I was down here during Art Basal and honestly, this location is the best in South Florida. The owner is always on site and is very knowledgeable and friendly and I wish him much success. The staff are also extremely knowledgeable, lively and don’t look like they just rolled out of bed unlike most dispensaries where everyone appears to be baked out of their minds all day. The store has a great location for both walking and driving and it has a parking lot.

Probably the worst Ayr dispensary I’ve ever been to. The workers un uneducated on cannabis. I was told by the bud tender that every strain of flower on the menu is indoor grown flower. I bought a couple 8ths and found out it looked nothing like the picture in the Advertisement right on the desk! It had seeds and looked BROWN! The lady was told by the manager she can’t even EXCHANGE for a different product. I let them know I do not want to smoke any of the flower there. But they denied my request and told me I mandatorily had to pick another strain! I had no choice. Same thing happened. This time Boston Runtz looked hideous and dry! How can I get medicated on flower that’s been left in the sun to dry and given to me a year later!

I was at this location waiting to be attended when a man came in asking for his pick up order. He was asked to wait but he became rude and loud. I was impressed in how the associates handled the situation. They were very respectful towards him. Unfortunately, he customer didn't care and became agitated. I started to feel uncomfortable because no one knows what could happen in such situation with rude customers but my nerves got calm when one of the associates, a tanned stocky guy, got involved. He handled the situation well and I was happy when that inconsiderate customer finally left. Kudos to the whole team >> Joshua, Giancarlo and David (the name of the one who defused the situation) and Martiza. They're great!

Bad experience. Drove from Miami Beach where I have dispensary to this location to find out that is closed. I had to drive to Bird Road and they said that they hear that complaint all the time. Just close it on Goggle say we are closed until further notice (never). My drive was over two hours long. Never again!

Staff is friendly which is the most important aspect of this business. Establishment pretty clean and open, parking sucks a little bit since they are right on bird road. Products bought were pre rolls and they Hawaiian flower (will updated rating once I try flower). The reason for the three stars is the fact they do not accept debit cards, I did call in advance to ask if they were carrying flower and they could have told me, once you get there you only have the option to pay cash or get canpay (I didn't know process of linking you bank account is super easy so save yourself their $3.50 atm fee). Prices are really low compare to other dispensaries so we will see how it goes.

My least favorite cannabis dispensary. I have to buy MM for my teenage daughter who suffers from chronic pain. Every store we have ever been to gives us a 25% or greater discount on our first visit. Curaleaf gives us a 40% pediatric discount every visit! Fluent gave us a 25% discount on the first visit, 50% on the second, and 75% on the third! First of all, our cannabis doctor gave us a price list for Liberty that was completely wrong. I would say outdated, but they hadn’t been open but a month when I first visited, so I believe it was intentional. The bottle I was buying was advertised as $40. I figured even with the pediatric discount, it would be less at Liberty, so I went there. Well, the real price was more than double that, $90! And the first time visit discount? Only 10% off. The worst discount I’ve ever received on a first visit from any cannabis store! And I’ve been to every single one in South Florida, at this point. So, even with the discount I paid more than I would anywhere else. I don’t know why anyone would buy their products here. Maybe they live close by and don’t know how much they’re over charging? I told my cannabis doctor. I hope they stop referring people to this place.

I have a medical marijuana card for my daughter. We’ve been to a few places now. This place was recommended to us by her doctor. Usually every store we’ve ever been to gives us a first time discount of 30, 40, or even 50% off. This place only gives a 10% discount. The other thing is that the doctor showed us their prices, which is why we went there. But when we were paying we realized that their prices were more than double what they had advertised to the doctor! Instead of $40 for a tincture, it was $90! The place hadn’t been open that long for their prices to have increased that much in such a short time! So, even with the discount it was a lot more that we planned on paying. Also, the place we go to regularly, and which is closer to our house, gives us a 40% pediatric discount every time! So we pay $45 for the exact same tincture every time! So, we will never be returning to this dispensary again.

Purchasing Marijuana Products at Ayr
During your first visit, you’ll be required to complete intake forms. This lets the dispensary staff confirm your patient status and see what you were allotted by your medical marijuana doctor.
Upon arrival at this dispensary, you’ll enter a designated waiting area before going into the retail area with staff. The dispensary staff work with you to explain all of the cannabis products available. Budtenders will make recommendations that are based on your doctor’s recommendation.

Walked in and asked what CDT (cannabis derived terpenes) syringes and carts were available. Both budtenders looked at me with a perplexed look on their face (uneducated about what this was). Finally get to checkout only to have my card declined for them to tell me that they don’t accept PNC bank. There is no signage with banks that are accepted or not. Only benefit to this place is… none.

I bought a .5gram vape in on Nov 18th it was a dud DID NOT work I live far from this dispensary in north Miami I was assured I could return it back.Then today I called spoke to the manager Sury I think is her name she treated me horrible and very unprofessional was not helpful in returning my item did not care to even listen kept talking over me I immediately called the bird Rd store and Paola the manager at that store listened to my issue and made an exception and took care of the customer ME I was not aware if you receive a defective item that you have to return in back immediately now i know thanks Paola from Miami store for being Courteous and helpful I'll never shop in North Miami store again

I was at this location waiting to be attended when a man came in asking for his pick up order. He was asked to wait but he became rude and loud. I was impressed in how the associates handled the situation. They were very respectful towards him. Unfortunately, he customer didn't care and became agitated. I started to feel uncomfortable because no one knows what could happen in such situation with rude customers but my nerves got calm when one of the associates, a tanned stocky guy, got involved. He handled the situation well and I was happy when that inconsiderate customer finally left. Kudos to the whole team >> Joshua, Giancarlo and David (the name of the one who defused the situation) and Martiza. They're great!

Always a great experience here. Everyone is super helpful. Flower prices are generally cheaper than other places in town.. Pickup orders are usually ready within an hour and there is rarely a line. Truely the best place to shop for your medical Marijuana needs. The only downside is they don't carry edibles yet.

Bad experience. Drove from Miami Beach where I have dispensary to this location to find out that is closed. I had to drive to Bird Road and they said that they hear that complaint all the time. Just close it on Goggle say we are closed until further notice (never). My drive was over two hours long. Never again!

Staff is friendly which is the most important aspect of this business. Establishment pretty clean and open, parking sucks a little bit since they are right on bird road. Products bought were pre rolls and they Hawaiian flower (will updated rating once I try flower). The reason for the three stars is the fact they do not accept debit cards, I did call in advance to ask if they were carrying flower and they could have told me, once you get there you only have the option to pay cash or get canpay (I didn't know process of linking you bank account is super easy so save yourself their $3.50 atm fee). Prices are really low compare to other dispensaries so we will see how it goes.

My least favorite cannabis dispensary. I have to buy MM for my teenage daughter who suffers from chronic pain. Every store we have ever been to gives us a 25% or greater discount on our first visit. Curaleaf gives us a 40% pediatric discount every visit! Fluent gave us a 25% discount on the first visit, 50% on the second, and 75% on the third! First of all, our cannabis doctor gave us a price list for Liberty that was completely wrong. I would say outdated, but they hadn’t been open but a month when I first visited, so I believe it was intentional. The bottle I was buying was advertised as $40. I figured even with the pediatric discount, it would be less at Liberty, so I went there. Well, the real price was more than double that, $90! And the first time visit discount? Only 10% off. The worst discount I’ve ever received on a first visit from any cannabis store! And I’ve been to every single one in South Florida, at this point. So, even with the discount I paid more than I would anywhere else. I don’t know why anyone would buy their products here. Maybe they live close by and don’t know how much they’re over charging? I told my cannabis doctor. I hope they stop referring people to this place.

I have a medical marijuana card for my daughter. We’ve been to a few places now. This place was recommended to us by her doctor. Usually every store we’ve ever been to gives us a first time discount of 30, 40, or even 50% off. This place only gives a 10% discount. The other thing is that the doctor showed us their prices, which is why we went there. But when we were paying we realized that their prices were more than double what they had advertised to the doctor! Instead of $40 for a tincture, it was $90! The place hadn’t been open that long for their prices to have increased that much in such a short time! So, even with the discount it was a lot more that we planned on paying. Also, the place we go to regularly, and which is closer to our house, gives us a 40% pediatric discount every time! So we pay $45 for the exact same tincture every time! So, we will never be returning to this dispensary again.
