Besides the outstanding products and the amazing prices, the best reason for shopping at AYR is the amazing staff and the excellent customer support they always provide. Everyone there is well trained and very educated on any questions you have about cannabis. Alex is especially knowledgeable and has a friendly, but professional personality. I always end up talking with everyone when I go get my products, because the staff makes it a comfortable place to visit. AYR is the only dispensary I buy my products now, because no one else can match their prices and the awesome quality of their products. Lastly, there is never a wait time, because AYR usually has three or more employees working. Whether you have a pick up order or just walking in, the service provided is always fast. I’m not one for complaining or only leaving reviews when I’m upset because the world needs more positivity, however, I am a male-to-female transgender and I came in today, for a pickup order today because it’s 420 and I wanted to take advantage of the awesome sale but the gentleman who rang me out was rude and even gave me a dirty look, handed me my bag and quickly started talking to someone else and didn’t bother to thank me or wish me a good day, not even eye contact; he said “Here you go” and shifted his attention to some side chatter going on with other clients and coworkers. I find it troubling that you have a PRIDE flag 🏳️🌈 hanging in the store and your associates treat people that way, especially my kind of people. I gave you 3 stars because it’s 420 and there’s an awesome sale, another because your products are very good and the last is for the woman who checked on me while I was waiting for the gentleman to get back.My apologies for the negativity involved with this review but it’s an important issue and there’s nothing we want more than to feel safe, anywhere we go. With competitive pricing and 50% off the first 3 visits I was drawn to their website and decided to stop by instead of ordering what I wanted online. It was my first visit and putting me into the system and getting my product was so fast even though the cashier was in training. (She was awesome!) I was able to hear the knowledge of the associates as they spoke to the different qualities of THC, and how they may assist each patient in their healing. They really helped a girl out when her Dr was taking his time after the app to send the recommendations through..They knew I was on my way to work and really needed to get my medicine since they are closed when I get off late at night. I called the secretary no lie about 7 times, and liberty called my Dr too, they kept on top of him and I was able to get my medicine. My app was 3-4hrs earlier and was told at that time, my card would work..At the end of the day it worked out but I really wanted to thank them for going above and beyond.

Literally the best dispensary in the area, with some of the best prices on concentrates, wether you are looking for syringes of oil, tinctures, or cartridges. My favorites are Dom and papa herbs. But by far what makes them the best is their customer service with a friendly staff that not only knows everything about all the product they carry but also they really get to know their patients and build a good rapport with them. And to wrap it all up if you call the store you get someone at that location and not a call center.

The staff is extremely friendly, especially the girl with short dark curly hair and glasses, the white girl (whose hair seems to be a different color every time I stop in!) and the dude who dressed like Shaggy for Halloween! Those employees are wonderful. The prices are fair and they even covered a customer who was few bucks short! Awesome customer service. This place is awesome. Sometimes you can get preground here for around $20. Their flower is also cheaper and good quality. They sell GPen carts and GPen products. I went through the simple process and received my Card through the state.It was suggested I come to Liberty based on price and quality staff. I'm so glad I did. On my first visit, I let them know I was totally ignorant and need education. I let them know Issues I had and they made several suggestions in types and methods available to me. The staff worked well, individually and as a team! It's been 6 months now and they haven't skipped a beat in their outstanding customer service! Recently, I developed additional requirements due to surgery. Once again, staff recommendations resolved my issues. Their communications through text massaging keep me aware of product inventory and discounts! You can also order online for pickup or delivery!They also have a Rewards Program you must look into. Oh, Veterans have a speial discount as well!I must say I haven't been to any other dispensary yet. I haven't had any reason to! I might visit one other to compare service but right now ..
