. Will drive cross town to the other place.

Classic bait and switch!!I am disabled... i use marijuana to treat my seizures. I put in an order today on my phone and it came out to $49 and some change...They never sent me a confirmation email or a receipt and the text message I received was very short and only had the order number on it saying it was ready to be picked up. When i walk in everything is fine until the budtender insists on selling me a different product than what I ordered and was checked out with that my order is $10 more than what i checked out at ($58 and change instead of $49 and -10%thc (when i brought it to his attention he said 'listen man when you get over 50% it's all the same.. really?! Then why are we talking about it?). They did not provide me with a receipt upon ordering. And unless i can provide proof that the receipt is wrong I have to pay more money for less thc. I ride an ebike from Santa Fe college area of town all the way to 3rd street to go to AYR because they have the cheapest carts usually. The staff is always super helpful. Until they aren't. The kid behind the counter was literally shaking... and said I threatened him.. make sure i keep my voice low because the building echoes and the and the owner comes out and says 'what's the problem?... and when I begin to speak she claims that 'she isn't deaf' ok.. awesome! Me either! (Talk to the person who decorated your shop bare walls so you can try to rip people off then make them look like a loose cannon when you call them on it..) and stands behind the kid and reassures me that unless I have proof that they didnt give ..... that it's tough luck 'all she can do'.. pitiful right? Your website is broken and you just cant do anything? Crazy that I always get the emails about your sales but somehow cant get a receipt when I order. But your customers have to EAT IT on their end. Im not mad it's just bad business. This review will cost them eay more than $10. Went to purchase 2 carts over the weekend, guy wouldn't sell me any and was claiming I didn't have enough recs but kept trying to get me to buy a half gram, I called the relief clinic and told me I had enough to buy and had no idea why he wasn't filling my prescription. Went to the location in Ocala, and a guy there gave me a number to call in case that ever happens again and had 0 issues getting what I originally wanted from the location in Ocala.
Normally I have no issues, BUT My last experience here was Terrible! they falsely advertised a Sale Online, and when I went In the associate tried to help and figure out things; However Michael***, one of the associates tried to Bully me out the door, acten as if he couldn't find a solution, was Very Rude, and Short, disrespectful, He acted like he was a Body Guard at a night club. I can think of so many other ways to handle a customer, yet he Failed at every aspect. I'm Not the one who Made the Ad!!!! The Sale should have been honored. I HATE IT HERE!!!!! I'm giving three stars because of the price.However, the budtender (cashier 52657) was highly annoyed by any questions I asked, and he was extremely condescending. He was obviously having a bad day. When I called him out on his attitude, he became even worse, accusing me of having the attitude.I did not appreciate being treated like I was, especially after I tipped him. I didn't have to; and he really didn't deserve it.This was my first and last visit to this store. One of my questions was whether there was any special incentive for me, being a first time visitor. His response was, "You're already getting 55% off." That response was unnecessary.My other question was whether I could request arthritis-friendly containers, with round lids. He interrupted my question and told me that Florida State law says that it must be in a childproof container. I thought he must not have understood my question since I was interrupted, so I repeated it. He said, "I just told you..." Then he repeated his statement again. How rude.I'm not sure why he thinks that other containers AREN'T childproof anyway, especially since they have those types of containers in the store. THC is THC, and I've received my flower in all types of containers from different dispensaries. I've even received it in resealable bags. If he didn't have a good answer to my question, he shouldn't just make an excuse up. Dispensaries choose which types of containers to use. AYR (previously Liberty Health Sciences) use the WORST and hardest to open containers. It's painful opening them when you have arthritis in your hands.I was completely disappointed and surprised by his condescending manner and unprofessional demeanor. If he doesn't like his job, he should find another one. Don't take it out on customers who are spending their hard-earned money. His personal problems should not turn into my problem.I'm quite positive he's not the owner of this business. What a shame that he was the representative of it this day.The other budtender was super sweet. I feel like I got the short end of the stick today as far as customer service goes. Every employee should give the same good service, and every customer should receive the same good service.
You can run around town and try and find a better price and product but for me I'm happy with the flower and carts and the price is unmatched anywhere else. I have been a repeat customer and will continue as long as the price point and quality stay the same.
I don't know if there was new staffing change or just a bunch of people I've never seen before but the last few visits have been very pleasant compared to a few months ago. My most recent visit was with a very helpful person named Lindsay. The products are worth it when they're on sale. Their eighths are worth $10-$20 and their vapes aren't worth paying more than $20 for a gram. Their concentrates are worth $25. Anything above those prices I wouldn't go but as long as they keep those prices they'll continue to get my business.

Items ordered online are ready between instantaneously to 30 minutes. Staff is courteous and knowledgeable. Sales daily make it a pleasure to shop. Only complaint I have is the small selection of products and frequent out of stock items. Even with that, they are still the best in Gainesville.
Too inconsistent with my visits. Sometimes they are knowledgable, quick and friendly. Other days it smells like BO in the whole store, there is nothing worse than walking into the dispensary expecting to smell pleasant slightly weedy, and get hit with the boys locker room or a can of cigarette butts. The employees also seem short, moody and not very customer service oriented at times. Prices are good tho.

Ordered online. They don't have a loyalty program or if.tbey do, they're not helpful. Will not come back to the Gainesville location ever again. Snotty people work there and aren't helpful at all. They don't care about their patients. Only one person was masked. This is supposed to be a pharmacy/health store. And... Look at this product. Looks like someone already used it.

Went in with a first time buyer card. The guy had to enter my info into the system. I got 2 carts and 2 batteries. Walked outside got into my car. Tried to put the cart and battery together, they do not fit. So I walk back inside (never left the parking lot) and asked for batteries that would fit the carts that I just purchased. The guy says hold on I have to ask my manager. Then comes back and says”unfortunately there’s nothing we can do. We are out of stock on the batteries for the carts you just purchased. And btw we aren’t carrying the carts that go to the batteries we just sold you. Thank you have a good day. So I’m left with 2 carts ($75) and 2 Batteries ($35) and still do not have 2 things that match. Any reasonable person would automatically assume they can not refund or exchange on carts. Batteries on the other hand should absolutely be refunded especially when they knew I am new to this and yet they sold me 2 products that can not possibly go together. I will not go back to this place ever again. I’m stuck eating either way I look at it ($35) for batteries if I got get new batteries for these carts or ($75) for carts if I go find the carts that actually fit what these people sold me! Totally disgusted by how that all played out. Love and learn do not go in there again
Ultimately, what determines whether or not a business receives a good or bad review from me boils down to the service. And FABIAN is today’s reason why I’m leaving LHS a 5-Star review! To make a long story short, I had a defective device and Fabian did absolutely EVERYTHING in his power to accommodate my situation. When he wasn’t able to quickly get ahold of a supervisor to assist, Fabian reasonably and responsibly took matters into his own hands and replaced my device as quickly and efficiently as possible. Thank you Liberty Health Sciences for going thru your applicants this diligently; it paid off.

I never give bad reviews and the store itself is probably fine. This is just so the guys in corporate will take notice. I learned my lesson first time in. I bought some distillates and learned the difference between botanically derived terps and cannabis derived terps. The Hawaiian Haze tastes like Sun tan lotion. The Raspberry Kush is ok I guess, still tastes like Kool aid though. I don't know who likes this stuff but, as a long time smoker from Oregon I wasn't expecting such a strong fake flavor. Maybe hire someone from Oregon to handle your terp extraction and ditch the botanically derived terps. They taste fake and aren't doing the thing that terps do. Maybe learning about the entourage effect instead of worrying about flavors is in order here. Science is in the name.

Insisted I wear mask over my nose even though I have a health condition that prevents me from doing that. Not the first time Ive had problems with them over masks. There is no local or statewide mandates for masks so they are doing this on their own. Im literally a shareholder in Ayr Wellness, their parent company, and was treated like this. Definitely selling my shares and contacting corporate officials about this.
Second best flavored carts in my opinion. Unique flavors like pineapple, grape, and pear are stellar hits. Blueberry & mango fall short on the flavor profile and Cream-sicle is quite harsh and has a rough after bite. Popcorns are top notch and they carry flagship favorites like white widow, banana OG, grand daddy purple and more.
I visited Liberty Health Sciences in Gainesville fla on 4-17-21 for the first time. Not only was i greeted with a smile by the employees each one of them were exceptionally helpful. I was able to order what i wanted without the hassle. My choices were easier with their input on what they thought of each product. (based off their own or close friends use)I would definitely recommend this place to my family and friends as i already have. They have a wonderful rewards program, the store was clean as well as the parking lot. All in all great experience. They were out of the size t shirt i wanted but I will keep up with them to see when it becomes available. Horrible experience as a first time patient I won’t be returning. There return policy is awful. I purchased 6 of the wedding cake disposables and the taste of them makes me feel sick as soon as I taste and smell it so I asked to exchange the other 5 I hadn’t touched and was told there was nothing they could do about me not liking the flavor of them. So basically I just lose out on my milligrams and medicine then because those will be of no use to me. I feel like that is wrong. I didn’t touch them and all I wanna do is get a different flavor that I can tolerate. The return policy should of been explained more clearly and I might not have purchased so many. As a first time customer I will not be returning unless this issue is somehow resolved and it’s not looking like it sadly. Trulieve it is for now on.

Every time I visit the Gainesville store, I feel like I'm visiting family. The staff are amazing! Recommendations are on point. I tried the banana cream cake and it hit me just right. I could still function if need be. Don't take that as I'm saying it's not potent. I'm like that with all the Florida dispensaries cannabis.

I’m not one to rant or complain but this was the first time I felt uncomfortable/unwelcomed to any medical facility. Especially one I travel 30-40 minutes to get to. (Why don’t you call you ask? I dunno their phone is off the hook for hours) I’ve visited this location 4 times In which 3 was during my chemo treatments. Today blew any thoughts of ever returning to this company. On 3 occasions I received a discount via Doctor Referral how ever each time I had to make mention of this “said discount” that I was told about in the first place, I was also told this info is inputted into the system so everything is applied automatically.. Today I’m told my doctor isn’t apart of their group & shoved off to pay full price. Which is fine. But I’ll return to the facilities who take care of their patients properly & I’ll gladly pay double.

I have been to several other stores here in Gainesville and LHS is the best for their products,which they have more then the other stores. The prices and the discounts are very good. I have gotten more pain relief from LHS products than any other store. Plus the people are very nice and well educated.

It will be 1 star until further notice 👎Update...do not use delivery. You will not get it the day you schedule it to be delivered.I will never use Liberty Health Science delivery any longer, same representative I talked to yesterday informed me today I would not receive my medicine until tomorrow when it was supposed to come on Monday and I ordered on Saturday. My first order was over $250 and I had received a bunch of Blue Dream that smelled, tasted, and provided the same medical relief as hay. That was some of the worst flower I had ever purchased in this area. I gave them another try with my second order and got some cartridges that had the ingredients conveniently covered up by a sticker on the back. I found that to be very shady but I decided to go ahead and try the cartridges anyway they weren't very good and 2/2 of the cartridges got clogged.I got a Gio pen from my favorite dispensary move so I attempted to order some Gio cartridges from LHS. I miss their phone call so I called them back and explained that I work from home and that I wouldn't be able to answer the phone if they called back to which they told me it was too much of a hassle and that I should probably cancelled my order and then canceled my order and hung up on me. In between suggesting that I cancel my order and actually canceling it I specifically told the lady that it would give me a great deal of anxiety if she canceled my order and I told her do not cancel my order. I called back and spoke to another representative to try to fix the situation and they immediately referred me to a managers email address that would get back to me at a later date I demanded to speak to a manager and to have the call escalated and I was told that that was not possible so I proceeded to tell her that I would hang out with her on the phone until she decided to either hang up on me or create a solution to which she transferred me to her supervisor. During this phone call the representative was very condescending and spoke in a very sarcastic and facetious way not taking the phone calls serious at all seeing it is some type of humorous entertainment and not at all being compassionate nor empathetic towards my situation.After she transferred me to her supervisor the supervisor continued in the exact same tone and attitude as if it was the consensus of the department she told me that she didn't have time for me because she was on the phone with me for almost 9 minutes she told me that there were 100 or so other customers waiting so she didn't have time for me and she told me that she was the boss of the delivery department and she kept trying to pressure me into a delivery sale. She eventually threatened me by telling me that I needed to place an order or else I can't remember the exact terminology she used but it was something along the lines of "are you going to place an order or..." I found the supervisor to be very immature and extremely disrespectful she tried to blame it all on me and told me that I could go find a new dispensary and that I didn't have to be a customer there anymore even after I told her I would leave this review on Google she still didn't relent.I actually tried to apply to this job several times at this company and so did other very close people in my life and I read the reviews about what it's like to work there and I was told that it's an absolute nightmare. In my enthusiasm to work for a medical cannabis company I thought that the reviews were being exaggerated that's not at all true if you see a negative review it's 100% accurate.Unless liberty health sciences has some kind of miraculous way of making customers feel like their homes are not being threatened by delivery drivers who know where they live and can come to their house and beat them up in the middle of the night and steal their cannabis then I don't know how this company is ever going to survive.P.S. dear management, if Satan hasn't taken over your soul completely then perhaps you'd like to contact me because I'm certain you know which guy called you on that one day.

I have been a Liberty customer since I became a medical marijuana patient and they have never failed me. The staff is all so nice, and the point system is sweet. They keep their menu updated on Leafly, and offer free delivery! #LiveFree
Everybody is awesome at this location. The manager Caroline is exceptional and so is Christine. The guys are all very nice too but I don’t know their names.
