Do not buy carts here. The employees are smoking almost half of them. Due to the packaging they can smoke it no one could tell it was opened. I went to MUV today the carts were sealed and to my disgust the carts were 100% full. Now I know for sure they were not only smoking oil that I paid for I was tipping them each time I went in. I will be going on tictok now about this because the number they left to make it right is a wrong number

Every time I buy oil at least 1/4 is missing. I get some of it evaporates but you can open the box smoke some put it back no one would be able to tell because of the packaging. If this happens one more time I am going to call the owner this place is my go to place spending hundreds a week for what so I can pay for the employees to get high. So now I call the number the women tells me they gave me the wrong number and they will reach out. How? They don’t have my number? Bad enough I’m paying for someone else’s oil now I get a wrong number to make it right

I enjoy your carts and am a regular at this and your boynton location. I bought 3 carts 2 days ago and when I opened one of them in the car the mouthpiece was off and the liquid looked to be short of a full gram. I know mistakes happen so I went back in to have someone swap it out for me.The associate screwed the mouthpiece back on and asked me if that was ok. I asked her if it looked like a full gram inside the cartridge. I was legitimately asking her because it definitely looked short in relation to the cartridges I have previously bought from your store. I think she thought I was being sarcastic because after that question she got annoyed and the rest of the transaction was tense and awkward.She took care of the exchange but I’ll probably just shop at the boynton location to avoid her. I wasn’t trying to be a pain doing the exchange but it seemed like I annoyed her somehow 😆

Terrible customer service almost every single time. Staff is clueless and can't seem to answer any questions about their operation. Nobody has a smile on, they look at you like "what do you want?" from the moment you walk in the door. One guy looked stoned every time I walked in. I mean I get it, but you're at work dude. This is the only dispensary that I can find that carries Nordic wellness THC balm. This balm is amazing. Very pricey at $36 per little container. However, it last for hours, as opposed to half an hour to an hour of Aspercreme. I live in Broward County and travel to this dispensary strictly for this balm. The staff seems to be very professional. If you haven’t tried this THC bomb and you have a lot of joint aches and pains, I can attest this bomb does work.

Very good quality for the price ( Lost in Translation always has good deals) but I’m disappointed I come several times a week and they now me pretty well but I lost my Driver License and I gave them a copy(see pic) and still would not take they the pic online it’s me they see my paper ID is me and still would not dispense medicine to me even though they know is me 100% can’t we use common sense sometimes? Even if it’s paper it does not change the fact that I’m the right person.😡 I was force to buy on the streets for a whole month because they want to follow the law by the book which they should but just a little common sense please.

As for the product, concentrates are always great, sometimes not visually appealing but they're good. Flower as a whole by every dispensary around here has been subpar for the last 6 months so I can't just blame LHS. Honestly, I love everyone except these 2 girls. I found this wonderful place a while ago, and finally went back. I love it, there were two ladies , Sarah and Taylor, who were fabulous. The place had been cleaned, the ladies helped me with product. We all were happy. The ladies really brightened up the place. Thank you Taylor and Sarah.

Very good quality for the price ( Lost in Translation always has good deals) but I’m disappointed I come several times a week and they now me pretty well but I lost my Driver License and I gave them a copy(see pic) and still would not take they the pic online it’s me they see my paper ID is me and still would not dispense medicine to me even though they know is me 100% can’t we use common sense sometimes? Even if it’s paper it does not change the fact that I’m the right person.😡 I was force to buy on the streets for a whole month because they want to follow the law by the book which they should but just a little common sense please.

It's crazy I get bamboozled everytime, new flavor new disappointment thought they'd have at least gotten the quality of their flower better by now...sad really and it feels like you have no choice for better medication cause a mojoirty does this in this area..ima just start taking a drive to the flowery in miami.

Love liberty but next time you adjust your store hours you should adjust it on google too. I drove 45minutes to your boynton location to get there and see a sign on the front door that they don’t open until 11am, but google stated open.

I am disabled in a wheelchair. I placed an order online for flower. When I arrived I tried to use my $75 OFF OF $150 for patient renewal. Only to find out that they don't honor it on their new brand kind flower. I was totally disappointed and it was a complete waste of time. Just another gimmick in today's society!

This is my favorite dispensary. The staff is great. Every time I have a question they take their time to make sure all my questions are answered. I never feel rushed. Ok, I've been shopping here at this location for 4 months consistently. Customer service is usually top notch except for the team of women. They consistently provide bad service. As for the product, concentrates are always great, sometimes not visually appealing but they're good. Flower as a whole by every dispensary around here has been subpar for the last 6 months so I can't just blame LHS. Honestly, I love everyone except these 2 girls. If I had a pick, Monica from the old dania location would solve all issues. She's a superstar and I specifically went to her store for MONTHS and would go out of my way because she was great.
