I’m so disappointed you guys have wonderful customer service but lack on commitment.Been waiting o the person that went on a 30 min brake, is been 1 hr nobody answers the phone.An in another time i call for a specific item. Yes we have it. I go and ohh we don’t have it, the key where they store the items. Show the next day. Guess what we are out if it for a while. Will get them in about 2 weeks.I feel like this place is full of excuses

As soon as I walked in the door it was a completely different experience, I was greeted with smiles and helped with professionalism and friendly service. They happily spent as much time as I needed getting me back on track. I got re-registered quickly and they “held my hand” through the entire process. If you need a prescription or medical card do not come here. My grandmother paid their fee but the prescription was never filled and its been 2 weeks. If you want cheaper and better service search on groupon instead, rates as low as 150 compared to the 200 they charge.

I have been a Miracle leaf customer for about 2.5 years now and I have to say starting off it was rough! At first it was very hard to get in contact with the corporation or sometimes follow up with promotions that were offered for first time patients & renewal patients! I felt as if I was getting forgotten about time and time again until I got in contact with Mckenzie at the Wynwood location! Mckenzie was a breath of Fresh Air! She went out of her way to contact corporate and reach out to the doctors to squeeze me in for an appointment! She Also helped me understand the benefits of the services and options offered that would best help my conditions. Every Miracle leaf location needs a Mckenzie and if you decided to go with this location she is the only one I would talk too!

It’s a TRAP! When I went back in October I wasn’t told that my recommendation is only good for 7 months! Which makes no sense since the state renews yearly. Turns out you gotta pay 250for the initial visit then 75 to the state. Turns out after 7 months you have to go back and pay another $150 to get you prescription renewed total tucking rip off!!! It should be yearly. Will not be renewing my prescription or medical marijuana card. Can’t wait for it to be recreationally legal then places like this trap will go out of business.

They charged my card and I didn't receive my expected services/goods in return so I filed a claim with my bank but somehow they managed to stage the transaction as valid and now I'm out of $100. Tried to contact them too about a month ago and got no response. If I could give y'all negative 5 stars I would.

I rarely write reviews, but this place really did an awesome job. I was unsure about the whole process beforehand, but when I got here they walked me right through the process of applying with the state. Carlo, the owner, personally answered all my questions. They even recommended a doctor that was familiar with my symptoms that I was able to get medical records from. Just all around postive environment. Even the music's good.
