So when you get a vape or product that tastes bad and you dont like it the store says it's your problem since it's not a manufacturer issue, but taste seems like a manufacturer issue. Trulieve doesn't treat their customers like that, they will refund or replace. Your company is practicing terrible customer service policies. Love everything about yall except this, I may be taking my business back to Truleive after this experience, bc noway am I gonna be out 100 bucks on 2 vapes that are trash.

Pretty disappointed. I went here today to get some gummies. I chose this location for the convenient drive thru. Everything went perfect in and out the drive thru in less than 3 mins. I continue my errands and get home around 5 pm I just opened and consumed almost the whole container and pick up the last piece and on the bottom there is a PALMETTO OR ROACH LEG!!!!! I am EXTREMELY DISGUSTED that ate the whole damn thing and the last piece I notice something on the bottom and it’s a bug leg. How is that possible?!? I need someone to contact me. This is unacceptable.

I came here twice for the deals however there is a male employee here that is very rude. The first time I went, he was complaining about how many new patients that have came in that day and was visibly annoyed that more people were walking in while he was registering me. The second time I came in, my boyfriend asked him a question and he assumed that he was asking for something for free and spoke to him in a very condescending tone all because he misunderstood the question. I didnt get the employees name but he has black fingernails. Any other dispensary that I have been to, the employees were always super nice. This one was an unpleasant experience.

She was super patient, never rushed me, and took the time to walk me through different options that would work best for my needs. I love this dispensary for the prices, but they definitely need to step up their concentrate quality. Their live badder and sugar do not taste like other top quality products I have tried from other vendors. Also, their flower comes in unsealed jars, which lead to drying out. Their live resin cartridges turn dark easily as the oil oxidizes from the air. In my opinion, carts should come in keep fresh pop open tubes versus a cardboard box.

I didn’t feel rushed or that I was putting them off for asking so many questions. I’ve been to this location frequently since it’s opened. I’ve not found a better staffed dispensary than this location. Every person who I have spoken with or that has helped me has been knowledgeable and extremely helpful. The staff here are very friendly and welcoming. I will continue to tell people to give Liberty a try.

I love this store. I was helped by Phoenix who had a lot of knowledge about the different products that AYR offered. She asked me questions about what I wanted to treat and how I wanted to feel. I’ve been to this location frequently since it’s opened. I’ve not found a better staffed dispensary than this location. Every person who I have spoken with or that has helped me has been knowledgeable and extremely helpful. The staff here are very friendly and welcoming. I will continue to tell people to give Liberty a try.
