Called to set up an appointment and was disappointed by the woman who answered the phone. She was rude and rushed me off the phone, as she said she was too busy to wait while I looked for some information she requested. I was told to call back later. Luckily another cannabis Dr is located a few blocks away and they were much nicer on the phone and weren't in such a hurry. I also got an appointment the next day and for the same price! Some people don't understand that they only get one chance to make a first impression and if they are representing a group, it falls on them, to make that first impression a good one. The competition is too plentiful to be rude to potential patients.

Walked out with 1/4 what I walked in with. I asked if he could add more flower than the 2.5 oz, which he can, because it’s not enough. My reason was, I had purchased moldy cannabis off the streets. Tells me he doesn’t like how much I used cannabis and I should go back to my primary physician, for pharmaceutical medicine. Proceeds to remove almost everything. If he was so concerned; why didn’t he listen to my heart or lungs? Why didn’t he check my blood pressure? He’s obviously only in it for the money and he robbed me, for mine. I want to see a different doctor. If you didn’t want to increase my flower, you should’ve just left it alone.

At 10:30 am Doc was still a No Show. Payment is required upon patient arrival. NEW policy should be to collect payment after DOCTOR & patient arrive. However I am giving 4 stars ONLY because Robert kept me informed, rescheduled appt., sent me info via e-mail as I requested and gave me names of local dispensaries. Sadly, I cannot purchase anything because my 7 month doctor renewal has not happened yet. I am hopeful it will be resolved when I see the Doc in 2 days so I can change this to a 5 star review.Returned & visit was excellent with Doc. I believe Robert is the greatest asset here.

The doctor was informative and nice. But!! The waiting area and "exam room" was sketch and dirty! I'm from Hudson and I even thought it rough. Eek! Not sure who handles the budget, but someone needs to get this amazing staff a cleaning crew and office makeover! They deserve it and so do the patients.

As a doctors office dealing with providing recommendations for people’s medications, you should be more customer focused and not so bluntly rude and disrespectful. I have never been more disrespected then speaking to a billing “manager” than today. As a patient who has referred more than just my WHOLE family and then some. Focus on customer support verses letting a title get to your head. My ENTIRE situation could have been handled completely differently if I was spoken too correctly. It’s not what you say.
