So as a new medical user I has visited 3 other dispensaries before coming here. I wished I would have just saved time and money coming here first. I was greeted at the door by Lauren, had everything explained in detail, was even greeted by my first name today when I returned by Lauren made me feel comfortable. Store is Very nice! I love the layout! Logan is one of the nicest people you can possibly meet. I took off one star because they didn’t have What I needed in The Disposable Vape pen and also the big thing No flower. I understand there faults at the moment. So none the less it’s a very nice Dispensary with good potential!read more

I can not begin to explain how excited i was to be driving home from work one day and noticed the med men building! I looked at my fiance and said it cant be i had just went through the mmj card process and was waiting for the approval email, the day i got it i called over and Logan picked up the phone and was very helpful, once in store katie checked me in and made a new profile for me. Kyle came out and introduced himself and logan showed me around the whole store and walked me through all the product they carry. He even gave me insight on to why certain brands are not carried here in the state of FL. Long story short i’ve been to Med men in Cali and In vegas and loved it from the atmosphere to the quality of the products they carry and am so happy that we now have them here at home in orlando!!read more

We have always had top notch service. My husband and I have not slept well for a couple months. We used the zzz tincture to sleep and inventory went low, so I called the store to check inventory and Kyle was so pleasant and was more than willing to hold some for me. All of their staff, including Katie and I believe the manager , Logan. All soo helpful and kind. Thank you for such great customer service. Sad to say it is a rare find.read more

I loved the store and the staff are fantastic. Katie really helped me out and even suggested some products that were just perfect. They treat you with respect and courtesy and are very knowledgeable about the products. The lotion has really helped out with pain in lower back and hands. Thanks for all you guys do and Stay safe. Awesome dispensary! I just got my medical card and have been trying some different dispensaries in the Orlando area. MedMen has been my favorite by far. The store is very clean and sleek looking. Pricing seems to be about average for the dispensaries in this area, maybe a little on the high end. The staff is extremely professional and friendly! Katie in particular helped me and she was extremely friendly and informative. I got the exact products I needed for my anxiety and insomnia. I will be back, thank you!read more

From the second I walked in this place, I was quite blown away. The open layout of the store driven by technology-driven-service, which was inspired by Apple, is easily the best combination when learning about that various products available. The branding, the packaging, the retail items, the architectural design with the pharmacy-like viewing windows; everything is just downright perfect here to find exactly what you need. The icing on the cake was the service delivery and smooth execution from everyone in the store to ensure a seamless service delivery - HUGE shoutout to Amber for being the key player in all of this.
