Super super happy that MedMen Miami Beach was my first experience at a dispensary! I walked in not really knowing what... to expect or how the process would go, but they made the entire thing super easy. The layout of the store is really nice and not overwhelming at all. Not sure if this is the standard across dispensaries, but the tablets that let you learn more about the product were also a really nice touch!I was assisted by Turtle (I really hope I heard your name right lol sorry!) and he was absolutely wonderful. I have certain allergies that could possibly affect my ability to consume certain products and he took the time to do research to double check what was safe for me to take. After explaining to him what I was struggling with he recommended a few strains to me and I can't believe how spot on they all were. I think this is the first time I've had consistently amazing sleep in years.Definitely will be returning to MedMen and really glad to have such an awesome spot not too far from home 🙂read more

I bought chocolope , lemon skunk which is a reserve suppose to be a top shelf and another that I can’t recall the name. Didn’t smell like anything either of them and not much taste either. I arrived near close time.. The check in was fast. Both Matt & Jack were super friendly and attentive. They gave a... variety of suggestions for my specific needs and I came home with an amazing deal!! Before I left .. First of All, not all dispensaries are created equally.Both Matthew and Jack were amAzing to work with.They both have... caring and open attitudes towards the customer. Reviews that are misleading about staff, do not benefit an industry I care so much about. Thank you both for being considerate and willing to talk to someone who never shuts up when he’s happy.I have been to quite a few dispensaries.I didn’t realize,just how much,Med Men was accomplishing by trying to stick out as Different. Nearly every complaint I have with Florida dispensaries is handled.It’s up Front.Transparent.And Willingto go the Extra Mile to Show a customer how they intend to be The Standard. Only reason I give it a 4 is because parking. Not smart of Medmen to choose a heavy traffic street. I had to go in so... many circles just to find a parking spot. On top of that, there is no validation for parking if you shop here- huge miss in my eyes because its the closest MedMen for anyone in Miami. In terms of service, it was great. My first visit was awesome and Matthew, Jack and Kandace were extremely friendly and welcoming. All is almost perfect, but step up the parking MedMen-you are better and bigger than this which means I know you can make it right. This should be convenient for your patients not just tourist who happen to be visiting Miami Beach.read more

I have been shopping at MedMen for the longest and am so happy that they finally opened their south beach store! Not... only is the atmosphere very welcoming, making it an excellent shopping experience but the staff is also very friendly and knowledgeable. Kandace, Monica, Kelsey and Jack were all able to help me out and direct me towards the products that would help me the most. As if the amazing staff weren't enough already, the prices are also very reasonable unlike many other dispensaries. I always leave MedMen very satisfied and excited to go back! Was lucky enough to go to this new MedMen location in South Beach earlier this week. First of all, the customer service... is the best of any of the Miami dispensaries I've been to before. Kelsey was my tour guide and patient consultant, and made sure I consistently felt comfortable and informed. Every part of the experience--and it felt more like an experience than a traditional chore of going to the dispensary--was stellar, from product selection to the layout to the deals.
