I saved up 600 points went in yesterday and the flyer stated that you get one item... up to 50$ for free. I get there and your not allowed to use it with the current discounts which is frustrating that “store credit” can’t be used with current promotions but i do get it and understand. I decided to get a half gram at full price like 35$ and then she says you can’t use it because it’s not 50$ ???? So i say let me get a battery for my vape then she says store credit can’t be used on batteries. The oil straight knocks the pain... out, which I hadn't experienced from other dispensaries RSO's. Well i was quite happy with this place because they have deals and they have a good selection. I saved up 600 points went in yesterday and the flyer stated that you get one item... up to 50$ for free. I get there and your not allowed to use it with the current discounts which is frustrating that “store credit” can’t be used with current promotions but i do get it and understand. I decided to get a half gram at full price like 35$ and then she says you can’t use it because it’s not 50$ ???? So i say let me get a battery for my vape then she says store credit can’t be used on batteries. I can’t use the credit to get a 35$ Item and use all my points for the one free item up to 50$ i explain to her my confusion when the flyer states “one free item up to 50$“ not “one free 50$ item and she said it’s just a loyalty thing we don’t even have to offer it! Are you kidding you ask me every time to sign up for your loyalty. Im totally fine with whatever small print rules you have because that’s life and marketing i get it. As a service technician that deals with numerous customers in their home daily that remark about your loyalty program is really the only thing that rubbed me the wrong way. Your basically telling me your doing me the favor by doing this. I have been telling anyone who ask what dispensary to go to that you all are the best. By far my favorite dispensary in town! The quality of their RSO's are unmatched! I recently had stomach surgery and I don't care for pain pills. The oil straight knocks the pain... out, which I hadn't experienced from other dispensaries RSO's. Also if you have trouble with appetite, their edibles will help you get hungry and allow you to enjoy food again! The edibles give you that nice euphoric feeling that completely relaxes you. I Definitely recommend this place and with discounts daily you can't beat it!read more

Liberty is one of my FAVORITE dispensaries, and I have tried them all! Specifically, I love the Lakeland location! The employees are so eager to help and are very knowledgeable... about their products! I have NEVER had to wait more than a few minutes to receive my online orders.
