I love this location. Love Big Pete's treats. Sadly, i lowered my rating because the COA on the flower here says that its all THCA. I buy thca legally. It ships to your door. Youre not supposed to need a medical marijuana card to buy this flower. For example, they will label a product 25% thc, but it isn't. Itll be like 24%thcA and then 1% delta9 thc. Long story short, i feel like I got got.

Do not buy their vape cartridges. It's never full. I went back to exchange, and they gave me one exactly the same and said they could not take back the dispensed amount. He is new made a mistake had to argue with him to be able to get the right price would not apologize for the mistake. The vape carts at Liberty Health Science, or AYR, are of inferior quality. More often than not they do not work, or work poorly, or just plain fall apart on you and you have sticky concentrate all over the place. The store will not do anything for you if you did not actually save the broken cart to return. Their corporate number may as well be nonexistent as I am on hold now for well over 2 hours. During that time I went from fourth to first in line. Now, somehow, I am fifth in line. It does not matter what this company changes their name to. They can rebrand all they want. If the product is inferior and there is no customer service then they should file bankruptcy or sell to a company that cares about its patients.**********************************************Update on response from owner below:If you read my post you would have noticed that I had already called that number and, "Their corporate number may as well be nonexistent as I am on hold now for well over 2 hours." Why would anyone want to subject themselves to that again?

Ayr is vertically integrated, as are all of the Florida cannabis brands. Being vertically integrated means they oversee the entire process from seed to sale. Purchasing Marijuana Products at Ayr
Upon arrival at this dispensary, you’ll enter a designated waiting area before going into the retail area with staff. The dispensary staff work with you to explain all of the cannabis products available. Budtenders may make recommendations that are based on your doctor’s recommendation.
If it’s your first visit, you’ll be required to complete intake forms. This lets the dispensary staff confirm your patient status and see what you were allotted by your medical marijuana doctor.

The best way to see the different product options before visiting the dispensary is to check out their online menu. If enabled, Ayr in Orlando online menu may be available on FL Dispensaries to reserve your order.
If you have an active medical card, you can pick from a wide array of cannabis products. Various delivery methods of the different cannabinoids have been approved by the DOH, including edibles, inhalation, oral, sublingual, topical, traditional flower and even suppositories. There is no obligation to buy your entire milligram limit at once; instead, you can purchase less if you so desire and then buy more during another visit or at another dispensary.
