Wednesday 3/29 scheduled an appointment for Saturday 4/1… Thurs 3/30 the office cancelled Saturday appointment and scheduled me later in the day. I call out of work early to make the appointment and on the way they cancel on me again saying “There is no doctor for my appointment time.”I asked for them to please remove me from their system if they can’t keep a scheduled appointment with me after I moved my personal schedule around for them same day. i had an appointment to renew today at 11am, when i come they have a sign saying they’re closed. when i call i’m told that they’re only open mondays tuesdays and thursdays and they moved my appointment to the 8th, two weeks ago, without notifying me.—EDIT—editing incase anyone from your regional area can see. please fix your booking system!! i had to witness your lovely employees get berated by patients because their booking got messed up. the same thing happened to me, even as i came in today i was marked as a no show when i arrived 15 minutes early to my appointment. the poor girl working told me that whoever is running the call center keeps messing with the booking and allowing appointments at times they don’t have any doctors in house. two more patients walked in with the same problem just while i was there. how do you expect these people to do their job? do better

I don’t care about an emergency when you have people on the way. I asked them did I have a fee before coming here, 7 month evaluation. Phone operator said no. Well 169.00 is needed.
