A few times Rick had taken care of my orders, and it has always been a great experience. Always polite and had NEVER passed by the opportunity for me to save a dollar or two. No other store had every asked if I have any discounts to apply. You don't mention it, you don't get it. Prices keep rising, they made a tier system...when every plant cost the same to grow and process. They are attempting to price people out of medicine!!! Do not shop here! Every other place has much lower prices that reflect the cost of production. Customer service never responds to emails. We should not allow these types of price games when it cost so much for us to pay the state for access to our medicine to begin with.

Great selection and great pricing. I do wish the set up was a bit better the design when you walk in is pretty terrible. If you switched the show cases on the far wall to where the registers are and the registers in the place then it would flow so much better. You could see the employees as soon as you enter and then while waiting you would have show cases on either side of you to see the merchandise. Just my advice.

I suspected I was being shorted but my crumble, sugar, butter, etc. was always melted so it was impossible to weigh.I started going to the location in Spring Hill, and the product is 1000x better. The concentrates are always in their proper form and the portions are obviously much bigger. They are the right weight and last about a week longer when I restock.I knew something was fishy about the Port Richey location. The difference between PR and SH is night and day!

So I've been hear a couples times now. The staff is always super welcoming and friendly. The dispensary itself has gotten a bit more esthetically pleasing but the products are so confusing. The packaging not at all matches what is advertised on their site and both occasions my carts were short and not full. The edible gummies were all melted together so dosing is absolutely a nightmare and the cookies are not in the original packaging so there's not nutrition info readily available. They product is decent when in a pinch and tight on funds.this is definetly my last resort store for these reasons. Hopefully that will change some in the future I feel like the site is very misguided.

I was very nervous. I had researched as many dispensaries as I could find. I wanted to stay in my area. I called my medical marijuana doctors office and they recommended Ayr for a newby. Small, friendly, willing to guide you and inform you of their products. The people there are what makes it. Their products are amazing as well. I am staying with them. Because when I went in I tried using the 50% off discount for first time visitors but they always have their vapes and syringes as 50% off or 40% off... and I could only use my first time discount OR take the sale price. This so far is the place I go the most. I like the one room set up so I can browse while I wait. Which makes the wait time feel less. Their prices in concentrate are still higher than I'd like to pay moving from a recreational state so I'll keep to sales. The carts are the best I've had here also, but again the prices are steep at 60-70 for 1g cart so stick to the sales. The edibles are great and we'll priced. They asked questions as to what brought me in and trying to find the best products for my needs. I even had an issue with my sprout points from previous transactions that dropped off unexpectedly and the rep was very informative and helpful to resolve the situation. Purchasing Marijuana Products at Ayr
During your first visit, you’ll be required to complete intake forms. This lets the dispensary staff confirm your patient status and see what you were allotted by your medical marijuana doctor.

Every single time, in the six or seven times visiting here, they've shorted anywhere from 10% to 25% of the flower ordered and ALWAYS suggest something way outside of the types of strains came in for (even after telling them, every time, preference is otherwise); can't believe one has to bring a scale and weigh the product before exiting this location just to get a full order. I won't be back, should've learned earlier to spend my money elsewhere.

The staff is friendly, and the sales *sounded* great but my purchase ended up being more confusing and disappointing then I would have hoped because of the confusing wording for sale items. Because when I went in I tried using the 50% off discount for first time visitors but they always have their vapes and syringes as 50% off or 40% off... and I could only use my first time discount OR take the sale price. So for my first time instead of big savings, I basically paid full price for my purchase. Not a fan

Why raise the prices on the carts when its basically the same product? You went from 65 to 75 now the sale price is 45 bucks. Who pays that 75? I have not returned since. Staff is always great but the product is not on the level as other places where the prices are higher but the product is way better.

This so far is the place I go the most. I like the one room set up so I can browse while I wait. Which makes the wait time feel less. Their prices in concentrate are still higher than I'd like to pay moving from a recreational state so I'll keep to sales. The carts are the best I've had here also, but again the prices are steep at 60-70 for 1g cart so stick to the sales. The edibles are great and we'll priced. Price for flower is comparable to other places, but the shopping experience makes it worth just getting the flower there. If you seen this review and it helps tell them I referred you. Jesse Taylor. I went in on Dec 31st and they were fully stocked with great sales. 40% off all products !It saddens me a bit that I wasn’t aware this location opened 3 months ago but now I know !Anyway, the store reps were very helpful and welcoming. They asked questions as to what brought me in and trying to find the best products for my needs. I even had an issue with my sprout points from previous transactions that dropped off unexpectedly and the rep was very informative and helpful to resolve the situation. ( I had to email LHS since the issue wasn’t a recent one and couldn’t be fixed in store. after reviewing past emails and notes the issue was resolved! 🙂)Would highly recommend and will be back !
