The product is good but overpriced and service isn’t the best. I feel like there is always funny business when I come here. They give you discounts for your first three visits but all of their products are constantly on a sale. You of course can’t stack discounts so you never end up being able to properly get a good deal. I had to use all my first time discounts on full price flower which is expensive compared to other dispensaries. I leave feeling ripped off every time because I walk out spending over $100 and with barely any product. The female budtenders are also not friendly or helpful. I don’t plan on coming back to Jungle Boys because I always leave with a bad taste in my mouth. At other dispensaries I not only get great service but I don’t leave feeling cheated or ripped off.

Came to visit this Jungle Boys location since it had been a while, but unfortunately had a pretty mixed experience. A few of the employees, about three of them, were genuinely friendly and welcoming, which was appreciated. Unfortunately, the overall vibe during my visit felt off.The intake employee seemed uninterested while checking people in, and another employee was laying on the counter on her phone most of the time. What appeared to be the GM didn’t acknowledge customers at all and seemed more focused on saying goodbye to employees than interacting with guests. I wasn’t even asked if I needed help or planned on making a purchase, which felt strange considering I had already been checked in.I also overheard incorrect information being given to a customer regarding concentrate origin, which is disappointing in a dispensary environment where people rely on staff for accurate product knowledge and guidance.It just gave the impression that only certain employees were motivated to work or engage with customers during slower hours. Customer service and product knowledge consistency really matter, especially in an industry built around experience, education, and hospitality.

I love Jungle Boys and other products, but if there’s one negative thing to say for everyone reading this, stay away from these disposables. They’re complete trash right out of the box it starts clogging and even continues to get worse.It’s virtually impossible to inhale anything; it’s like trying to suck a golf ball through a garden hose. I’ll end up throwing this away before it’s empty, which is sad and a completely waste of money.

Visited this Jungle Boys locations, night and day compared to the other one. Upon entering we were greeted by the receptionist with a very pleasant and professional attitude. Once we went to the back the experience was excellent. Eric, Sam, Santiago & Austin treated my wife and I like we are used to being treated at Jungle Boys. I want to start by saying the flower and vape quality is amazing. But I want to call out the customer service skills there are way below normal. I was singled out yesterday 09/09 by one of the female employees for having my ear pod on my ear while in line.In life its not what you say but how you say it and this employee embarrassed me by yelling at me to step out or hang up. After a few more mins waiting I notice that the patient she was taking care off used his phone to answer a call not once but twice and was not told anything. After I said something the manager said he never saw the gentleman, who was in front of him literally, pick up his phone. So be careful because obviously you can be singled out in this store and embarrassed as well.

My main complaint is the drive though (thru), to preface I can’t get off my car because of a medical condition.I arrived with no one ahead of me and I waited thirty minutes for my pickup order.This is the second time I’ve had the same issue arise, a possible solution would be to employ more people.

Purchasing Marijuana Products at Jungle Boys
Upon arrival at this dispensary, you’ll enter a designated waiting area before going into the retail area with staff. The dispensary staff work with you to explain all of the cannabis products available. Budtenders may make recommendations that are based on your doctor’s recommendation.
If it’s your first visit, you’ll be required to complete intake forms. This lets the dispensary staff confirm your patient status and see what you were allotted by your medical marijuana doctor.

If you have an active medical card, you can pick from a wide array of cannabis products.
