I registered at the Hudson office. The Doctor and staff were fine and I had no problem with them, the exception is it took about 1 1/2 hours after my appointment time to be seen. I was told that is not unusual. Like a good first time patient, I arrived early for additional paperwork etc….. so I was there about 2 hours before I was seen. So if the company reads these, you could use at least one more doctor at this location. Speaking of the location, the parking is terrible. The signage, to help you find the office, is nonexistent and it’s right on hwy19 which is rather busy. The office itself….. well…..it’s bad. Aside from it being an eyesore, it was over run with waiting patients, and even if there were fewer of them, you’d have to go outside to change your mind. A company this size should put some thought into their location and what it says about their business. I did hear they may be moving in future. Let’s hope it’s in the NEAR future. Hopefully they will find chairs that won’t contribute to their patients back problems and if we’re forced to wait for our appointments, it could be in more pleasant and comfortable surroundings with appropriate restrooms. Since the staff was fine, I’d like to give higher marks….but we’ll see if the location improves. The only thing that would improve the current location is demolition.
