UPDATE: I just got off the phone with them. Their summer hours are 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM. They are a bit short staffed, and working on correcting the hours on the website.Great staff. Great products. Checked the website for their hours of business, made the twenty mile round trip, paid for parking, swam through the river of tourists, at 2:30 on a Saturday, only to find a note on the door saying they are closed on Saturday and Sunday.Don’t you guys know how to use your website to provide accurate information?

Like Liberty For their vaping products. The indica Szkittles is killer. Orlando location is convenient and the Liberty Reps are knowledgeable and friendly. One nice thing that Liberty does is allow you to get cash back now when you check out which is also now no fee.

Placed an order online on 9/11/22 took a 30 minute ride into Key West just to find a sign saying sorry we’re closed. Went out of my way to try to get this order filled the next day on the 12th around 1PM STILL CLOSED.Now a week later i don’t know why I placed an order again this morning guess what ? went into town CLOSED!! September 22 at 1 PMsign on the door saying they will be open on Saturday the 24th with modern technology email/text messages/phone call something to let people know that the order is unable to be filled. Been reading reviews that other people are also upset and it seems like the standard response from liberty health is please call this number to discuss this further. What is there to discuss further when you can’t be considerate enough to let the people know that you’re closed when they try to place an order.Never had an issue with the other dispensaries in town when placing an order if something was out of stock or any other issue they always call text or emailed me.

Too many barriers to making a purchase at this store! It's a twenty mile round trip for me and I found the store closed for two days in a row and it's not the first time that the doors have been locked during regular business hours.Today they cancelled my order because I didn't pick it up. Since I placed my original order the store was unexpectedly closed for two consecutive days. On the third day, they texted confirmation that they had received my order and would notify me when it was ready for pick up but the only subsequent notification that I received from them was that they had canceled my order because I didn't pick it up.There are three other dispensaries in town who all manage to keep regular hours and give appropriate notice re orders ready to pick up.Two stars for the great selection of products and the wonderfulness of the young woman who works the front of the house - she is very pleasant and knowledgeable about Florida's medical marijuana policies.

I'm familiar with the other dispensaries in town and i was burnt out. My favorite wasn't doing it for me. I admit, i wasn't going to go to Liberty but upon a friend's insistence i went.I'm so glad i did!I spent less & i went higher. 💸🚀Employees at every dispensary I've been to have always been professional and pleasant but there's something about the vibe at Liberty!It felt casual but the staff were so helpful and knowledgeable. a robbery is that place a city inspector has to go through there to see the product and what they sell to patients! I remember that this is legal and you have to have a license from the state of Florida which by the way is quite expensive I do not recommend this place the yerva is always dry and very expensive they do not get a refund nor can you see what you buy is inside what they give you you have to take whatever disaster does not help at all they just want cash !!!🤮🤢

Ayr is vertically integrated, as are all of the Florida cannabis brands. Being vertically integrated means they oversee the entire process from seed to sale. Ayr dispensary products are grown from their own cannabis plants from seed or cuttings, harvested, and processed into a variety of products. Then packages and distributed within their own network.
Product types, different strains and availability can vary from store menu to store menu, depending on demand. If Ayr in Key West does not have what you are looking for, your Florida MedCard is universally accepted at any dispensary in the state.
Purchasing Marijuana Products at Ayr
Upon arrival at this dispensary, you’ll enter a designated waiting area before going into the retail area with staff. The dispensary staff work with you to explain all of the cannabis products available. Budtenders may make recommendations that are based on your doctor’s recommendation.
If it’s your first visit, you’ll be required to complete intake forms. This lets the dispensary staff confirm your patient status and see what you were allotted by your medical marijuana doctor.

The best way to see the different product options before visiting the dispensary is to check out their online menu. If enabled, Ayr in Key West online menu may be available on FL Dispensaries to reserve your order.
If you have an active medical card, you can pick from a wide array of cannabis products. Various delivery methods of the different cannabinoids have been approved by the DOH, including edibles, inhalation, oral, sublingual, topical, traditional flower and even suppositories. There is no obligation to buy your entire milligram limit at once; instead, you can purchase less if you so desire and then buy more during another visit or at another dispensary.
