Went today,3-5-24, bought 3 1 gram carts. 1 out of the 3 is bad, taste like chemicals, lit up red at the bottom, and smoke was coming out where the cart meets the battery. Go back up there hoping to exchange it but they tell me I have to eat it, they can’t put it back on my allotment and can’t give me another one because I don’t have enough in my allotment. I just need an exchange but apparently they couldn’t do that! So I ended up with the rest of what I could get, .05 g and lost $7.50. Apparently I will get a credit to my account but I won’t be returning so it’s useless! Very unhappy! How you can take a persons medicine and not have to replace it when it’s your faulty product!

What to say about this place other than I love it! I went in being told the prices are just as cheap as another popular dispenserary I used, but I keep going back because the employees are amazing, Forrest, Madison, and Tess are the ones that helped me the most and recently, but all of them are so sweet and the best. I can go in stressed, and leave in a great mood, plus, got to give a shout out to the skeleton 😂 I actually prefer this place over all others. Honestly, I haven't even used my loyalty points, it's almost unnecessary. I've been going here almost a year I think, and I'm treated just as friendly as the first day I went in, even when busy they're busy and backed up.

Great location, I like the prices. I wished the site could actually work so you can log in to look at your points. I can't log in, even with the code. The site is broken. But you can always look at the menu. Needless to say, I don't know how many points I have since they don't show on the receipt at purchase nor have I ever gotten to use my points. That's my only complaint, other than that one of the best shops in the area.

Flower selection and sales could use a little work but nothing major to complain about. It feels like family at AYR.... Went for my first visit today and not a pleasant visit at all. The place was very clean and the menu was amazing, but the product was trash and the lady was rude. I purchased a vape cart made by the brand Entourage and it tasted rotten and horrible . I was literally unable to smoke this cart. I'm not one to return something but I spent good money and I couldn't smoke it. Then when I go to return it the lady gets an attitude with me like it's my fault their product is trash. Honestly I can't figure out why I would ever go back, Curaleaf is right down the road and their product is way better and cheaper. The reason I gave it 2 stars and not 1 is because the live badder I also purchased was amazing and delicious

Was last there on 4/20 - staff was knowledgeable and helpful. The store is a bit run down - but that was rifht before AYR - so they may rehab it with the brand change. It was very busy and their system was down- on 420. They did their best. I didn't notice any chairs for patients to sit in while waiting. Overall a decent experience- I will go back - the lemon cello vape is amazing.

Apparently they don't take my debit card from a national bank, nothing on the website about that. Also flower is dry and not great. I won't be visiting again. Terrible experience the girl with the blue hair should be fired, Completely unprofessional! After waiting in the lobby patiently for 15 minutes 2 to 3 other patients came in after I and were greeted their cards were taken and they were checked in. I allowed about 5 more minutes too see if anyone would acknowledge me, no one did. I walked up to the counter and asked if I could be checked in because I’ve been waiting and no one has said a word to me, She rolled her eyes rudely stated that they were busy and basically told me to deal with it. Upon walking back to my place in line this girl is aggressively yelling at me across the room asking whether my order was pick up or walk in, we go back and forth and she threatens to kick me out of the store for being aggressive! I was not aggressive in the slightest quite frankly if I was shown respect from the get go it would have never been an issue! Possibly teach your staff to de escalate a situation instead of escalating and creating a situation out of nothing I hope this is taken seriously because until it is addressed I refuse to shop here, Terrible customer service, thanks

A few months back, I tried to go to Liberty. I arrived (from another town) and was sad to see that they had an emergency and would open “later”. I waited an hour and, then decided to go back a few hours later (super inconvenient for someone who drove a long way). I ordered online so, they could have saved me a trip.-I decided to give this place another try and when I arrived… ANOTHER NOTE ON THE DOOR! Noon on a Monday and they are just closed. The notes indicates that they’ll return in several hours. I sat there in disbelief. Car after car pulled up to read the sign and shake their head and leave.-I really can’t figure out when they are open since a note on the door seems to be their way.

Drive thru is also super convenient but only accepts cash and CanPay. The best way to describe it is the Red Lobster of dispensaries.

Not only is the product top notch (if you haven’t tried big Pete’s cookies, you’re missing out) but the prices are reasonable, they’re ALWAYS on sale, and the people are incredible. The most important thing when I'm buying concentrates is the smell and taste. Initially Liberty wax and shatter had strong flavors, but not any longer. I've tried lots of different strains in the last week or so and most are completely devoid of any distinguishing flavor at all. So I pulled up the screen on my phone and asked her how do I do that she got very upset and said I didn’t have time to show me on my phone they went ahead and filled my order several times I said just for future reference how do I upload the picture. Employee was super frustrated by a simple question sent over another employee to finish my order I simply asked her same question she said we’re having issues because people are rude to us all the time. Although the customer service was there from the reps, I’m not impressed with this first experience. I purchased a “premium flower” that was not able to be discounted & i received mostly stems. For $50 i was expecting a way better quality! When i asked if i could exchange it for something different because i was disappointed in the quality i was told they don’t offer that. This is extremely disappointing from a customer view, and the fact that all i got told was sorry makes me not want to come back. I feel like they don’t care about the patients.

Went for my first visit today and not a pleasant visit at all. The place was very clean and the menu was amazing, but the product was trash and the lady was rude. I purchased a vape cart made by the brand Entourage and it tasted rotten and horrible . I was literally unable to smoke this cart. I'm not one to return something but I spent good money and I couldn't smoke it. Then when I go to return it the lady gets an attitude with me like it's my fault their product is trash. Honestly I can't figure out why I would ever go back, Curaleaf is right down the road and their product is way better and cheaper. The reason I gave it 2 stars and not 1 is because the live badder I also purchased was amazing and delicious

I had only been in here a few times before, I'll be honest the selection in the past was very limited and the main reason I did not go often. However, after realizing how close it was to my job, I stopped in and I was impressed with the selection and atmosphere. The walk in process was super simple and I was taken care of quickly. Was last there on 4/20 - staff was knowledgeable and helpful. The store is a bit run down - but that was rifht before AYR - so they may rehab it with the brand change. It was very busy and their system was down- on 420. They did their best. I didn't notice any chairs for patients to sit in while waiting. Overall a decent experience- I will go back - the lemon cello vape is amazing.

Apparently they don't take my debit card from a national bank, nothing on the website about that. Also flower is dry and not great. I won't be visiting again. Terrible experience the girl with the blue hair should be fired, Completely unprofessional! After waiting in the lobby patiently for 15 minutes 2 to 3 other patients came in after I and were greeted their cards were taken and they were checked in. I allowed about 5 more minutes too see if anyone would acknowledge me, no one did. I walked up to the counter and asked if I could be checked in because I’ve been waiting and no one has said a word to me, She rolled her eyes rudely stated that they were busy and basically told me to deal with it. Upon walking back to my place in line this girl is aggressively yelling at me across the room asking whether my order was pick up or walk in, we go back and forth and she threatens to kick me out of the store for being aggressive! I was not aggressive in the slightest quite frankly if I was shown respect from the get go it would have never been an issue! Possibly teach your staff to de escalate a situation instead of escalating and creating a situation out of nothing I hope this is taken seriously because until it is addressed I refuse to shop here, Terrible customer service, thanks

I have been going here for a long time and loved the drive thru. Last time I went, one of the containers were empty. They said they'd refund the one then decided to only credit half of the empty one. They need a sign to tell people to check as I presumed they check but say they don't. Be sure to check every order. Unreal experience.

A few months back, I tried to go to Liberty. I arrived (from another town) and was sad to see that they had an emergency and would open “later”. I waited an hour and, then decided to go back a few hours later (super inconvenient for someone who drove a long way). I ordered online so, they could have saved me a trip.-I decided to give this place another try and when I arrived… ANOTHER NOTE ON THE DOOR! Noon on a Monday and they are just closed. The notes indicates that they’ll return in several hours. I sat there in disbelief. Car after car pulled up to read the sign and shake their head and leave.-I really can’t figure out when they are open since a note on the door seems to be their way.

Be sure to check their hours too, they change somewhat frequently. They also give freebies sometimes, I've gotten a couple of posters and my friend has earned at least $100 in rewards points already. Drive thru is also super convenient but only accepts cash and CanPay. The best way to describe it is the Red Lobster of dispensaries.

I’ve held a medical card in 2 states for almost 3 years and I can honestly say this is my FAVORITE dispensary to come to. Not only is the product top notch (if you haven’t tried big Pete’s cookies, you’re missing out) but the prices are reasonable, they’re ALWAYS on sale, and the people are incredible. The most important thing when I'm buying concentrates is the smell and taste. Initially Liberty wax and shatter had strong flavors, but not any longer. I've tried lots of different strains in the last week or so and most are completely devoid of any distinguishing flavor at all. Consistency is key when people are spending their hard earned money.The runtz wax is very good however.

So I pulled up the screen on my phone and asked her how do I do that she got very upset and said I didn’t have time to show me on my phone they went ahead and filled my order several times I said just for future reference how do I upload the picture. Employee was super frustrated by a simple question sent over another employee to finish my order I simply asked her same question she said we’re having issues because people are rude to us all the time. I asked her was I being rude she said no I said OK and repeated the question once again responded very rude and told me I could just leave a comment I thought about it I wasn’t going to but this is ridiculous all of us are going through a lot of things a lot of us working customer service As well no reason to be so rude over a simple question.

Although the customer service was there from the reps, I’m not impressed with this first experience. I purchased a “premium flower” that was not able to be discounted & i received mostly stems. For $50 i was expecting a way better quality! When i asked if i could exchange it for something different because i was disappointed in the quality i was told they don’t offer that. This is extremely disappointing from a customer view, and the fact that all i got told was sorry makes me not want to come back. I feel like they don’t care about the patients.
