Went in the other day with $40, cashier didn't look at the bills handed to her and put in the system that it was $30 then when she was corrected the manager counted the drawer and when it matched the system because she put in the system it was $30 as well, the manager said there wasn't anything she could do, didn't want to bother looking at the cameras until called out on why should couldn't and that she was really going to still my money, then after checking cameras and recounting came back out with the $10 as for an "inconvenience" but she couldn't actually see what was handed to the cashier because of the angle on the camera then I was told to not give her attitude like that again and when I went to apologize and explain my side I was interrupted and told I couldn't speak because I didn't let her speak when she was allowed to speak. Won't be coming back ever again

they have a decent selection. the quality products at an affordable price makes it easier in many ways! they always have great discounts I've been able to get stuff for half the price when other places like true liver on sale for example and I have no complaints the people are very nice I used to go to the same building but with a different company called Liberty they were great at first but went downhill hugely through the pandemic somebody showed me this place and I've stuck to it and will keep going there I actually plan on going there today!

On my visit today; I got .321 ounces for 80 bucks. 2 eighths of Later Days, London Pound Cake at 22.1%. As well as 2 Super Lemon Haze, Walking Stick pre-rolls at 20.2%. I always place my order ahead of time online. In the 2 years I've been going here... they've had the same employees. Lovely people. Had to update my photos because Liberty Health Sciences is now Ayr.

This dispensary is a great addition to the growing market in brevard county and is the better choice compared to their counterparts located on the same street. This store has a patient first attitude and you could tell that in your interactions with the staff. Personally I'd like to thank Jen for all of her help. What an educated, charismatic, joyful, and truly helpful partner she was in this experience because that's how she made me feel...like we were more than shopping together....we were trying to find what was going to work best for me. No agendas or sneaky tactics. Just a few simple questions and a lot of explaining and patience on her part I walk out of that store fulfilled and anxiety free. The manager on duty Courtney deserves her own praise for just how cool, amazing, and down to earth she is. You can tell she supports Jen and they enjoy working together and that right there is what makes places like this worth coming to...it's more than a dispensary. It's a wellness center with people who only care to make you feel as well as they can.

I like their vaps , generally lower than other places . Buds , need more of the 1/2 oz and 1oz . On disability I can’t ever spend $30 for 3.5g . JS . I’d love to pay $100 or less for a 1/2 ounce . Service is excellent . Most dispensaries are as much as street prices with medical marijuana . Great prices on their vapes !!! Generally $27-$35 for 1g . Well done 👍

I am a couponer & that is a very hard thing to do but with the deals at what used to be liberty health science, no AYR like Air lol but great employees mostly always quick and other than the flower and some items not weighing correct *that always gets fixed by the way if you contact they will correct any issue you have I will say that. The store will not help with your points however, contact the main customer service and they will fix and explain everything clearly and accurately without having to Stand In line and be rushed (;

This post is regarding the Liberty Health services Call center and web page for ordering only, the Merritt Island store and all of it employees have been great and a pleasure to do business with five stars for them!I have tried to place an on line order, which Ive done numerous times...The web site will not accept the order..keeps saying I didnt enter all the information, I have tried to enter and reenter the data to no avail, I have tried to place the order at least 10 times, so I called 833 254 4877 and was 3rd in the queue at 11 48 am, at 12 20 I was 1st in the queue..CurrentlyAt 151 pm I was placed back to 3rd in the queue????At 208 pm the recording told me the office was closed.Not good customer service.Please fix the online ordering

Just bought 4 eights at 745pm from the MI location, 2x "8 inch bagle" and 2x Hazlenut Cream. This order is 3/4 gram short in flower.A 8 inch bagle is exactly 3.25 gram instead of the measured 3.5g that I think we can reasonably expect was actually shipped to this location, either way this location is either pilfering bits or not following through to verify the contents of what they purchase from the grower.There is a legal required check that is most obviously absent at this location.Both Hazlenut Creams were also 3.25 grams which is a total of 3/4 grams short from 3 different shortened containers.

I went in tonight and purchased some flower. The price wasn’t bad at all. Now when I get home I weigh all my flower out and unfortunately I was almost a half gram short; (0.42 to be exact). With the states new 35 rolling day on flower this needs to be fixed. Since my daily dose is 0.25 of a gram this is almost 2 days of medicine that I’ve had taken from me. Maybe use sealed containers to prevent tampering? Long story short I’m not very happy about this.

I sadly have to utilize different oral meds for pain. I went in this place & was surprised to not only be treated rude but they hardly ever have tincture. So I left & called the next day to be told they get tincture in very rarely. I go to the other places in the area & they rarely don't have what you need. Don't waste your gas on this place.

The one successful trip I had resulted in sub par products and unfortunately misinformation from their employees. No fun!Either I place an order and get there only to find they don't have those products in stock or patient discounts don't apply etc. Not a big deal normally if there was more transparency from their employees. I have heard from quite a few patients about these issues but wanted to give this company a fair chance. I'm a cannabis consultant here in central Florida and work for a MMJ Doc and I won't be recommending liberty anymore to my patients. 👎

Called and asked about their return policy on vape cartridges and was told I could return it if there's anything wrong until I tried to return it and they said there are no returns! I got hassled about not having properly required individual labels on my individual products and although Liberty gave me labels the next time they gave me big harassment about me about who hassled me when we're under what circumstances etcetera as if it was disbelief rather than just printing out the required labels. Next time I saw the officer I told him what happened and he went and spoke to Liberty and they hassled me about that a few days later when I went back in. They asked me if I "caused" that and were rude about it told me I'm causing them unnecessary trouble when I didn't ask for any of this. I didn't ask the cop to hassle me. I didn't ask the cop to go there and I'm not the one that did anything whatsoever wrong. so I'm not very inclined to go to liberty unless the other dispensaries are all out of product which doesn't seem very likely.Hey Liberty you do know we have other places to shop and other places often have better price and selection and because of Liberties unnecessary slackness I've discovered a much better dispensary close enough to me.

Brie, the patient liaison was an absolute turnaround. From the first time I came in to her being a tad bit shy and new to the system was an absolute 180. How much confidence she has now in the products she sells and her recommendations are accurate and on point. Even on a busy day like Black Friday assistant manager Sabrina, made sure that I got the correct discounts and was able to receive my products in the most money manageable way. I don’t know who’s training these employees but other dispensaries should take a page out of your book.

So they have one of these LHS in Port St Lucie, I stop by as a walk-in, only to be attended by what seemed to be a teenager, that had no personality, no professionalism and no, know how of her establishment, current sales nor the industry, so I walked out.I decided to try it again, this time in Merritt Island. Blue cheese is one of my favorite strains, I highly recommended it if you like indica. Their prices for bud are the cheapest around and the quality is excellent. Is love going here. I always feel like I'm saving money when I go here compared to other dispensaries.

Worst experience ever. I asked the one goofy loser with rainbow colored hair and yellow teeth and small eyes for help and he told me no 3 times. I then asked him why he wasn’t being helpful and said the store was closing. I then asked to speak to the manager, then as we were leaving the store causing no trouble they threatened to call the police on us for no reason. I felt threatened and could no access my medicine. I feel awful after this experience. Never going here again and none of my friends will ever be going her again. The 3 people I interacted with should be fired immediately.

Liberty Health was the very first dispensary I've ever visited and I could not have been happier with my experience. When the staff discovered it was my first time, (and yes, it was relatively slow that day) they offered me a personal tour of the display cases at the front of the store. The cases show the medicinal products available at Liberty Health and the guided tour allowed me to ask all of the Newbie Questions you'd expect from someone making their first visit to a dispensary. My guide was friendly, patient and of course knew all about the various products available. That's pretty dang important when new patients are confronted with the multitude of options, in a new and different environment and format. It's quite an adjustment from the Old Days of walking uphill in both directions, through blizzards and/or hurricanes to get cannabis. This is a conveniently located, clean, modern dispensary that's staffed with friendly, informative people. There's a wide variety of products available and from what I've seen, the prices are at least competitive and in some cases, surprisingly good. With my First Visit and other discounts, I saved a nice chunk of change.Once your order is placed, there are a couple very comfortable waiting areas available, with the obligatory TV's and reading materials where you can hang out while your order is assembled. (And yes, there's a clean restroom available.) They'll let you know when your order is ready, you can pay up and be on your way. The day of my visit was slow, so my little white bag was ready in no time at all and before I knew it, I was headed out the door, with a big dang smile on my face. It was a good First Visit and I didn't even have to walk uphill through a storm to get there.

Went in the other day with $40, cashier didn't look at the bills handed to her and put in the system that it was $30 then when she was corrected the manager counted the drawer and when it matched the system because she put in the system it was $30 as well, the manager said there wasn't anything she could do, didn't want to bother looking at the cameras until called out on why should couldn't and that she was really going to still my money, then after checking cameras and recounting came back out with the $10 as for an "inconvenience" but she couldn't actually see what was handed to the cashier because of the angle on the camera then I was told to not give her attitude like that again and when I went to apologize and explain my side I was interrupted and told I couldn't speak because I didn't let her speak when she was allowed to speak. On my visit today; I got .321 ounces for 80 bucks. 2 eighths of Later Days, London Pound Cake at 22.1%. As well as 2 Super Lemon Haze, Walking Stick pre-rolls at 20.2%. This post is regarding the Liberty Health services Call center and web page for ordering only, the Merritt Island store and all of it employees have been great and a pleasure to do business with five stars for them!I have tried to place an on line order, which Ive done numerous times...The web site will not accept the order..keeps saying I didnt enter all the information, I have tried to enter and reenter the data to no avail, I have tried to place the order at least 10 times, so I called 833 254 4877 and was 3rd in the queue at 11 48 am, at 12 20 I was 1st in the queue..CurrentlyAt 151 pm I was placed back to 3rd in the queue????At 208 pm the recording told me the office was closed.Not good customer service.Please fix the online ordering

Just bought 4 eights at 745pm from the MI location, 2x "8 inch bagle" and 2x Hazlenut Cream. This order is 3/4 gram short in flower.A 8 inch bagle is exactly 3.25 gram instead of the measured 3.5g that I think we can reasonably expect was actually shipped to this location, either way this location is either pilfering bits or not following through to verify the contents of what they purchase from the grower.There is a legal required check that is most obviously absent at this location.Both Hazlenut Creams were also 3.25 grams which is a total of 3/4 grams short from 3 different shortened containers.

I went in tonight and purchased some flower. The price wasn’t bad at all. Now when I get home I weigh all my flower out and unfortunately I was almost a half gram short; (0.42 to be exact). With the states new 35 rolling day on flower this needs to be fixed. Since my daily dose is 0.25 of a gram this is almost 2 days of medicine that I’ve had taken from me. Maybe use sealed containers to prevent tampering? Long story short I’m not very happy about this.

The one successful trip I had resulted in sub par products and unfortunately misinformation from their employees. No fun!Either I place an order and get there only to find they don't have those products in stock or patient discounts don't apply etc. Not a big deal normally if there was more transparency from their employees. I have heard from quite a few patients about these issues but wanted to give this company a fair chance. Called and asked about their return policy on vape cartridges and was told I could return it if there's anything wrong until I tried to return it and they said there are no returns! I got hassled about not having properly required individual labels on my individual products and although Liberty gave me labels the next time they gave me big harassment about me about who hassled me when we're under what circumstances etcetera as if it was disbelief rather than just printing out the required labels. Next time I saw the officer I told him what happened and he went and spoke to Liberty and they hassled me about that a few days later when I went back in. They asked me if I "caused" that and were rude about it told me I'm causing them unnecessary trouble when I didn't ask for any of this. I didn't ask the cop to hassle me. I didn't ask the cop to go there and I'm not the one that did anything whatsoever wrong. so I'm not very inclined to go to liberty unless the other dispensaries are all out of product which doesn't seem very likely.Hey Liberty you do know we have other places to shop and other places often have better price and selection and because of Liberties unnecessary slackness I've discovered a much better dispensary close enough to me.

Terrible service, asked for a distillate vape cartridge and was told they don't exist. When asked if they were new to the industry to excuse the lack of product knowledge. I got confusion and anger back making it about me. The staff could have admitted this and been fine but they instead attacked the way and words I used to inquire about the product. Try adjusting your own attitudes before saying the CUSTOMER IS WRONG!!

The girl ip front was trying to be helpful. Watching and waiting in the back was quite interesting. Then this morning putting away my purchases, I found my name was not correct on the prescription... Nor did it have the correct Dr on it! ... Which could have been a problem if I had been pulled over on the way home. Just check you label and containers before leaving the store....But the product was good.

Brie, the patient liaison was an absolute turnaround. From the first time I came in to her being a tad bit shy and new to the system was an absolute 180. How much confidence she has now in the products she sells and her recommendations are accurate and on point. Even on a busy day like Black Friday assistant manager Sabrina, made sure that I got the correct discounts and was able to receive my products in the most money manageable way. I don’t know who’s training these employees but other dispensaries should take a page out of your book.

Employees are always rude and don’t even know the names of the products they sell. I try to call to see the most accurate inventory they are rude and tell you to go to a third party website that is not accurate. How hard is it to say what product you have in stock? Your competition lets it customers know before going to the store.

So they have one of these LHS in Port St Lucie, I stop by as a walk-in, only to be attended by what seemed to be a teenager, that had no personality, no professionalism and no, know how of her establishment, current sales nor the industry, so I walked out.I decided to try it again, this time in Merritt Island. I place the order online, I get confirmation that my order is ready, so I go pick it up.It’s my first time there, main doors are locked. I walk towards the back, with my face mask on to inquire as too where to pick up my order, when this rude attendant interrupts the person that was about to answer my question, talking at me as if I was her kid or some POS.What a disappointment. Blue cheese is one of my favorite strains, I highly recommended it if you like indica. Their prices for bud are the cheapest around and the quality is excellent. Is love going here. I always feel like I'm saving money when I go here compared to other dispensaries.

Worst experience ever. I asked the one goofy loser with rainbow colored hair and yellow teeth and small eyes for help and he told me no 3 times. I then asked him why he wasn’t being helpful and said the store was closing. I then asked to speak to the manager, then as we were leaving the store causing no trouble they threatened to call the police on us for no reason. I felt threatened and could no access my medicine. I feel awful after this experience. Never going here again and none of my friends will ever be going her again. The 3 people I interacted with should be fired immediately.

Liberty Health was the very first dispensary I've ever visited and I could not have been happier with my experience. When the staff discovered it was my first time, (and yes, it was relatively slow that day) they offered me a personal tour of the display cases at the front of the store. The cases show the medicinal products available at Liberty Health and the guided tour allowed me to ask all of the Newbie Questions you'd expect from someone making their first visit to a dispensary. My guide was friendly, patient and of course knew all about the various products available. That's pretty dang important when new patients are confronted with the multitude of options, in a new and different environment and format. It's quite an adjustment from the Old Days of walking uphill in both directions, through blizzards and/or hurricanes to get cannabis. This is a conveniently located, clean, modern dispensary that's staffed with friendly, informative people. There's a wide variety of products available and from what I've seen, the prices are at least competitive and in some cases, surprisingly good. With my First Visit and other discounts, I saved a nice chunk of change.Once your order is placed, there are a couple very comfortable waiting areas available, with the obligatory TV's and reading materials where you can hang out while your order is assembled. (And yes, there's a clean restroom available.) They'll let you know when your order is ready, you can pay up and be on your way. The day of my visit was slow, so my little white bag was ready in no time at all and before I knew it, I was headed out the door, with a big dang smile on my face. It was a good First Visit and I didn't even have to walk uphill through a storm to get there.
