This was my first time in a marijuana clinic of any kind so I have nothing to compare, however the visit was quick, the doctor was nice, the front of the office staff was helpful, knowledgeable, polite and everything in between. It went well (the doctor was much older…than any doctor I’ve ever seen and she had the personality of a 22yr old-she had me dying laughing almost the whole time, I really just wasn’t expecting that) I can’t say enough how comfortable they made me feel, the ladies at the front walked me through my state reg. so quick and conveniently. I HIGHLY recommend- (no pun intended) OH YA I FORGOT TO MENTION they have an amazing membership plan (for God sake’s I sound like I work here) but really it’s $29/month I did a little shopping around and most prices were $150+ the state registration fee, then in 7 months u have to pay around $100 more. This place is $50 to start and $29 a month. That’s affordable and I prefer the payments.

They go the steps to make sure you are all set and help fill out the forms with the state for the actual card and application. Full service with great staff! I saw a few patients having to leave to look for change because the office doesn’t keep very much money on hand. No worries for me, I used my card and it was great! DO NOT MAKE AN APPOINTMENT! UNRELIABLE! I made my first initial appointment, which I had to schedule 2 weeks out. Arrived for the appointment to find out the doctor was out sick and the receptionist didn't make calls to the appointments that day to reschedule. Said it was no problem. Called to reschedule which was another 2 weeks out. I arrive to my appointment today, now a month later, for the facility to be CLOSED. I call the number and she informs me that they rescheduled my appointment but didn't call to let me know. I cancelled my appt and rescheduled with another marijuana doctor and my appointment is in a few days. This has been the worst experience so far. My husband is supposed to have an appointment for reevaluation in June. Hopefully someone shows up or they will be losing another customer.

The most recent new doctor refused to give me my full prescription, was weirdly concerned about when I would or would not get pregnant and spent 10 minutes lecturing me on why I didn’t need to wear a mask. When I went to check out they would not apply the referral discount saying they had no record of the 4 people i sent their way. I confirmed afterward with each of my friends. Maybe it’s just a sign of a business in decline, going back on their word/not honoring their own system. I gave them a ton of business.I will never return because of the way their new doctor treated me, not to mention the other issues. Which is too bad because this place used to be good and trustworthy. I was okay paying the higher price when at least it was quality service!I will be telling all my friends to switch to the Releaf clinic in Gainesville.
