Do not buy their vape cartridges. It's never full. I went back to exchange, and they gave me one exactly the same and said they could not take back the dispensed amount. So not only do I get less of a cart twice, but I also get 1g taken away from my prescription. (Besides that, the workers are nice)

I love the blend pen, that takes vaping to a new level. Staff was real nice at Orange blossom and Landstar. The guy at Turkey Lake was very rude. He is new made a mistake had to argue with him to be able to get the right price would not apologize for the mistake. Even as his boss watched and said nothing..The next time I was looking for a certain vape. He would not help me I had to go out to my car get my phone to find the vapes I wanted. Then come back in.Stay away from the turkey lake location can't believe how rude they are

The vape carts at Liberty Health Science, or AYR, are of inferior quality. More often than not they do not work, or work poorly, or just plain fall apart on you and you have sticky concentrate all over the place. The store will not do anything for you if you did not actually save the broken cart to return. Their corporate number may as well be nonexistent as I am on hold now for well over 2 hours. During that time I went from fourth to first in line. Now, somehow, I am fifth in line. It does not matter what this company changes their name to. They can rebrand all they want. If the product is inferior and there is no customer service then they should file bankruptcy or sell to a company that cares about its patients.**********************************************Update on response from owner below:If you read my post you would have noticed that I had already called that number and, "Their corporate number may as well be nonexistent as I am on hold now for well over 2 hours." Purchasing Marijuana Products at Ayr
Upon arrival at this dispensary, you’ll enter a designated waiting area before going into the retail area with staff. The dispensary staff work with you to explain all of the cannabis products available. Budtenders may make recommendations that are based on your doctor’s recommendation.
