I haven’t been here in so long because the concentrates have gone so downhill! (Low thc, low terps.(Massive amounts of black solvent left over on device or banger you dab with.)The only good concentrate they have is diamonds and they never I repeat (never) have them in stock.Flower prices keep going up and up since they rebranded from LHS to AYR.Been waiting for six months for diamonds or a good flower deal and nothing…Been shopping down street instead.(Sanctuary/cura leaf)Used to spend like 150-250 per visit.I heard things are really bad currently at AYR i wonder why…
All one can say is, “what a relief!” I’ve never felt better and my old pharmacist always just had one generic! Go figure! Sometimes you can pay less for more and still be happier about complaining about all the Great Pumpkin. Have no fear, AYR is here !!(well over there~ I just passed my turn)
I’ve been coming here since before it changed to AYR. It has never disappointed. Best prices I have seen in any dispensary in Florida. The customer service is stand alone. This location specifically has great employees and whoever is managing and training. The employees is doing a great job. They always have solutions and can help treat any issues I may have and I am always treated very well by whoever is helping me.
Wouldn’t recommend this dispensary at all. I would suggest saving your money and going to rise cannabis or true lieve for better services. Which are 5 mins if not less away. Only the female and the kid with the Afro have great service. The others do not. % labeled online and on menu also do not match the product you received. Very highly recommend you purchase elsewhere besides here.
I've been coming to this location very long time when they was called Liberty now that they changed the name I don't know I think they went downhill this is my third time this month coming to this location and buying flour coming home I have to use all my product to try to fill anything and no feeling this place is a waste of time and waste of money I do not recommend this place to no one like I said I've been here three times less than a month I bought three different types of flour it seems like this is the stuff they buy from the the gas station their product is garbage
I love ayr! Steven helped me today and provided excellent service as always. Their selection is great and their prices beat Trulieve. I would recommend this heading gem on Hollywood and Dixie

First time I come to this location, i dont live near the hollywood area but it was the only dispensary that had the cartridge I wanted . From the moment I walked in I felt welcomed everyone was super friendly. The location I normally visit doesn't tell me about points i have accumulated i honestly didnt even know i get points , thanks to this location they talked to me about my points . I ended up being able to use all my points towards my purchase, lets just say i left super happy. I will be trying to come more often to this location .
This dispensary is really Awesome. I’ve been going here for two years now and overtime The quality of there products just keeps improving and Prices are really affordable. they have some of the best concentrates and Live resin I have ever tried. and the staff here are Really nice
I’ve been a patient in this place for two years, and is the first time that I meet someone so unprofessional, so arrogant, and so disrespectful. The manager, Natasha, couldn’t manage to solve my situation, and on top of that threatened me with body language and words to leave the store. Even dared to say that she was gonna call the cops and she hit me with the door when I left. This is unacceptable on a place that is supposed to provide customer service to patients. She hurt me! How can you put people to manage a store when they can even manage themselves when handling people. I think she is under qualified to work with people. The person that is in charge of human resources and customer service should see the footage images from the store during the closing hours from today. (Dec/7/2022)
First time visiting and selection was an easy process. I’ll leave another review after trying my prescription. Location and customer service were excellent!

The Store manager is very sweet and knowledgeable. I am new to Hollywood are and now so happy to found this place. She told about all the promotional deals and how to use concentre. She helped me understand my allotment and took her time to explain all the products. She is soft spoken and very informative. I will be back to purchase more products.
Quality of the product: 7/10Price: 10/10Staff: 9/10Management: 2/10I’ve been to this location severalllll times now, at least 15 times. The staff are excellent, sweet, knowledgeable and provide great recommendations. The prices are fantastic and the stuff they dispense is great. I can always count on them. My only issue with Ayr recently and the reason for my review is the manager. She makes me severely uncomfortable. She’s snapped at me a bit on a couple of occasions, she can sound condescending and she’s very uptight. Unfortunately, lately I find myself walking to a different staff member, whoever else is working to assist me just to avoid her and I tend to still see her raising her voice from across the room or counter while someone is assisting me trying to tell me about deals that involve me purchasing in copious volumes. I’m now finding myself going to other dispensaries because going to get medicated at Ayr causes me more anxiety than it should.
So I walked in and was immediately greeted and welcomed by a guy named Stephen I believe. (Face tattoo on 3rd eye) I had never visited your store before and felt like i had been a regular for years. He was very knowledgeable, and offered to help in any way possible with any question or concern I had.I ended up getting 7g of Lavender Soak which he suggested and boy oh boy he made an amazing suggestion! Exactly the type of strain I wanted. Full of Terps, relaxing yet uplifting, and smoked very very nice. He took all the things that I was asking and made them a reality.Also the store is beautiful, clean, and in the perfect location. I will for sure be coming back to visit, and requesting that Stephen would be my budtender. Never felt so at home and not confused before.Also never had the customer service I've had here, at any other dispensary that I've visited. So AYR is for sure on my top list.Thank you Stephen, and thank you AYR for hiring such a wonderful team member.
Had an amazing experience in the dispensary. gentlemen that helped me his name was stephen, has a cool tattoo on his forehead. He was patient and very helpful. Definitely knows his products. I appreciate the amazing customer service.
Worst one by far. I love AYR products but go to one in Dania. I had the worst experience and was stresses for 30 min. Guy with tat on forehead has worse customer service skills and needs to be fired. I have been told he was written up fie the way he treated me as a patient

Horrible experience, check your prescription before you go in and check your prescription before you leave, They took all my prescription. I bought 4 big carts, 4 edibles, and they took it out from all 5 categories Instead of edible and inhalation so now am out of oral and can't buy because they dispensed from wrong category this has to be illegal I called this morning I spoke with a girl Sophia but hasnt called or email me if I don't receive a call or a message am going to email state of Florida and take it from there.
This place got me for 7/10! They even gave me a shirt! Saria and Stephen were engaging and a pleasure to work with. Would definitely recommend this dispensary!

Went in and ordered my product. Upon checking out I was told that I didn't have enough to order. She said she was going to spread it out over my other routes but I didn't have anything to be able to do it. I was really confused and asked, are you sure? She said yes that I needed to call my doctor. Every time I tried to offer advice I was just told to call my doctor. I was out of medication at that point. I called and left messages asap about what I was told. Finally after 2 days of no medication I was called by a representative of the Dr. and was told nothing was changed, it's been the same. She said the dispensary made a mistake. I went to another dispensary with staff that actually helps and is actually knowledgeable about what to do. So thank you to the associate who showed me where not to spend my money.
Katie always helps me with her vast knowledge and seems to always be working when I come in. Ray went above and beyond today. Holding doors open, walking people to their cars so they don’t get wet. Amazing customer service!!! Thank you!
