You also get 50% off your first couple of visits. However, their discounts are normally better than that. So save it for when you need it. If you don't wanna use your discount at the next visit, they absolutely let you save it.

I went to this new Site for a dispensary in town and Unfortunately I was pretty disappointed, underwhelmed withthe cashier's {Cashier #53178}knowledge about the different units of measurement for their flower products. As a cashier at a dispensary, it's crucial to have a solid understanding of these measurements, especially in a new establishment. It's something that should be a basic skill, you know? It would have been so much better if the cashier had been more knowledgeable and able to explain the prices clearly without me, having to literally repeat my question Multiple times & breaking the Question down to Hell 😩. Overall, I gave the establishment five stars and I will be coming back. But I hope they improve on this because it can make a big difference in the customer experience.

Not only are their deals phenomenal (especially on cartridges), but the level of professionalism and excellent customer service is what has kept me a regular here. Dorothy is absolutely wonderful (if you shop here, you know exactly who I am talking about) and truly knows what she is doing/talking about and cares for all of her customers. From the moment I met her here and from then-on every single visit, she remembers the exact conversation we left off on and actually takes the time to listen or understand who she is taking care of. She has the most positive and love-radiating energy; moreover, I honestly shop here to catch up with her and the amazing staff she guides! I can't rate or recommend this place enough: I don't even buy from dispensaries from back home (Jupiter, FL) anymore because I actually look forward to running the errand to this location. You guys really define perfect customer service that goes above & beyond expectations: my experiences here have only been comforting, warming, and amazingly personable. I have been a faithful customer of AYR since getting my medical card last July. I went in to pickup a cartridge right before closing so the exchange was a little more rushed than usual. I didn't get shown the cartridge before leaving the store and I didn't open it until I got home 45 minutes away. When I got it out it was sticky on the outside and was clearly leaking. I called first thing the next morning and was basically accused of lying about the cartridge and dismissed with no resolution to an expensive cartridge that I had to throw away. I caution everyone to be sure to check their products before leaving the store. If not you're going to be very disappointed just like me. AYR do better. When you have a repeat customer we're not bsing you about a cartridge.

Went here the first time business was amazing person behind the desk was very helpful and it went smooth now the reason for one star is I went back and tried too get my medicine again and have time stamped pictures of me weighing the shake andthe cartridge I bought was a quarter of the way gone and the 7 grams of shake I bought was only 6 grams of seeds and stems I called and left a message on there customer help line will update if or if not this gets resolved (edit) all issues were resolved customer service was a dream and everyone was amazing. After going to GREEN DRAGON on Gaines Street, and buying $200 worth of marijuana only to find this was so dry, it broke into dust and when I tried to smoke it, it was like smoking draino, it was so harsh, I swore never to go to GREEN DRAGON again. I went to Liberty and had a better experience with what I bought from them. Much better quality, definitely not harsh and a good high without the headache I got from the Dragon. Keep it honest Liberty and I will keep coming to your stores. I often make a day of it with my friends, there are usually 5 of us and we go shopping and then have lunch. We will definitely be going to Liberty. My first time discount, I got an OZ for $80 for 19% THC. EXCELLENT quality high too, no head ache. The THC seemed higher then 19% because I didn't need to smoke very much to find the relief I needed for my pain.

Purchasing Marijuana Products at Ayr

As a cashier at a dispensary, it's crucial to have a solid understanding of these measurements, especially in a new establishment. It's something that should be a basic skill, you know? It would have been so much better if the cashier had been more knowledgeable and able to explain the prices clearly without me, having to literally repeat my question Multiple times & breaking the Question down to Hell 😩. I have been a faithful customer of AYR since getting my medical card last July. I went in to pickup a cartridge right before closing so the exchange was a little more rushed than usual. I didn't get shown the cartridge before leaving the store and I didn't open it until I got home 45 minutes away. When I got it out it was sticky on the outside and was clearly leaking. I called first thing the next morning and was basically accused of lying about the cartridge and dismissed with no resolution to an expensive cartridge that I had to throw away. I caution everyone to be sure to check their products before leaving the store. If not you're going to be very disappointed just like me. AYR do better. When you have a repeat customer we're not bsing you about a cartridge.
