I forgot the girls name who helped me out this morning (07/22/2024) but she was awesome, and I will for sure be back! Was a little dry, but smokes decent. Can’t complain for $6!

My husband and I were shopping from out of town and visited the New Port Richey location. We did research online before coming and was excited to see a new selection at a new dispensary. Upon entering, we were not greeted but waited patiently for someone to acknowledge us. When the large brisk man came from the back, instead of hello, he said “ID’s?” We presented both of our medical ID cards. They didn’t care that it was our first time visiting but immediately asked if we were both shopping. They told my husband since he was not buying anything he would need to sign in as a visitor. Which he accepted, however, please know this is not the case at most other dispensaries as we both shop together frequently, with no concerns. He was then asked to go wait in a waiting room?? This not only did not allow him to shop, but was very unwelcoming to a new patient and a terrible first impression that this left us with. He declined to go sit in a waiting room and asked for his ID back do that he could go wait in car. I am unsure if this policy was applicable to us, or if this is even actually company policy but please know we will not be returning. Giving two stars only because the bud quality.

I've been into plenty of medical dispensaries and this has by far been the best experience I've had! The staff is always friendly here, very informative, and patient with you when you have a question. You feel welcome when you walk in the door. There is little to no wait here compared to other dispensaries. Ayr has quality products, as well as great prices and regular sales. I've used this as my main dispensary for over a year and would highly recommend this over other local spots based on pricing, quality, and overall experience.

I went to this AYR location yesterday (5/20/24) for my first time and let me tell you it was AWESOME!! Leslie helped me and she was absolutely awesome!! She was so friendly, so helpful, super nice, and took the time to answer all my questions and explain everything. She even recommended a certain Sativa strain that doesn't cause anxiety. I also love how you are shown the cartridge before you purchase it. To show that it is perfect. I understand that some other dispensaries can't do that, because the packs are sealed. I love their sales too. There was another girl that was working there, (I didnt catch her name) she was super friendly as well. Needless to say, I will be definitely going back to this location in the future and I will be definitely recommending also. Thank you so much!!

Just picked up an order, was excited to be at the $125 discount. I ended up getting a discount for $41.The product I picked up, they charged full price. Not the "sale" price. So the $33 item was now $75 which was $150 for two.So they gave me "discount" on $66 of product, but I still had to pay $25 even with the discount.Super confusing and weird experience. Never had this issue and I've bought from them for years. I know they can't apply extra discounts, but the standard discount shouldn't be excluded.

I LOVE AYR! I stopped going to other dispensaries because of how impressed I was with the service here. They have a cool rewards system and the process of going into the dispensary for an order is not overcomplicated and long like other places. The selection is a bit smaller than others but I love the choices and have never been disappointed with my selections. Rick helped me this time and last time, he's awesome and took care of all my needs! Alexis (I'm not sure I spelled her name right, I'm sorry), Danny, Leslie, and Jenn are all awesome as well! Prices keep rising, they made a tier system...when every plant cost the same to grow and process. They are attempting to price people out of medicine!!! Do not shop here! Every other place has much lower prices that reflect the cost of production. Customer service never responds to emails. We should not allow these types of price games when it cost so much for us to pay the state for access to our medicine to begin with.

Great selection and great pricing. I do wish the set up was a bit better the design when you walk in is pretty terrible. If you switched the show cases on the far wall to where the registers are and the registers in the place then it would flow so much better. You could see the employees as soon as you enter and then while waiting you would have show cases on either side of you to see the merchandise. Just my advice.

I suspected I was being shorted but my crumble, sugar, butter, etc. was always melted so it was impossible to weigh.I started going to the location in Spring Hill, and the product is 1000x better. The concentrates are always in their proper form and the portions are obviously much bigger. They are the right weight and last about a week longer when I restock.I knew something was fishy about the Port Richey location. The difference between PR and SH is night and day!

So I've been hear a couples times now. The staff is always super welcoming and friendly. The dispensary itself has gotten a bit more esthetically pleasing but the products are so confusing. The packaging not at all matches what is advertised on their site and both occasions my carts were short and not full. The edible gummies were all melted together so dosing is absolutely a nightmare and the cookies are not in the original packaging so there's not nutrition info readily available. They product is decent when in a pinch and tight on funds.this is definetly my last resort store for these reasons. Hopefully that will change some in the future I feel like the site is very misguided.

Small, friendly, willing to guide you and inform you of their products. The people there are what makes it. Their products are amazing as well. I am staying with them. This so far is the place I go the most. I like the one room set up so I can browse while I wait. Which makes the wait time feel less. Their prices in concentrate are still higher than I'd like to pay moving from a recreational state so I'll keep to sales. The carts are the best I've had here also, but again the prices are steep at 60-70 for 1g cart so stick to the sales. The edibles are great and we'll priced. My husband and I were shopping from out of town and visited the New Port Richey location. We did research online before coming and was excited to see a new selection at a new dispensary. Upon entering, we were not greeted but waited patiently for someone to acknowledge us. When the large brisk man came from the back, instead of hello, he said “ID’s?” We presented both of our medical ID cards. They didn’t care that it was our first time visiting but immediately asked if we were both shopping. They told my husband since he was not buying anything he would need to sign in as a visitor. Which he accepted, however, please know this is not the case at most other dispensaries as we both shop together frequently, with no concerns. He was then asked to go wait in a waiting room?? This not only did not allow him to shop, but was very unwelcoming to a new patient and a terrible first impression that this left us with. He declined to go sit in a waiting room and asked for his ID back do that he could go wait in car. I am unsure if this policy was applicable to us, or if this is even actually company policy but please know we will not be returning. Giving two stars only because the bud quality.

The staff is always friendly here, very informative, and patient with you when you have a question. You feel welcome when you walk in the door. There is little to no wait here compared to other dispensaries. Ayr has quality products, as well as great prices and regular sales. I went to this AYR location yesterday (5/20/24) for my first time and let me tell you it was AWESOME!! Leslie helped me and she was absolutely awesome!! She was so friendly, so helpful, super nice, and took the time to answer all my questions and explain everything. She even recommended a certain Sativa strain that doesn't cause anxiety. I also love how you are shown the cartridge before you purchase it. To show that it is perfect. I understand that some other dispensaries can't do that, because the packs are sealed. I love their sales too. There was another girl that was working there, (I didnt catch her name) she was super friendly as well. Just picked up an order, was excited to be at the $125 discount. I ended up getting a discount for $41.The product I picked up, they charged full price. Not the "sale" price. So the $33 item was now $75 which was $150 for two.So they gave me "discount" on $66 of product, but I still had to pay $25 even with the discount.Super confusing and weird experience. Never had this issue and I've bought from them for years. I know they can't apply extra discounts, but the standard discount shouldn't be excluded.

I LOVE AYR! I stopped going to other dispensaries because of how impressed I was with the service here. They have a cool rewards system and the process of going into the dispensary for an order is not overcomplicated and long like other places. The selection is a bit smaller than others but I love the choices and have never been disappointed with my selections. Every other place has much lower prices that reflect the cost of production. Customer service never responds to emails. If you switched the show cases on the far wall to where the registers are and the registers in the place then it would flow so much better. You could see the employees as soon as you enter and then while waiting you would have show cases on either side of you to see the merchandise. Just my advice.

I suspected I was being shorted but my crumble, sugar, butter, etc. was always melted so it was impossible to weigh.I started going to the location in Spring Hill, and the product is 1000x better. The concentrates are always in their proper form and the portions are obviously much bigger. They are the right weight and last about a week longer when I restock.I knew something was fishy about the Port Richey location. The difference between PR and SH is night and day!

So I've been hear a couples times now. The staff is always super welcoming and friendly. The dispensary itself has gotten a bit more esthetically pleasing but the products are so confusing. The packaging not at all matches what is advertised on their site and both occasions my carts were short and not full. The edible gummies were all melted together so dosing is absolutely a nightmare and the cookies are not in the original packaging so there's not nutrition info readily available. They product is decent when in a pinch and tight on funds.this is definetly my last resort store for these reasons. Hopefully that will change some in the future I feel like the site is very misguided.

This so far is the place I go the most. I like the one room set up so I can browse while I wait. Which makes the wait time feel less. Their prices in concentrate are still higher than I'd like to pay moving from a recreational state so I'll keep to sales. The carts are the best I've had here also, but again the prices are steep at 60-70 for 1g cart so stick to the sales. The edibles are great and we'll priced.
