But I still do not understand why I have to drive 28 miles because the Liberty Health Science dispensary near me in Dania at about 7 Miles from where I live in Fort Lauderdale would not restock the Zenient Oral Solution Indica product I like and use. Nobody seems to be able to give an explanation, mean while I have to drive about 20 miles extra to get it. ?? But yes the store in Boca is beautiful and new and fantastic and everybody is nice and helpful. Now can you explain why Dania isn't ( I do not have a problem with the look or the fact that it is always empty but they do not see to be pleased when you show up there) I would just like to understand why I have to drive 20 extra miles?? Terrible experience today. I am an office manager for two dental offices and my rule of gold it’s always to make my clients feel acknowledged no matter how busy I am. As I walked in today for a pick-up order at exactly 5:30pm there were two employees; a girl that was busy with another patient and a gentleman named Robert, although he was not helping anyone he did not even say Hi or welcome while the girl that was busy did say hi to me. I assumed Robert was extremely busy since he didn’t even bother to ask why I was there or even looked at me. I waited for five minutes as the female employee was with the patient, their conversation was getting lengthly and still Robert was not doing anything so I said to my self just wait until the other employee is done. However, apparently Robert was not that busy at all! Because then another patient walked in as a walk in and he actually decided to acknowledge her!!!! Cab you guys believe this!! I had to actually tell me him I was standing by there for more than five minutes when he didnt even offered to help! What a shame I will definitely will not be coming back to this location any time soon

First, you’re going to read about my first impression versus my current knowledge of LHS in West Boca Raton.I have had my FL MED MJ card for nearly 2 years. I’ve been to most dispensaries in the local area; from Miami to West Palm Beach. First of all, the LHS in Miami needs to be raved about, as well, but on its own site.LHS Boca started displaying signage 2 weeks before opening that said “NOW OPEN” I took photos of the door, showing the hours and phone number. I called the phone number and left a message. The manager, Michael, who has been there before day one, explained they were waiting on final approval to open. This explanation was fair enough for me.More weeks went by and still, not opened. Michael called me, a week before grand opening, and I was privileged to be one of the first people inside and one of the first to try a very new medication in FL.The first week, before grand opening, when I visited, the staff were still training, nothing was set up properly to inform me of pricing, medication selections, and no literature could be found. So, I mentioned to Michael things I have seen in other dispensaries that have made it more simple to understand. This location is in (very difficult) West Boca. I have to say that I’ve been to several dispensaries in the US over the course of my life, probably about 100 or so. This one has some of the best flower I’ve ever bought in my life. It was only $50 for an eighth too of some top shelf flower. Also the cartridges here are way way cheaper than any other Florida dispensary. Definitely worth stopping by and checking out.

But I still do not understand why I have to drive 28 miles because the Liberty Health Science dispensary near me in Dania at about 7 Miles from where I live in Fort Lauderdale would not restock the Zenient Oral Solution Indica product I like and use. Nobody seems to be able to give an explanation, mean while I have to drive about 20 miles extra to get it. ?? But yes the store in Boca is beautiful and new and fantastic and everybody is nice and helpful. Now can you explain why Dania isn't ( I do not have a problem with the look or the fact that it is always empty but they do not see to be pleased when you show up there) I would just like to understand why I have to drive 20 extra miles?? Terrible experience today. I am an office manager for two dental offices and my rule of gold it’s always to make my clients feel acknowledged no matter how busy I am. As I walked in today for a pick-up order at exactly 5:30pm there were two employees; a girl that was busy with another patient and a gentleman named Robert, although he was not helping anyone he did not even say Hi or welcome while the girl that was busy did say hi to me. I assumed Robert was extremely busy since he didn’t even bother to ask why I was there or even looked at me. I waited for five minutes as the female employee was with the patient, their conversation was getting lengthly and still Robert was not doing anything so I said to my self just wait until the other employee is done. However, apparently Robert was not that busy at all! Because then another patient walked in as a walk in and he actually decided to acknowledge her!!!! Cab you guys believe this!! I had to actually tell me him I was standing by there for more than five minutes when he didnt even offered to help! What a shame I will definitely will not be coming back to this location any time soon

Had a slight glitch with the CanPay process during my visit yesterday. Mike and Cole went above and beyond to make it right with me to ensure I still left happy. They absolutely did! On top of that Cole's customer service was awesome. I tend to ask a lot of questions and normally, at other dispensaries, I get rushed everytime and it becomes very clear that they are annoyed. I called the phone number and left a message. The manager, Michael, who has been there before day one, explained they were waiting on final approval to open. Michael called me, a week before grand opening, and I was privileged to be one of the first people inside and one of the first to try a very new medication in FL.The first week, before grand opening, when I visited, the staff were still training, nothing was set up properly to inform me of pricing, medication selections, and no literature could be found.
