I liked the Products they offer and the Staff was great but they didn't have my order because of a mix up so I had to go through the book and repick my products which took an extra 15 minutes. I'll definitely give 4 or 5 stars though once I try the Products I got. I got 7 items that retail at $355 and with the sales I got I paid $142 so Cost friendly for sure!

This applies more to when they were Liberty Health Sciences, not AYR. I do not currently have a medical card, so I do not know much about AYR, their original parent company I believe. This is a great dispensary if you value your time and want to get in and get out quickly, unlike Trulieve in Bonita Springs. The customer service level here is decent. You won't feel like anything is out of place with these associates. Anything on their website, from flower, to cartridges, to syringes, etc. -- they have it in stock. No surprises when you walk in. This dispensary is always flowing with great deals no matter what the day of the week is and the wait time is usually near zero, unless there's a line of people in the lobby at the time. Nonetheless, the associates usually take care of it speedily. I highly recommend this location.

Everything was good while they were liberty health science. Everything changes when they became AYR. As a loyal customer to liberty health science I am now no longer a customer after their change. I don’t know what this company is thinking. Their flower has always been a lower quality compared to many of the dispensaries around. Which was fine…until they raised their prices. Now their prices and are higher than some dispensaries while offering the same low quality flower. I hate trulieve but I’d rather go there now because at least I’m getting my moneys worth. AYR has now become the low class dispensary in the area. If they want to compete they need to make some major changes.

I called that number and she said it was a call center and she doesn't know why they keep sending that number out. Stay away haha

The FLOWERY was over 3 months OLD!!!!! Dry and nastyI tried this place 2 or 3 times back when they were called. Liberty health science. I figured i'd give them another try now that they have a new name. Honestly, I think the FLOWERs gotten worse which it was already pretty bad to begin with. And the concentrates, although the effects are nice, they burn really bad alot of it turns black and it sparks like it has Butane in it!!I've been to every dispensary.jungle boys the flowery in Miami. U name it! Even "gold leaf"and this place AYR has the worst flower !!!!! Trust me it's a waste ive gotten 3-5 8ths each one being a different strain and they all sucked and all r old they sit for months before selling cuz no one buys from this place cuz it bad !They should go out of business at this rate !

The bud was decent other than that I don't have a whole lot of good to say. First impressions mean alot and it seemed to me like the prices were artificially high so whatever deals or discounts they tell you your getting just brings it to the normal price at any other dispensary in the area if not more. I was gonna just take the L until I looked at my receipt and noticed why the total was so high and it was because instead of getting the deal that was on the books and confirmed by the cashier either had expired or never existed and with people like me places can get away with that sort of thing because I don't immediately check the receipt or at least I didn't used to but about a week had gone by and it seemed like it would be more of a hassle to go there and dispute it so I'll take tye 30$ L but they could've made alot more than that by just having me as a customer.

They don't have a huge selection but what they do have tastes so good! Unfortunately, the experience I had tonight was very shady. I placed an order online and the total was $254. When I picked it up, she charged me $258. I paid then left and when I checked online, the total still said $254, the deals were still active.. I went to check my receipt and see where the discrepancy was and realized it was purposefully cut off so that I couldn't see my total. I won't make a scene for a few dollars, but I definitely won't be back ☹️

I've been in several local dispensaries and none are better than Liberty health. I just wish you had one here in Lehigh Acres. Trulieve really needs some competition.

She locked the door 8 minutes early and wasn’t going to let other customers in, super unpleasant attitude, and the young woman clearly does NOT want to work. Unbelievably terrible customer service. When advertised with discount for first visit and you dont get the discount and they try to sell you the upgraded item from what was originally wanted. Once it was noticed there was an error the so called fix was even worse. The first time discount was removed. The return item to get what was originally ordered was only half returned. So in essence I was charged more than what was originally wanted. Try and call this place and constantly get sent to the Sarasota location when I was obviously trying to call Fort Myers location.

This applies more to when they were Liberty Health Sciences, not AYR. I do not currently have a medical card, so I do not know much about AYR, their original parent company I believe. This is a great dispensary if you value your time and want to get in and get out quickly, unlike Trulieve in Bonita Springs. The customer service level here is decent. You won't feel like anything is out of place with these associates. Anything on their website, from flower, to cartridges, to syringes, etc. -- they have it in stock. No surprises when you walk in. This dispensary is always flowing with great deals no matter what the day of the week is and the wait time is usually near zero, unless there's a line of people in the lobby at the time. Nonetheless, the associates usually take care of it speedily. I highly recommend this location.

Everything was good while they were liberty health science. Everything changes when they became AYR. As a loyal customer to liberty health science I am now no longer a customer after their change. I don’t know what this company is thinking. Their flower has always been a lower quality compared to many of the dispensaries around. Which was fine…until they raised their prices. Now their prices and are higher than some dispensaries while offering the same low quality flower. I hate trulieve but I’d rather go there now because at least I’m getting my moneys worth. AYR has now become the low class dispensary in the area. If they want to compete they need to make some major changes.

I figured i'd give them another try now that they have a new name. Honestly, I think the FLOWERs gotten worse which it was already pretty bad to begin with. And the concentrates, although the effects are nice, they burn really bad alot of it turns black and it sparks like it has Butane in it!!I've been to every dispensary.jungle boys the flowery in Miami. U name it! Even "gold leaf"and this place AYR has the worst flower !!!!! Trust me it's a waste ive gotten 3-5 8ths each one being a different strain and they all sucked and all r old they sit for months before selling cuz no one buys from this place cuz it bad !They should go out of business at this rate !

First impressions mean alot and it seemed to me like the prices were artificially high so whatever deals or discounts they tell you your getting just brings it to the normal price at any other dispensary in the area if not more. I was gonna just take the L until I looked at my receipt and noticed why the total was so high and it was because instead of getting the deal that was on the books and confirmed by the cashier either had expired or never existed and with people like me places can get away with that sort of thing because I don't immediately check the receipt or at least I didn't used to but about a week had gone by and it seemed like it would be more of a hassle to go there and dispute it so I'll take tye 30$ L but they could've made alot more than that by just having me as a customer.

They don't have a huge selection but what they do have tastes so good! Unfortunately, the experience I had tonight was very shady. I placed an order online and the total was $254. When I picked it up, she charged me $258. I paid then left and when I checked online, the total still said $254, the deals were still active.. I went to check my receipt and see where the discrepancy was and realized it was purposefully cut off so that I couldn't see my total. I won't make a scene for a few dollars, but I definitely won't be back ☹️

When advertised with discount for first visit and you dont get the discount and they try to sell you the upgraded item from what was originally wanted. Once it was noticed there was an error the so called fix was even worse. The first time discount was removed. The return item to get what was originally ordered was only half returned. So in essence I was charged more than what was originally wanted. Try and call this place and constantly get sent to the Sarasota location when I was obviously trying to call Fort Myers location.
