I have called multiple times to schedule an appointment to raise my days because 2.5 ounces is a big big joke.. They said they would call back -first mistake- I should of never hung up ..Yea they never call back ! All times I called and even asked why have I not received my calls?? Oh because they don't care .. Long story short I had my wife apply with a different doctor and all she had to do to get more days was pay a $100 fee now she has 5 ounces she can buy ! Horrible place know what you want before you apply to a doctor that wants to make it hard to get what we want after we paid ALOT OF MONEY

This is my second time at this location, my third or fourth visit with Dr. Jacobson, though. He's incredible and actually seems to care. This isn't one of those places that just pushes people through like a weed card mill; he takes the time to ask about your symptoms, what affects you most, how you prefer to take it, and whether your existing prescription is sufficient or if you find yourself maxing out too quickly and therefore need an adjustment. I adore him and won't go anywhere else even if it may be cheaper. What makes it even better is his staff is always fantastic. Highly recommend!

Any questions were answered kindly, and concisely; even for the random patient who came 4 hours early to his appointment. I filled out my paperwork, and got back quite quickly without a hitch. I made an appointment online for the next day and there was just one slot open towards the end of business hours. From personal experience of how I feel at the end of a shift, I figured an end-of-day appointment could either go very poorly or rather well. I was late to my appointment but the paperwork was fairly straightforward and the woman at the front desk(I didn't get her name but she had amazing nails) was efficient and helpful, so filling out paperwork didn't take long. I saw the doctor right away. He was also efficient and helpful-- I feel like he listened to my concerns and he was pretty thorough with information, which I appreciate, given that I was late to an appointment at the end of business hours. Afterwards, another woman (Laura) helped me out with questions regarding registration. She was very patient and also thorough regarding information. All in all, I had a pleasant experience. I'd also like to add that a man came in after I arrived claiming to have made an appointment online with a doctor that wasn't at that location. The woman at the front desk explained that they'd had an issue with scheduling all day, but would be happy to accommodate him for the next day with a doctor at this location. Though he repeatedly expressed displeasure (this is a nice way to say it), she did an amazing job speaking to him because he was clearly irate, losing his cool, and definitely edging on disrespectful. She handled him with grace and composure. He ended up leaving after another employee overheard him from another room and came in. Though the situation was cringe-worthy on his end, the ease at which the employees handled the situation gave me a feeling of being in good hands. I've already recommended this specific location to someone else and am really glad I picked them out of the other options.

Awesome experience at this location. I had a bad experience at another clinic in March and needed to find a new Medical Marijuana Doctor. Lindsey at front desk was great from beginning to end. There were a lot of people waiting and she got us in and out. Doctor and all staff were great. There was an issue with updating some info on MMRU and Lindsey and staff stayed after hours to ensure my info was updated. She also took the time to call me and make sure I knew all was OK.
