The staff, Kourtney, Tea, Steven, Max, Lili, Zach and Joe, are absolutely amazing. You can always count on well informed service and if you do a pick up, you'll be out of there fast. Love the atmosphere, I will always go there for my greenery needs.

Kourtney is super awesome and helpful! She helped me find what I was looking for and I was satisfied with the product as well😁 The other staff there were super nice as well, I will definitely be coming back.

I’ve been shopping at Ayr for a few years now, the staff has always been great at answering questions and helping me find the right product for me. Today, Tapanga made sure that I was getting the right discounts that I wanted with the points that I had. She was also provided a heads up on upcoming changes to the store and was very informative on how it’s going to work. I highly recommend this store as a go-to for the product and for the staff.

First visit was wonderful as the staff was friendly. however; I thought I was going to enjoy this dispensary, especially with their new patient discount being 50% off. However with my recent purchase I was not pleased with the concentrate I purchased as it provided absolutely NO relief. I attempted to exchange for something else and I was refused even though the website said they honor exchanges. So now I'm left with product I can't even use as it would be useless to use given it provides no relief. So anyone coming to this dispensary please be advised you better make sure you know what you're getting and be sure about it because they will not help you if it does not work. If I go back it's only to get the last of my discounts.

Fantastic selection, sometimes may be a little small but overall it’s great. I really wish the flower came in a jar instead of that bag but you can’t really complain when it’s as good as it is. Everyone in there is extremely knowledgeable and helpful as well

Small miscommunication about the price. I wanted 4 for 60. I paid $40 for 2. And I received the incorrect product. Highly disappointed. The only dispensary I've ever had deny a return or in reality, I want to buy more and receive the deal I was supposed to receive in the first place and was told no by the manager 😂 female employee was nice. Male employee with afro couldn't remeber 2 waxes without grabbing the wrong one. And again, manager says its my fault for purchasing it lmao. Love you guys. Won't be shopping here ever again. Better prices and product literally anywhere. Many blessings to everyone and your families
