Over the years I’ve been happy with this place. The agents are helpful and the prices are reasonable. However, there’s a bit of a downside. The carts leak and the store knows about it. They can’t check them because of their policy and the return process is a bit of a hassle. But hey, it’s still a solid choice and I recommend it. I just wish they'd fix the leaky carts.

Really, Thankful for the managers at this store and location. They were severely helpful compared to the one in Port St. Lucie on US1 who gave me bad cartridges when I bought 10 of them at once. They were kind enough to replace them because after I brought them back. To Port St Lucie they still gave me bad ones, so I went to this store instead, and they went above and beyond. They were absolutely helpful as could be. I couldn't have been more thankful and appreciative!!!

I came to this AIR for the first time and bought a battery and 5 distillates. The battery ended up being defective. They refused to exchange but would give me 15% off a new one. After continuing to explain that I don’t want a return and just an exchange, The manager said to come in and it can be exchanged. I was shocked at the poor customer service when I arrived and the manager refused to fulfill her promise. I will never return to this dispensary. Other dispensaries have never treated me like this. Buyer beware about this place.

Purchasing Marijuana Products at Ayr

I went in for the first time yesterday, and couldn’t have been more impressed with the staff and atmosphere. Shay was the cashier that helped me out and she was such a blessing by giving me the information on the different cartridges and items they had. Nice place, but I was a little disappointed that I had to put items back because of my allotment being reached. I wish it would’ve told me on the site before it confirmed my order. Kind of embarrassing. Felt like I came to the checkout line and forgot my wallet lol.The dude that took care of me was super nice though. Definitely not his fault.

Recommended to others. very disappointed about the lack of swag, giveaways, you know fun stuff that also advertises AYR. I have hats, shirts, hand grinders, lighters, vape batteries from the competition. nothing from you. sounds like you are missing an opportunity to let your LOYAL customers know you appreciate them.

they offer points for the money you spend. spend 600, you get 50 dollars in points. my question why can't i use my points to buy something on sale. i went there last week and was told i could buy anything on sale or not. today i went there prepared to get something free. it did not happen. what i wanted, i had to pay and not use the points. because it was an sale. confused.
