Dr. Qualley, the pain management specialist, is fabulous! I followed him from his last practice to this practice when he switched. The staff on the other hand, are incompetent, uncaring, unfriendly, and absolutely WILL NOT return phone calls. Their message to leave a voicemail states to not call multiple times as it will clog up their system. It's actually pretty rude. They leave you no choice but to call multiple times because they WILL NOT return your phone calls. You can leave multiple messages, you can even get lucky occasionally and someone will answer. Don't get excited, when the phone is answered you are met with excuses and told they will need to contact the medical assistant. You still won't receive a return call. I am left with no choice but to go to their office and stand on someone's desk. It's actually pretty sad because Dr. Qualley has excellent bed side manner, is very caring and extremely knowledgeable. It's rare to find a provider like him. Unfortunately, the office staff is costing the practice money and patients.

I couldn’t be happier with Apex Spine, the spinal cord stimulator implant from Dr Monroe was life changing, and now working with Dr Qualley I have been using the Butrans patch which is allowing me to manage my chronic pain better with less of a need for the Percocet pills. I’ve had them cut the strength of my percocet twice now in the the past several months due to the patch being so effective for me. I feel better for longer and I can see a point in the future where I will be able to cut the pills to “as needed” and out of my daily pain management program altogether. I’ve been suffering with chronic persistent back pain for nearly 35 years and this is the best I’ve ever had the pain managed. Thanks so much!

My doctor Dr Qualley( who is fantastic and I’ve been seeing for a year), has started work here and I have been unable to get an appointment with him. No one ever answers the phone and the first message I left was returned and I was told she’d make a file and call me back to schedule an appointment. That was a week and half ago. I’ve left three more messages since with no response. I may just have to drive the hour to the location to see why I can’t get a call back! They need a scheduler and receptionist apparently. Susan Lopez UPDATE! Day after I left this review which was 13 days after initial contact and approximately 4-5 left messages; they called today to schedule my appointment. When I see they make improvements then I will change this review to more positive one.

My husband really does like this doctors office, They treat there Patients with respect and if anyone needed a good doctor he would highly recommend this doctors office to anyone

I called two weeks ago and left a message. A week ago, I called and actually got a human. I gave all my info and very good insurance. I was hopeful. I got a call this morning that my voice message from two weeks ago was being returned. How do you stay in business?

I never got the chance to say thanks to Dr. Timothy Monroe for saving my life last year. He did emergency brain surgery and saved my life. I can't put into words how grateful I am. Thank God for people like you. May you live a very blessed life. THANK YOU!!!
