This review has nothing to do with the products. I’m really just displeased with the entire experience. And sadly, it was my first experience ever in a dispensary. I chose this one and what a mistake. I was so excited to learn about different products and get some help finding the right product for me. But none of that happened. The bud tender took my drivers license and medical card information and spent the next 15 minutes chatting with my boyfriend as he entered all of my information. That’s great to make conversation with us while you’re doing that, but the problem is, I was the patient and the focus was never on me at any point DURING. Only at the end where he was finally done entering my information and says to me “okay so what are we going to do today?” Honestly, I just picked whatever sounded fun because at that point I just wanted OUT of there and I NEVER ever could have imagined that’s how I’d feel my first time. I don’t know why he even bothered asking who we were there for if he was just going to leave all his attention on my boyfriend even after we specified that we were there for ME.

AMAZING STAFF!! This dispensary has become my favorite in town for many reasons. The prices have always been amazing and better than competitors for one. Then, most importantly, the staff at the Lakewood Park location are truly fantastic!! The general manager LG and her staff are a bundle of joy and are always working with big smiles on their faces. I always leave the store with a big smile on my face as well with how sweet and friendly they all are!

Haven't been here since they changed their prices to THC teirs. Then more so after they just decided to raise the prices all together. I thought the most expensive was supposed to be at least good? All the weed there is STILL not decent. but you have the audacity to charge for top shelf flower. Bud used to be under $20 for the same quality which checks out. 1G carts for $19 forget that now. If you want convenience and friendly staff I guess it has that going but for WEED???? no thanks.....

I'm super happy that they audited my wallet of points that was always down or saying I'm in Jersey or sumptin. Anyway, was JUST shy of 1200. I thought it was all screwed up for good. $90 of free flower just maybe 3bweeks before my rec expired. Used to be able to check points no problem... But mucho gracias to Sandy for cleaning up this virtual wallet app for Liberty but it never worked the past few years and I've forgotten about it really. I called almost before my last month of rec to customer service and 1 had like 1,365 points! SCORE! $90 credit on retail price but still a super nice surprise and now the wallet app works great and is actually informative. Thx Sandy for crunchin some #'s for me earlier and brightened up my day today! SCORE! Woulda been a little disappointed if I lost that 90 bucks. ALMOST 1200... Oh well. Was a nice surprise.

Employees are friendly & helpful. Drive thru is quick (online orders only). I just wish AYR would accept debit cards instead of cash only. I give the local stores 5 stars, but I give the company 3 stars because of the cash only issue.EDIT... I recently went to the Stuart store and I was told they do accept debit cards now. With that said, 5 stars now for the company as well!

I would like to say how much I love this place, AYR. The staff are pleasant, attentive and some the the best people I’ve ever had the pleasure of coming across. The prices are some of the best around, I’ve done my homework. And the drive through, to die for. You just place your order on line , drive up 15 min later and you never even need to get out of your car. My favorite dispensary in the area. Thanks you all at AYR.

This dispensary is located super close to our house, my bf has a med card so we have been here half a dozen times now, and I've meant to give a good review since our first couple visits, but I kept forgetting.... Until today. Stopping by was the highlight of my day. I pull up to the drive through window and press the call button, and what comes to the window? A giant banana. I was just delighted. It gave everyone in the car a great laugh. The people here are just so friendly and wholesome and down to earth, and quick to get the order ready and help in any way possible. Before we pulled away I asked for the Peanutbutter Jelly dance and our giant banana happily obliged. We laughed all the way home. I love this place. Thank you!

The employees at this location are top notch! Always very friendly, efficient and accommodating. The exact opposite of Trulieve lol. Their products have gotten WAY better in recent months as well. I use to shop at Trulieve 80% of the time for years but now I'm shopping at AYR most of the time. 100% better experience and I'm loving the cheap live budders and RSO. Keep up the great work!!
