This guy has given me the most up to date information on just about every single product AYR has to offer, online in store I mean EVERYTHING! I inquired about, Not only that..Any adjustment that can be made in-store also I received some information I could give my prescriber to better help with the challenges of finding what works for me.This dude knows his stuff. I took his advice made the adjustment to my orders and now I’m completely knowledgeable on where my numbers are, What effect I’m trying to achieve. But more importantly I feel confident that I can go to a place and its employees KNOWS the language to reach the people, that could ultimately, and potentially change lives. #Respectdue to this outstanding employee 👊🏾

I had a great experience with the employees and they’re very knowledgeable. However, I wish I knew how delicate their vape cartridges are. I have shopped for vape cartridges at other stores and have never had a fear that they would crack open after one accidental drop from a low rise table to the ground.I went back into the store and they explained to me that they could give me another one as a courtesy but to make clear they won’t do it again.I understood but was surprised to hear I was their first customer who came in with a cracked and open cartridge…All in all, the product is great, hence why I wanted to go back and get another. Maybe I’ll just stick to flower from them and not cartridges because I can’t promise I won’t drop my pen as I’m sure plenty of others do the same.

Well, today, I went in to the St. Pete location, and as always, their customer service are always spot on. Just mentioned that I was upset at the Pinellas Park location because the manager wouldn’t take care of a $10 battery that they sold me and never worked instead he chose to insult me by not taking care of my problem and wouldn’t even take it back to dispose of it properly , ending any type of patronage I will Ever have their. Without a second thought The staff this morning, took a care of me and replace the pin that they didn’t even sell me? I am amazed how awesome that store always has been and continued to maintain that level of customer service. My opinion that store should be the model of this business plan . Wow! What a difference in store!! Must be managed properly!! Thank you so much. I will never go anywhere else.

This used to be my go-to spot because their product is decent and their prices beat everyone else's. But just like the rest, as soon as a few more people start coming in, they raise the prices to the point where...Why am I gona pay $25 for mediocre stuff when I can drive ten blocks and pick up top shelf for $15? Thats why I gave 3 stars instead of 4. 4 stars instead of 5 because only half the flower I've gotten here isn't flushed enough and isn't cured enough. They do have some good oil but its too pricey. Thats just my opinion though and, I would still recommend checking out this spot at least once.

I think the medical MJ industry in Florida is pretty disappointing all around, but good lord if Liberty isn’t the single worst customer service experience I’ve had so far. Maybe it’s tolerable if you just place an order and go pick it up without having to talk to anyone, but the guys working when I arrived were completely unhelpful, unfriendly, and made the entire interaction into something I’d rather not experience again.None of their product is visible, they have a binder in the front you make selections in. If you’re looking for a friendly environment in which to get suggestions/advice, go somewhere else. It was obvious the people who work there are only interested in being told what you want so they can go get it and get you out of the store.I hope somewhere in St. Pete has a friendly, helpful staff manning their dispensary, because it’s certainly not this location.

I came in as a walk in 10 minutes after opening, and here I figure as convenient as it was for me, the poor souls inside are gonna hate to see me walk inside right after open. Really like this place the first and second time I came they asked me to do a review and they give me a another discount probably one I could not use with any other discounts of course. Went in to purchase products 3 1 at a 50% off new patient discount and before I could check out the guy suggested I purchase something else instead because it was on sale at 30% off but then when the total came out it was more money because I couldn't use my 50% discount. I guess he thought I would purchase something for for more money and only take 30% off instead of 50 that I was owed. When purchasing on the website the pricing is different had no real reason why just said there's glitches. I cancelled the order I left with a third of what I was going to purchase. Seems that Liberty got in the game a little too late there's too much competition and companies that don't play games with discounts and are out to save their customers money not try to make more money off of them.

Use to be a huge liberty fan came in nearly every other day and always treat everyone with respect for them to only not reciprocate it. I pick up shatter they have and it still contains the solvents which is dangerous to consume. Went back asked for a refund was told they can’t take things back simply because “I didn’t like it” while the wax popped and sizzled which happens when the ethanol isn’t fully extracted which means unhealthy product which is a defect. ( which they do returns on) And to be told no we can’t do anything after coming in about a product with legitimate health issues. The staff refuse to communicate and have such an ego to the point they are right not the customer!! Was beyond incompetent behavior and really ruined my future visits to liberty. Until they up their consistency and train their staff to not be so uninviting I’d stay away till they clearly wanna show interest in the medicine they dispense.

I picked out the flower I wanted online online and waited for it to come in stock. I drove 30 min one way to use my new patient discount of $75 off $150. I hobbled my broken legged self inside, excited. Then the guy told me neither my new patient NOR my veteran discounts will apply for flower. No where on the website or coupon does it say that! This was my go to shop, but as they did not honor the coupon due to there being that there is “nothing they can do regarding technical difficulties”, I may not return here. It’s a shame, because the employees really seemed to car and took the time to explain things. If the business owner truly cares about the patients, they would honor a customer’s request, especially considering the issue arose from a problem with their online ordering system. Sadly I cannot give this shop the 5 star review I would have given prior to today’s disappointing experience and lack of customer service.

I have shopped for vape cartridges at other stores and have never had a fear that they would crack open after one accidental drop from a low rise table to the ground.I went back into the store and they explained to me that they could give me another one as a courtesy but to make clear they won’t do it again.I understood but was surprised to hear I was their first customer who came in with a cracked and open cartridge…All in all, the product is great, hence why I wanted to go back and get another. I came in as a walk in 10 minutes after opening, and here I figure as convenient as it was for me, the poor souls inside are gonna hate to see me walk inside right after open. Really like this place the first and second time I came they asked me to do a review and they give me a another discount probably one I could not use with any other discounts of course. Went in to purchase products 3 1 at a 50% off new patient discount and before I could check out the guy suggested I purchase something else instead because it was on sale at 30% off but then when the total came out it was more money because I couldn't use my 50% discount. I guess he thought I would purchase something for for more money and only take 30% off instead of 50 that I was owed. When purchasing on the website the pricing is different had no real reason why just said there's glitches. I cancelled the order I left with a third of what I was going to purchase. Seems that Liberty got in the game a little too late there's too much competition and companies that don't play games with discounts and are out to save their customers money not try to make more money off of them.

Use to be a huge liberty fan came in nearly every other day and always treat everyone with respect for them to only not reciprocate it. I pick up shatter they have and it still contains the solvents which is dangerous to consume. Went back asked for a refund was told they can’t take things back simply because “I didn’t like it” while the wax popped and sizzled which happens when the ethanol isn’t fully extracted which means unhealthy product which is a defect. ( which they do returns on) And to be told no we can’t do anything after coming in about a product with legitimate health issues. The staff refuse to communicate and have such an ego to the point they are right not the customer!! Was beyond incompetent behavior and really ruined my future visits to liberty. Until they up their consistency and train their staff to not be so uninviting I’d stay away till they clearly wanna show interest in the medicine they dispense.

I hobbled my broken legged self inside, excited. Then the guy told me neither my new patient NOR my veteran discounts will apply for flower. No where on the website or coupon does it say that! This was my go to shop, but as they did not honor the coupon due to there being that there is “nothing they can do regarding technical difficulties”, I may not return here. It’s a shame, because the employees really seemed to car and took the time to explain things. If the business owner truly cares about the patients, they would honor a customer’s request, especially considering the issue arose from a problem with their online ordering system. It’s interesting to compare various dispensary’s decor and atmosphere. This dispensary is set up as a storefront business with no front waiting area, control of entry to dispensing area or apparent security guard (comparable to dispensaries in recreational states like Alaska). They said they would be moving a few storefronts down the street and has better parking. The staff have been quite helpful and polite.
