After exploring & trying out multiple dispensaries, I have made AYR my 1st & favorite. They have a wide range of products & tools. They are the only place that also Sells some of the parts to my seahorse. There staff is the best Especially? BRAD!! He is one of my favorites. He is very knowledgeable on all the different strands, products & what works the best with different types of ailments. He was able to find me the right stuff to help me with my cancer. He takes his time to explain thing. Even told me what turpentine were & what would work the best for me. If you're looking for good products at a good price or just trying to find something good to work with whatever ailments you're dealing with. let me tell you about my first experience in the store.katie was the most unprofessional person that served me at dispenseries.i ask her a simple question why one of the carts i bought was 3/4 empty.She rolled her eyes at me, being very rude on front of another customer so I decides to leave because there was another client and I didn't want to complain in front of the other person.I left the premises and then called the store where Katie answered the phone.I told her that I should complain about her rude attitude and she answered me please do it and don't come back.good luck to this company with this kind of employee katie the queen of sarcasm ..first and last time I will never return.

If I was able to leave no stars i would be, I am disappointed in my purchase today, I got an OG Diablo live badder 1g and i get home to open the jar and it literally looks like someone took 2 scoops out of the jar for themselves. I tried calling the store with the number that is provided on google and no one answered the phone and when I tried to leave a voicemail it said that their voicemail was full and ended the call, I am very disappointed with AYR, I come here all the time for my carts, dabs, and other products and never had this problem until today. I unfortunately will never come back to the AYR dispensary ever again, I would have never thought that getting my products from this dispensary would mean that it would be tampered with. I hope other people who get their products from here do not have this problem, this is very unacceptable. I would like to be contacted about this problem as well.

I don’t typically shop at this location- most of my pickups are done at the boynton location which I have always had a positive experience. Especially being part of the industry myself. The west palm team told me what they couldn’t do for me instead of assisting with what they could. I have never had this experience in Boynton so I will continue to use that location. Avoid west palm

I'm not much of a smoker but Christian who was working the counter took the time to help me find just the right cart to help me get some much needed sleep. Just had the worst experience here. I am a cancer survivor and mmj patient and came in for some carts because they are on sale. I saw a battery that had a micro USB plug in the case and asked the guy if they had those specific batteries. He said yes of course and so I asked for 2. Once I left I looked and they were the ones that don't have the micro USB so I went back inside to try and figure out how to return them and the guy told me they can't take them back, only offerd store credit. I am on a fixed income so that doesn't really work for me and since it was 0% my fault I felt they should take them back. He gave me multiple excuses, said he couldn't see which thing I was pointing at, etc. Everything but saying he made a mistake. When he again said that he didn't see what I was asking about I asked him why he didn't look or ask me for clarification. He then said that he 'didnt like my attitude' which really was just disbelief. The other workers looked embarrassed at everything but I was still only offered store credit, the lady did also give me the display that plugged in correctly but honestly I will never be returning to this location. That man should NOT be customer facing, I literally left in tears.

I would not recommend Liberty Health I called on the morning of 02/22/2022 and explained that a cart I got from them wasn’t working I even got a new battery pack thinking that was the issue the guy told me when I had time to come over so they could see what’s going on. Once I get to the store now all of a sudden I need to bring the box so they can match the LOT number etc where i explained they never told me that when I called the first time. The only thing the guy could say was sorry. Poor customer service not informing the patient to bring in a box and what patient actually keeps the box. Curaleaf,MUV any other dispensary besides liberty will get my money from now on.

Really rude manager. The tall older lady with the blonde hair was barking at customers, super short with me, and was yelling at her employees loud enough to echo through the store. I get marijuana to ease my anxiety, not to have to deal with that. The product isn't that great either. Its only saving grace are the cookies but I don't think those are even worth going back there.

Love the fact that I can go there for specific strains at a consistent rate.I'm giving 3 stars because their new shatter was liquid oil in between plastic and it sizzles leaving black tar in my glass when it burns.They would not take it back but gave me a discount on my next purchase and the guy recommended that I put it in my AC vent on my way home so it doesn't melt, which was not the issue.The second one I purchased from them held together but still sizzles when heated. I won't be purchasing shatter here anymore.

I don’t typically shop at this location- most of my pickups are done at the boynton location which I have always had a positive experience. Especially being part of the industry myself. The west palm team told me what they couldn’t do for me instead of assisting with what they could. I have never had this experience in Boynton so I will continue to use that location. Avoid west palm

I just recently received my medical card and decided to try liberty health. I'm not much of a smoker but Christian who was working the counter took the time to help me find just the right cart to help me get some much needed sleep. One little hit before bed and I woke up the next morning feeling grand! I also bought some excellent double chocolate chip cookies that were the perfect fit for my needs. Just had the worst experience here. I am a cancer survivor and mmj patient and came in for some carts because they are on sale. I saw a battery that had a micro USB plug in the case and asked the guy if they had those specific batteries. He said yes of course and so I asked for 2. Once I left I looked and they were the ones that don't have the micro USB so I went back inside to try and figure out how to return them and the guy told me they can't take them back, only offerd store credit. I am on a fixed income so that doesn't really work for me and since it was 0% my fault I felt they should take them back. He gave me multiple excuses, said he couldn't see which thing I was pointing at, etc. Everything but saying he made a mistake. When he again said that he didn't see what I was asking about I asked him why he didn't look or ask me for clarification. He then said that he 'didnt like my attitude' which really was just disbelief. The other workers looked embarrassed at everything but I was still only offered store credit, the lady did also give me the display that plugged in correctly but honestly I will never be returning to this location. That man should NOT be customer facing, I literally left in tears.

Want to thank all the staff there especially Brandon for taking the time ( about 1/2 hour to answer all my questions and find the correct medicine for me that was on budget. I consisted myself knowable about terpines but wow. He even printed out lab sheets and went over them to help me find out what would work best.I usually do my homework and either can’t find what worked in past or not available in Florida or different strains from different dispensary’s work different. I have lupus and now trying chemo drugs and finally found strains that work for me that are within my budgetI have had my card for 5 years glad I found Libertyhealth and Brandon to help me unfortunately store is 40mins from meThank you so much for improving the quality of my life! I can sleep and have a bit more energy in the day plus not nauseous and can eat ( no rx worked)

I would not recommend Liberty Health I called on the morning of 02/22/2022 and explained that a cart I got from them wasn’t working I even got a new battery pack thinking that was the issue the guy told me when I had time to come over so they could see what’s going on. Once I get to the store now all of a sudden I need to bring the box so they can match the LOT number etc where i explained they never told me that when I called the first time. The only thing the guy could say was sorry. Poor customer service not informing the patient to bring in a box and what patient actually keeps the box. Curaleaf,MUV any other dispensary besides liberty will get my money from now on.

Really rude manager. The tall older lady with the blonde hair was barking at customers, super short with me, and was yelling at her employees loud enough to echo through the store. I get marijuana to ease my anxiety, not to have to deal with that. The product isn't that great either. Its only saving grace are the cookies but I don't think those are even worth going back there.

I went here first time yesterday afternoon there was a young gentleman and a wonderful lady working front counter my friend took me and I will say best service products and prices I have found I am beyond pleased with this place they made me fill great the two working the counter need a raise they were so helpful patient with me answered all my questions and it was very affordable I spent 280 bucks and saved like 165 it was amazing will be returning very soon thank you guys

Love the fact that I can go there for specific strains at a consistent rate.I'm giving 3 stars because their new shatter was liquid oil in between plastic and it sizzles leaving black tar in my glass when it burns.They would not take it back but gave me a discount on my next purchase and the guy recommended that I put it in my AC vent on my way home so it doesn't melt, which was not the issue.The second one I purchased from them held together but still sizzles when heated. I won't be purchasing shatter here anymore.
